We are officially letting go of our apartment this June 1. We have been here for 6 months na since we arrived in Melbourne at perfect po yung location kasi nilalakad lang yung schools, groceries (Coles, Woolies at Aldi), Prahran market, train station at tram stop. 15 minutes lang to CBD kung Tram. If you want to get your own privacy especially for families, let's talk and I can recommend you to my property manager.

We really like the unit and location kaso my mom-in-law will be arriving end of July for a few months so we need to move into a bigger house.

The house is unfurnished but if new migrants kayo and need niyo temporary na gamit, I can give away my 2 x 8" mattresses (1 double and 1 queen, no base), a tall cabinet (7 feet) to put stuffs in, an enclosed shoe rack (4 feet high) that can store over 15 shoes, kitchen & cooking utensils, a glass dining table with 4 chairs, a single recliner seat, a small study desk and other essentials to get you started. The apartment already has a heater sa living area at hot water sa tap. I think ref, tv at washing machine na lang kulang sa essentials para kumpleto na gamit.
