@Ronafel All rounder, hehe From tills, to floor to dispensary kaya nakakapagod. Ako nghahandle ng Vitamin section namin. Pinakuha ako ng Dispensary Tech course kaya pag busy andun ako sa dispensary. Ikaw? Sabihan mo rin ako ha, It was nice knowing na may pumapasa, kaya thank you for sharing.

@Cassey magaling sis kasi meron kana dispensary tech na certificate. Ako nasa despensary lang. Pharmacy student level 4 kasi status ko sa work ngayon. Marami pumapasa sa Kaps sis. 2 interns namin nung ng review cla buntis cla nun.

@Ronafel Okay lang yan sis at least kahit papaano exposed tayo sa Pharma practice dito. Wala kasi kaming mga overseas pharma kaya gulat ako na marami pa palang nagpapaconvert. Please keep in touch. Pwede palang patanong sa mga kawork mo kung ano mga books na binasa nila for KAPS, salamat.

Hello mga kabayan. Thank you for the wonderful and very helpful discussion. Ask ko lang about sa evaluation if yung 4 year course BS Pharmacy eh accredited siya to take the exam for pharmacist or pang pharmacy technician siya. Hope for your reply. 2007 graduate po ako 4 year BS Pharmacy and would like to have my evaluation this year.

Ok po. I went in Sydney and Melbourne last month for a vacation and nanuod ng Aus Open. Maganda talaga ang Australia :-) Hoping makapagpaevaluate this year.

@Cassey Wala na ako time mag study kasi pagod na ako sa work. Pag day off naman gusto ko ng mag rest. Ewan ko kung makakapag take pa bah ako. Gusto ko kasi may study buddy. Hirap pag ikaw lang mag isa nag aaral.

hello. just movein here in melbourne with a489 visa. baka naman may know kayo job sa chemist im a pharmacist in the philippines also

@27julie Hi, You can do a backread on this thread. For Phartech, you need to study here in Au to get a Certificate to be able to work here as such.

Hi guys ang hirap pala pag sa city are they really asking for a cert? in rural areas at WA they didn't ask for any s3 or tech cert, e.g. priceline pharmacy, chemart, private pharmacy. they even offered a job right away, I just told them I am pharmacist in Philippines and they said I can start my intern but I told them I haven't taken any exam, also puro highschool ang nag work doon for part time, mahirap pala talaga sa city marami siguro competition.

I'm planning to take KAPS next year , concern ko lang po, kumukuha po ba sila dyan ng foreign interns? ano po ang chances kong makapasok as pharmacist dyan if hindi ako taga dyan? Thank you po ng marami!!

@Riria Hrllo Ria. I'm also planning to take KAPS this year. Yes kumukuha sila ng foreign interns specially if meron ka na visa na allowed ka mag work. I think if you will apply sa mga rural areas i think they will also sponsor you.

Hi I'm planning to go to Australia pero undecided kung mag student visa (as a Pharmacy Technician) or process papers for migration na talaga. If student visa, possible po kaya na pweding magacquire lang ng cert for Pharmacy technician rather than a real Diploma of Pharmacy. Balak ko po kasi to start my career there as a Pharmacy technician muna. Hoping for anyone's insight.

@aicieee May experience ka ba as PharTech? Kung meron, pwede kang magpaassess ng docs mo sa VETASSESS and see if you’re suitable for mogration or not. If you’re planning to migrate here do it as soon as you can, marami na kasing locals na kumukuha ng ganyang course.

@Cassey Actually po I am a licensed Pharmacist dito sa Philippines. hehe Gusto ko muna po sana magstart as a Pharm tech sa Australia then kapag nakapagipon I'll work my way to Pharmacist na po.
