    Pag open ka account sir sa NAB make sure use your SG Address, I know someone kc they use Australia address since may kakilala dun. Ending dun pinadala ung letter ng account.
    So mas natagalan pa. Pag SG Address soft copy marereceived mo and andun na instruction.

    Ung atm card po makukuha nyo pag nagpersonal appearance na kayo dun. ireready na nila un. So deposit na lang kayo. What we did before we open the account first thru online, nagpaappointment then tsaka ngdeposit when we do our initial entry. Madami naman dun ATM machines ng NAB.

    @z3design tama yung sinabi na after personal appearance pa makukuha atm card. sa email ilalagay nila account details mo at kung sino ang tao na makakausap mo sa branch pag nagpunta ka na sa Au. send din nila access info kung pinili mo ang online banking. bale pwede ka lang magdeposit habang di ka pa nagpersonal appearance at macheck mo kung nacredit thru online banking. NAB pinili ko kasi walang service charge di tulad ng iba na may monthly kung di mo mameet terms nila. pwede naman magopen na lang ng additional accounts pag nasa Au na at may work.

    When I moved here, I was advised to open an account with NAB kasi they don't charge a monthly fee, unlike some other banks. When you open an account with them, they'll offer you an iSaver account na rin, which gets a better interest rate than the savings account. It's similar to Savings actually -- walang lock in period etc. If you need to withdraw money from it, you just have to transfer the amount to your Savings Account, then draw it from there. Nung mag-open ako, the interest rate for iSaver was 2.75% per annum. Note that you'll have to renew your iSaver interest rate every 3 months. All you need to do is go to a NAB branch and inform them of the renewal.

    CommBank's been on the news dito lately. Negative publicity :-/ .
