@kittykat18 and @thegreatiam15, november batch naman ako pero naiinip na ako. going 3 months na yung paglodge ng visa tapos 72 days since CO contacted us for Form 80 and medicals which we have submitted. May iba pa bang docs na hinihingi after ng Form 80?
Sana dumating na yung sa inyo kasi ang tagal na din. Naiisip ko na mauuna talaga kau kesa sa akin.

Hi batchmates! Already back in SG from our trip in Sydney and ang masasabi ko lang is ayaw na namin bumalik dito at sana nagpaiwan na kami hahaha. First thing that we did was grab a sim card that will give us data service during our stay and we got Opus and top-up with $20 so we can use it for 7 days. I already inquired online about the NAB migrant account a few weeks before the trip and once we got there, we meet with them then it was activated. You will be asked to schedule when and where to activate it but pwede niyo naman pa arrange iyun on your preferred time and location. Tip for parents who will be bringing their child is to bring a car seat as Uber or cars will be fined if hindi naka car seat ang bata, not sure with taxis pero ang mahal kasi ng taxi kaya for emergency at nagmamadali lang talaga advisable ito. Sayang lang at na delayed ng a few days ang tourist visa ng parents ko kaya hindi sila nakasama. On our stay there and masasabi ko lang is napakabait ng mga tao dun, and more diverse than what we've experienced here in Singapore. In a span of 30 mins may 5 tao na handang tumulong samin to give directions or give a helping hand with our pram. Medyo advance padin siguro ang SG in terms of the shopping malls ang luxury brands pero hindi naman yun ang pinunta namin dun kaya hindi kami nagtagal dun. We enjoyed all the parks, beaches and of course the food! I know Sydney will be different from Adelaide but from our trip there tanggap na namin ang laid back life na ibibigay samin dun. Maybe because of the busy life here in SG kaya willing kami tanggapin ang ganung katahimikan. Ayun back to work muna, finding a job and where to stay there... Happy CNY and all the best sa lahat!

@kittykitkat18 ganun ba. akala ko kasi kasama nyo din mother nyo dito sa SG. try to apply na lang a long term visa for her once nasa oz na kayo at plan how to get her there permanently.

@engineer20 bili lang po kayo ng Opal card at tap in/tap out lang po kayo sa train/bus/tram or lrt. Sa trams eh pagbaba niyo po or pagpasok wag niyo kalimutan mag tap in/ tap out kasi sa labas po ng trams or sa stops mismo ito makikita. Akala namin honesty system pero te next ride mo kung ano ang last stop yun agn chacharge sayo like SG hehehe. Medyo magastos pero hindi na siya eexceed sa $8 ata per day.
No need mo na tiklupin ang pram kasi may designated area para sa mga ito sa train/bus/tram so dun kayo pumwesto at mapagbigay naman ang mga taga dun except for tourists na walang alam. Medyo elevated lang lahat kaya kelangan mo buhatin ng unti paakyat and sa bus kapag pababa ka na eh sa harap mo padin ibababa ang pram. Ang alam ko nililimit nila ang nakatayo sa bus kaya hindi ito napupuno.

@kittykitkat18 aw, sayang nga pero ang pinaka importante na grant kayo. So pwede niyo siya isponsor after or long term visa. Medyo mahirap nga iprove na dependent sa inyo magulang mo since kasama mo na sa bahay at walang papertrail di katulad ng remittance. err or swertehan nga lang talaga
