Hi Mga Kababayan,

A friend of mine (very nice young Filipino family) has a room available for rent in a very nice near new house.

Features:

1. Bus stop outside the house
2. 30 Minutes by train to Sydney CBD
3. Comes with single bed and bedsheets, comforter, pillows
4. House has central airconditioning/heating
5. Room has LCD television with DVD player.
6. Room is equipped with cabinet, book shelves, study table, chair
7. Restroom is beside the room
8. Utilities are included in rent
9. Free food (breakfast and dinner only) If you are working, you only need to take care of your lunch so less hassle and less expensive - no need to go shopping.
10. Free use of washer/dryer
11. Free unlimited internet

This is a great deal considering that all you have to do is move in.

Rent is $240 a week (Utilities and breakfast/dinner included). 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks advance rent needed.

If arriving from airport, my friend can even pick you up (with a minimal fee of course).

For single lady only due to safety concerns of owner. There is another single lady renting the other room so don't worry because you are totally safe.

    Marami nga palang nagtatanong kung saan yung location. Sa Lidcombe ito. Botanica pangalan ng village. Puro bago bahay dun at modern. Nasa tapat ng park yung house at view ng park kita mula sa room.
