Guys may tito ako sa australia..kaso lang hindi xa pweee magsoonsor sakin dahil nga hindi aabot ng 1.5M yung savings nya ..ok lang bah gawan ko nalang xa ng affidavit na relative q xa at anytym pwede xa magbigay ng tulong sakin sa OZ

hello kung may more than one sponsor ka ok lang yon meaning if ang tito mo ay may 1m pesos then you can get the other show money from other sources (approved sponsor)

@danyan2001us hindi poh kasi aabot ng 1.5M yung pera ng tito ko sa ngayon so hindi xa qualified as sponsor..ok lang bah affidavit nlg to testify that anytime if i nid help sa oz eh ready to help poh xa..haiiii..naku..sana nman magrant na ako this time..

@goofygoofbot pwede yang RCBC. Ang gustong sabihin ni @danyan2001us pwede mo gamitin tito mo as sponsor tpos yung kulang na pera ikaw na bahala mag puno under your name or parents basta approved sponsor according sa diac requirements

@goofygoofbot pwede naman kahit wala syang 1.5m or 1m he can still show kung magkano man ung meron sila as a sponsor kasi they still need to show that they have the money to sponsor you, bukod sa affidavit u still need to provide lots of documents from him like certificate of employment birth certificate passport id bank certificate and bank statement. to support na they can really sponsor your stay. Just add it to the show money that u have pwede naman un eh mas maganda nga un kasi mas malaki ung mapapakita nyo sa embassy.

like me sponsor ko sister ko but she doesnt have enough 1.5m so ginawa namen ung bank nya and bank ko and ipinakita namen plus all the necessary documents.

Hello! Anyone here taking Masters in Australia na dala ang kid but not the partner/spouse ang dala but parent? Kasi as defined by the embassy, yung dependant lang ay ang children and de facto/spouse but yung mag-aalaga kasi sa son ko is my mom. Though he's already 2, I am still breastfeeding him kaya ayaw ko magkahiwalay kami. I don't have a problem with financial support kasi ang husband ko maiiwan sa Philippines till matapos nya ang 2nd degree nya then mag take sya ng board exam dito. Hopefully, PR na ako sa Aus.

Question is, saan kaya pwede mag fall ang mom ko. Student guardian kaya? Ha'ay stress ako kasi sya ang mag-aalaga sa son ko while I'm working/studying.


Thanks by the way. I'm still reading all the comments under this thread. Sa ngayon, preparing for IELTS pa rin ako. Hehehe. My target universities are Uni Melb and Monash.

Magandang araw po sa lahat..tanong ko lang kung mag apply po ba para sa student visa kailangan po bang may mag sponsor sayo na nasa oz po.at pag single po kasya n po ba ung 8ook php po na pang show money pra po sa 1yr course po..salamat po

Guys, may tanong uli ako.. kapag tito ko ang sponsor ko dapat bah kapatid xa ng mother or father ko? kasi yung tito ko first cousin ng papa ko.. hindi xa considered as acceptable individual sabi ng case officer ko.. bakit ganon? akala ko okay lang ..

@petjoe1981 nope no need to have relatives in aus anyone on your direct family can sponsor you kahit saan mang country sila (father,mother,sister or brother) . depende sa course mo pag bachelor;s degree courses no need for show money. kung di naman like vocational and diploma courses usually atleast 1.3m show money.

@petjoe1981 meron naman not sure kung what type ng courses pero probably mga vocational courses. pero check mo first kung ano talaga ung gusto mong aralin.

@anncardy7 base po sa agent ko ang pwede lang isama is anak or asawa. Pwede lang daw po isama ang parents kung under age po ung applicant.

If an international student is not eligible for streamlined visa processing, the passport they hold and the education sector of their principal course will determine the assessment level of the visa application.

The direct implication of the March 22 changes would be that the international students from countries like India, Nepal, China, Bangladesh and Pakistan would have to show lesser amount of money in order to gain entry to Australia. These students would now be required to provide evidence of funds for 12 months' study in Australia instead of 18 months.

This would mean students from subcontinent would be able to apply for a student visa with just
one way flight ticket + two semesters of education provider fees for a year + $18610 (12 months living cost).
in case of spouse or dependent children one needs to show funds that cover their living costs as well. $6,515 a year to support spouse, children aged 5-18 $8000 per year and $2,790 per year for every other child as well as fees for children's education.
The Assessment Level (AL) of the student determines how much funds need to be shown, who can provide these funds and how long these funds must be held. In order for the funds to be admissible they need to be held by an acceptable individual one who qualifies as someone whose income can provide for the visa applicant's education and living expenses.

An acceptable individual; can be one or more of the following:

(a) the applicant;
(b) the applicant's spouse or de-facto partner;
(c) a parent of the applicant;
(d) a grandparent of the applicant;
(e) a brother or sister of the applicant;

(f) an uncle or aunt of the applicant who is:
(i) an Australian citizen, an Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen; and
(ii) usually resident in Australia.

your sponsor could be in OZ or in Pinas...or somewhere else

Wala naman po kasi hinihingi na documents regarding sa funds.. Ang hiningi lang po ng IDP ay yung notarized declaration of funds.
