    Hi! I think ok lang naman, kasi yung sakin I forwarded my documents to AMS Cebu last Nov 20 then Nov 25 nila nareceive. By Nov 27 they lodged my visa na sa embassy. Tapos December 14 pa ko nakareceive ng acknowledgement from them.. :) medyo matagal siya hehe. Then until now, wala pa ko update regarding sa result ng application ko.

    Question lang. I forwarded my visa application to AMS on Dec 14. Their courier is 2GO but it wasn't picked up until Friday Dec 18. Until now, wala pa akong acknowledgment email from the Australian Embassy. Is it unusual ba? Yung iba kasi 3 days may acknowledgment agad. :)
    I feel the same way. Sobrang kaba na. I just want to relax na and know the results! :) Last week ko na this week Sa work. Hopefully we all get our visa grants soon!

    2015 Timeline:
    October 10 - Inquiry at IDP (Cebu)
    October 10-22 - Self review IELTS
    October 23 - Submitted application form and reqts. to IDP
    except IELTS
    October 24 - IELTS Exams
    November 6 - IELTS RESULTS (PASSED)
    November 12 - Submitted IELTS results to IDP
    November 16-25 - Waiting for offer letter from ECU through IDP
    -Follow up IDP (No feedback from ECU)
    -I was told by my counselor 3-4 times that
    application was sent and have to wait for ECU.
    -Checked ECU online tracker and application
    shows "no records"
    Nov 23 - Medicals at NHSI Cebu
    Nov 25 - Looked for a new IDP counselor. Counselor was away.
    Nov 26 - Complained to a different IDP counselor & found out
    my application was not yet submitted to university by
    my previous counselor.
    Nov 27 - I called AMS and submitted a new application.
    - Received acknowledgement email from ECU.
    Nov 30 - Long distance call from ECU Representative confirming my final agency of choice (IDP or AMS)
    Dec 1 - Nominated AMS and AMS emailed ECU.
    - Checked ECU online tracker and found my name on their
    records (YEY)
    - NHSI Medical results uploaded.
    Dec 7 - Received Offer Letter
    Dec 8 - Paid tuition fee and OSHC
    Dec 11 - Receive COE from Univ
    Dec 14 - Visa Reqts forwarded to AMS
    Dec 19 - 2GO scheduled pick up of visa application
    Dec 22 - Acknowledgment fro AU Embassy & Visa Lodge
    Jan 11 - VISA GRANT!

    Hi sis, I just received a call from AMS Global and yey granted na daw po ang visa application ko. When I received their email, I saw that Dec.22 pa pla ngrant ung visa. And yes, could be due to the holidays kea nadelay yung pag inform nila. Maybe kakaresume lang dn nila sa work ngayon. :)

    Hi sis, I received my visa grant na. Thanks sa pagpapalubag sa loob ko. Finally the long wait is over! Tapos na ang kaba.hihi nadaan talaga xa sa prayers. :)

    WOW! Happy New year ka na talaga! Got an email from AMS may acknowledgment sa visa ko last Dec 22 din. Waiting for the reults nalang :) sana next week na ako! :)

    Hi, medyo pressured na kami since dumating na papers from Deakin para sa 1yr conversion ng nursing course ng wife ko. ask ko lang if meron kayo pwde ma refer na lending agency, naghahanap kasi kami ng pwde mapag loanan. kulang pa kasi yung money namin for tuition, sayang lang din kc if di matutuloy. I hope meron mkapag refer ng lending agency, tnx April kc start ng class eh. tnx in advance

    yes though you need to inform your insurance provider when you arrive here so that they will adjust your commencement date of coverage

    Feb1 na ang start ng class ko. January 25 nga ang orientation pero feeling ko di na ako aabot talaga. Dasal dasal lang talaga. Mas matagal kasi processing ng subclass 572. Nung Dec11 naacknowledge yung visa application ko. Baka may interview pa but better wala na sana.

    @traveltart Hi po, bale 3 yrs yung sa hospital nya plus 2 yrs as private nurse. buti nga na accept nila yung sa private nurse ni wifey kasi kung hindi d sya pwde mag conversion. gumawa lang kami ng coe then yung doctore ng pasyente nya nag certify.

    Do yo guys know if staying in AU for 6 months with a break in between (one week) plus a refused visa application last June would affect my current student visa app? Subclass 572 ako. Baka kasi isipin nila hindi genuine yung intention ko to study kasi ang tagal ko dun but in reality, kaya ako natagalan kasi nagapply apply ako directly sa mga school and naghintay ng offer letter bago ako tuluyang umuwi. Nakakaparanoid kasi. Sana itanong sa akin during the interview para majustify ko. Huhu

    Do yo guys know if staying in AU for 6 months with a break in between (one week) plus a refused visa application last June would affect my current student visa app? Subclass 572 ako. Baka kasi isipin nila hindi genuine yung intention ko to study kasi ang tagal ko dun but in reality, kaya ako natagalan kasi nagapply apply ako directly sa mga school and naghintay ng offer letter bago ako tuluyang umuwi. Nakakaparanoid kasi. Sana itanong sa akin during the interview para majustify ko. Huhu
    if your stay in that span of time (6 months) was within the duration of your visa then no problem with that....and with regard to your refusal, if ever that you have amended whatever was lacking at that time in your present application, I don't see that as a problem....just to cite you a concrete example...our student visa application way back 2010 was denied due to lack of funds then we rectified it by updating our bank records..after a week we lodged another visa application and it was approved.....IMHO and good luck
