Kami 1 saturday naka 8 ata kami, pero magkakalapit naman yun. Nakakapagod pa din pero nakuha din naman namin yung gusto naming apartment.

Based on my experiencce, TransferWise gamit ko to send money. It has fewer transfer fees than in a bank. I do it online so hindi na ko nagppunta ng banko.

If that's your code then assessing authority is TRA and not vetasses. Dyan nyo po ipapa-assess yung working experience nyo to know how many points you'll receive. While waiting for your work experience outcome letter, you need to take the english exam (IELTS/PTE).

Um, would looking for reviews of potential places to move be a good one? Minsan, parang kakalito sila eh. Mga ibang lugar, maraming fans at haters at the same time. Or is there an aspect of, "Palibhasa, 'di naman sila galing sa third-world country, they wouldn't know an actual bad area if it slapped them in the face"? Hello po,

Would like to ask for advise kung anong suburb/area po between Brisbane and GoldCoast ang ideal for someone like me na maghahanap pa lang ng work between those 2 cities, na may tight budget for flatting.
I don't want to stick with Brisbane kasi kung may work sa Gold Coast eh masyadong malayo.
And tanong ko na din yung easiest way of transportation when I'm able to settle in between those cities.

Hello po, nasa gc po ako ngayon. I recommend po to stay near tram para accessible po lahat sainyo. Student po ako. School ko po nasa Brisbane City, work ko po andito sa GC. Pero depends din po kasi sa case ninyo kung san po ang work ninyo. Hehe, you can check po sa maps lahat pati timetable ng transpo from point to point po even day of travel maiadjust niyo din po. hope it helps.

hello po, nag-peprepare na po ako ng mga docs na dadalhin sa AU para by the time na ma-grant na yung visa namin (manifesting), ay wala na po kaming kulang. ask ko lang po if pagmag-aapply ba ng credit card sa Australia, hahanapin po ba nila yung credit history mo sa bansa na pang-gagalingan mo? para po sana ma-prepare ko narin toh if ever kailangan talaga. TIA po sa mga sasagot.

Today I learned I need to execute an SPA (Special Power of Attorney) para sa isang property na hinuhulugan ko para may makapag-lakad on my behalf pag nakapag big move na. I'm now looking at other things na kelangan ng SPA para isang execution na lang. One thing to consider before flying Magastos kasi pag nagpa-SPA sa AU since sa consulate pa yon inonotarize at ipapadala pa raw dito yung papers.

As for step by step, we need more information to guide you—are you a fresh graduate, working? What's your occupation? Iba-iba kasi ang options depending on your profile. You can either shoot for visa sponsorship or general skilled migration (GSM). Start here by searching for your profession: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list That will give you a list of visa options via GSM. And then just read up on each visa, the Immigration website is well-maintained so the high-level stuff is there, like yung mga step-by-step. You can easily Google for example "190 visa australia" and as long as you refer to the official site immi.homeaffairs.gov.au you're sure to find the info, for example: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/skilled-nominated-190.

Read up muna on those options and see what fits your background.

Sorry kala ko onshore na looking for job na.. Anyways, first thing you can do is assess mo muna yung sarili mo. Basa2 lang po sa mga thread dito para maassess mo din sarili mo muna kung kaya mo ba kumuha ng work sa australia or magaapply ka as skilled migrant which is dapat yung occupation po is nasa list ni dha (department of home affair australia)..and kung magpapalipat ka din ng au based possible naman po check nyo po yung visa482. also marami ding legit agent dito you can book an assessment with them.
