Guys, may alam or kakilala ba kayo na narefuse ung student visa application dahil hindi spouse/parents ung magfifinancialsupport? In my case, sisterinlaw(AuPermanentResident) ko ung magsusupport, nagprovide kame ng ITR nya and proof ng relation(birthcert and marriagecert ng sisterinlaw ko). I find it odd na un ung reason kung bat narefuse ung application namen ng husband ko, kc sa applicationform may option na sisterinlaw. Dec19-lodged. Jan18-finalised-refused. Feb2018 intake.

@Crisca yun ba ang reason bakit ka narefuse? Ako pinagawa ako ni agent ng family tree para mas makita nila ang connection. Tapos pinanotarize ko. Tita ko naman ang sponsor.

@ellaine baka namisunderstand ko lang ung reason. Eto ubg sabe sa letter:
You are relying on the annual income of your sister-in-law. I have not accepted this as
a source of funds because only the income of your parent(s) or spouse are an acceptable
source of funds for the purposes of a Student visa application.
Actually, inexpect ko na maghahanap pa sila ng evidence of funds sa sisterinlaw ko. Nagulat nalang ako kc finalised agad tapos refused. Naginquire na ko kay msRitchie, mukang busy pa sya kahapon. Hopefully, nextweek mareview na nya ung letter of refusal.

@Crisca isa rin sa sponsors ko is my sister in law together with my mother in law. Okay naman wala naman naging prob.

@deecali mukang kulang lang tlga kame sa documents na pinresent. Naghintay tlga ko na magask sila ng additional evidence, pero aun, refused agad.

@Crisca baka nga dahil.sa financial docs, hindi sa relationship. Usually daw kasi hindi na sila nagaask, refuse na lang agad kaya mas better to give all needed docs... Beforw maglodge...

@Crisca hello. Baka kulang yung docs mo. Sister in law ko din nag sponsor skin for the student visa. And we got visa grant after 5 days ng husband ko.

@Crisca aside from the documents na nabanggit mo. You must submit also stat declaration, payslips, cert of employment from your in laws saka yung GTE mo dapat detailed talaga.

@JapsRN salamat sa tips. pag naglodge kame ulet,posible pa kayang magkaissue pa sa ibang req, like GTE? Or kung ano nalang ung issue sa 1st lodge?

@Crisca may agent ka po? Better consult ka sa nga agency free services naman yung iba. Like nga yung AMS global. Ichecheked nila gte mo until mahing ok.

HELLO po i'm new here... I am applying for a student visa sponsored by a school i'm working for.. however the school is for kindergarten and the immigration of course needs to see the established background of my employer and show money from a recognized bank.. may I ask po kasi obviously i will need show money, if i'm able to borrow does the show money need to be in the bank for a specific number of days or months or just bank certificate? it's not easy to borrow very big amount for a long period of time po kasi.. please help and thank you po in advance God bless po

@Crisca yon po bang evidence of financial capacity nyo is thru annual income ng sponsor? Ang pagkakaalam ko kasi sa financial capacity is may dalawang options, either thru annual income(https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/500-?modal=/visas/supporting/Pages/500/annual-income-option.aspx) or Twelve months' funds option (https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/500-?modal=/visas/supporting/Pages/500/twelve-months-funds-option.aspx). Kapag ata annual income option, spouse or parents lang ata ang pede magsponsor. Pero kapag twelve month option eh pede kahit sino basta maprove nyo yong genuine access. Siguro po next time na maglodge, submit na din kayo ng bank statements or certificate with the 12 month option amount.

Pwdi pa advice dito. Nakatapos ako ng AB Eng pero meron akong 2 years nursing study. I want to apply for enrolled nurse or diploma of nursing. I already took IELTs score ko ai L:7 R:7.5 W: 6.5 S: 8. Nag try po ako ng apply sa FedUni pero na deny ako sa pre-visa assessment kaya na cancel yung offer ko. Meron po ba kayo ma recommend sa kagaya ko? Right now I am with IDP pero naghahanap po ako ng ibang agency to help me with my situation. Thanks in advance. Please dont hesitate to directly pm po.
