    @jedh_g CHAIN MIGRATION, for applicant na nakaspecial condition yung occupation and chooses visa 190. Immediate family member na Citizen or PR na parang sponsor syo for approval ng state nomination ni applicant.

    Like in our case, husband is the primary applicant, lahat ng pamilya niya nsa australia na, kami nalng nandito sa pinas, one sister is in melbourne, yung isa sister is nsa adelaide together with their mom, since south australia yung state na pinili namin, kahit nakaspecial condition yung occupation we can still apply kahit 60pts lng kasi parang sponsored kmi ng sister in law ko na citizen na sa adelaide. Usually kse 85 points ang nkaspecial condition pra maaprove, husband ko kse is 60pts lng kaya ng-under chain migration kami pra makaaply pa dn kht di sya 85pts :)

    Hubby's skill assessment is 135112 ICT Project Manager which is part of CSOL, his points including partner skills is 65.

    My ACS was just submitted yesterday under SOL 261311 Analyst Programmer. My points including partner skills would be 60, (No IELTs points as I had a 6.5 mark in Writing :( )

    What is your advice, should we apply for 189 or 190? Sino ang mas okay na mag main applicant? Gusto ko sana umabot sa April 27 round. Thanks!

    @Lynlyn take pte and be the primary applicant para umabot ka 70pts and get the 189 invite. I suggest din na mag lodge si partner mo ng ss application for 190 para kung alin mas mauna.. Mejo ubusan na kasi ng slots sa mga 2613xx occupations.. Good luck
