    Ah sir @engineer20, ganun pala un? Pag kinonsider and naisama na ni CO ung partner ko sa Visa 189 application ko, saka pa lang xa mgkakaroon ng sariling tab nya to upload her own docs?

    Buti na lang nabasa ko reply mo, mag-uupload na sana ako ng docs sa partner ko sa Visa 189 application ko pero under pa rin sa "name tab" ko. Kasi may mga category nmn pang De Facto sa drop down menu.

    Worried nga ako kc maximum 60 attachments lang, eh nakaka 37 attachments nko for myself pa lng.

    So confirm ko lang sir, hindi pa ako pwede mgupload ng docs ng partner ko sa Visa 189 ko until ininclude na xa ng DIBP sa application ko? Tama po ba wait ko go signal ng CO khit na pag click ko ng "add more attachments" may mga title ng evidence type for De Facto?

    If "YES" ang sagot sir, paano un? Lagpas na ung deadline ng "60 days to respond for the required documents from date of lodgement (Jan 9, 2016)?" Or dun sa solo requirements ko lng applicable itong deadline na ito?

    Hindi nb applicable ngaun ung deadline na 60days since I'm now adding an additional applicant to migrate with me and is still awaiting for their approval on my FORM 1436?

    @ceejaycruz17 yup kailangan mainclude muna partner mo sa visa application. kaya ka hinihingian ng form 1436 at payment para maconsider siya as your dependent. kailangan na sa sarili nyang tab ka magupload ng mga docs na applicable sa kanya. yung 60 days na deadline ay para sa visa lodgement lang after mainvite. para sa docs naman walang deadline hanggang wala ka pang assigned CO pero pag meron na meron ka lang 28 days para iupload ang docs na hinihingi ng CO.
