    good PM sir and ma'ams, ask ko lang po sana kung ano implication sa application (ongoing and ung magsusubmit pa lang ng sponsorship request) if ung nominated occ is "MEDIUM AVAILABILITY". pag po ba nainvite ng state, then nagsubmit ng requirements, then mag "special conditions apply" during CO review stage, ano po possible maging effect?

    pag hindi ka pa na-approved ng SS, at hindi pa na-invite to apply for visa, that will affect your chances, dahil konti na lang ang slots for that occupation...

    pag Approved na SS, at nainvite kana to apply for visa, that will not affect you, as you have been considered as part of the occupation limit/slots..

    I'm planning to pursue SA state nomination under 190, wala ako immigration agent/agency, on my own ako. Ang pina-assess ko sa Vetassess ay technical sales. Ok nman un IELTS result ko. I'm having doubts kung pde ko i-pursue un state nomination kasi un technical sales ay open for SA graduates only, I have completed masters in Engg under UniSA pero as a transnational student dito sa Singapore. I have a degree in ChE at saka Masters in IE na ntapos ko sa Pinas.Meron ba dito na same case with me or meron kayo advice para sakin to pursue or not to pursue.

    hope this helps, https://www.migration.sa.gov.au/international_graduates you can refer to the flow chart to see whether you are eligible to apply sa SA nomination. Sorry wala kasi akong kilala na may same criteria/ situation as yours.

    @simpleplan - kung may result ka na ng assessment, at ielts at ready na lahat, then submit for SS SA, wala nman yata bayad un..

    if i may ask, how long did you actually study in UniSA (yung physically nandito ka)?

    Question po s mga nsa SA na..tumatanggap kya sila ng new employees khit year end na? Kc plan nmin ng aming small family(my 4yr old son, my hubby n i) to move on nov since ang ied nmin is on 13nov. But our worry is the job opportunities kc toward year end na, bka petiks mode na sila and they dont accept new employees.. thanks in advance po

    @daetabinas maganda po masaya at tahimik. you get to enjoy the sceneries and beaches na mabibiyahe mo in less than an hour. meron din mga filipino communities na makakasalamuha mo. me mga asian stores like catalina and martins kung saan mabibili mo ang mga pinoy products almost everything you need so di mo na kailangan magdala pa from pinas. overall its great living here but of course having a job will establish your SA life much better.

    I am intending to study in South Australia. However just a few moments ago I chanced upon the state's migration site and my occupation is on the list. EDUCATION MANAGER - 134499

    Eto po mga questions ko:

    1. My Bachelor course is Psychology and my Masters is Educational Psychology. Paano po makaka affect yung sa points system?

    2. Also, if I already have IELTS Academic, can I use it for this particular visa?

    3. Nagbabago po ba yearly and list ng state nominated occupation list?

    4. If I start now, makakaabot pa po ba ko if ever ngbabago ang list yearly?
