Regarding sa tax return niyo dito sa AU, diba kasama sa ififile yung para sa Medicare Levy Exemption?
Wala bang way, na automatically na di tayo babawasan ng Medicare Levy?

@sheril ang ginawa ko, nag apply ako ng medical levy exemption. They will give you a certificate. After nun, nag file ako ng tax. After 2 weeks, pumasok na sa account ko yung tax refund.

HI Sir @epiboy99. For this financial year po, full year pa rin po ba ang i-aapply nyong exemption? or till the time na naglodge ng PR, since eligible na for blue medicare card? Yung application po ba for exemption need i apply after June 30, tama po ba? natry nyo na din po ba yung application thru email? sorry dami pong tanong.

@DreamerA hi regarding po sa pdos, Php 5850 to be exact, bale 25$(USD) processing fee, + 100$ OWWA membership fee lng need byaran.. pumunta po kau ng mga 6am para una kayo sa pila at humingi agad ng number sa guard, make sure to bring your contract, visa at passport. make sure to have 2 photocopies of each document. sken po ndi na ako hinigan ng POLO certification ksi sbi sa NZ lng dw nila need yun. kung wla ka pang polo for your contract, tpos same employer ka dito at sa au, maganda na magdala ka ng coe mo, for reference lng. natapos ako ng mga 1PM so mabilis lng to if wala kang kulang sa docs

hi everyone. my husband has a relative who owns restaurants here in pinas. and he is willing to help us by sending us to melbourne. he said he can give us training here in his restaurant and will eventually send us to the same resto in melbourne. he's just gonna ask the owner to maybe sponsor us. do u think this is possible?

Matagal ba processing ng visa ngayon? Yung akin, 2 months na wala pa rin. Yung nomination ko na approve around 2-3 weeks back (week of 9th June). Pero before nomination approval, pinag medical na ako. I feel a bit worried at this point, although sinabihan naman nila ako na 2-3 months ang processing. So I still have another month as leeway. Kailangan na ba ako kabahan? Wala naman na rereject na pag approved ang nomination di ba?

Goodevening All! Just wanted to ask if anyone of you who have similar situation. I just finished my Certificate IV in hospitality. Now, my employeer wants to sponsor me. pwedi na ba akong sponsoran kahit Certificate IV lang ang hawak ko. really appreciate if you can give me some ideas. thank you

HI @honece1003 this actually depends on what occupation code the position your sponsoring company will be nominating you in. This needs to align with your experience and qualifications. Also, the sponsoring employer should be able to justify that there is a need to hire an overseas employee. 457 is a three-step process, namely Sponsorship, nomination and employee application. Once the sponsorship and the nomination has been granted, most likely you wont have any problems na with the last step. medical nalang ang crucial dun

@aanover bali im working in a coffee shop. Cafe- all rounder trabaho ko. ( cook, waitress, barista etc) pero yong hawak ko lang na certificate, certificate IV in hospitality. naghahanap na nga ako ng agent na maka tulong sakin kasi yong boss ko pinapa process na yong papers ko. d ko alam san magsimula. thanks you talaga sa pag reply

@honece1003, question, is your AU potential employer, pwede ba silang magsponsor ng overseas worker? kasi as far as I know, they should be an approved sponsor before they can nominate you for an occupation. So basically, the first step is for them to be an approved sponsor and for them to find an occupation code suitable for you na pwede nilang inominate (second phase of 457 visa application). Hope this helps!

@kwingerz ako din still waiting 457 visa applicant ako may 4 ako nag Lodge wala parin. Assessment in progress parin status sa immi account. 3 months ba talaga bago magrant?

ask ko lang po last year n umattend aq ng seminar for my visa 457 hindi q po malala kung kailangan po ba n bago mg 2 years start nung ng enter kmi ng australia e dpat makabalik ulit kmi sa australia?

@rhumy Wala pa rin yung akin. Mag 3 months na sa April 21 since na lodge ng company ko. Wala kasi silang migration agent. Although ung nomination ko approved na at nakapag medical na rin ako. Hopefully dumating na this week or next week!

@JessSantos pero wala namang hininging ibang docs sayo? mukhang matagal nga ngaun kasi kakatapos lang ng end of financial year nila. So baka madami pa pending pero wag naman sana sobrang tagal. Maa-approve din tayo!!!
