@vhoythoy yes u need to fill-up the form para ma generate yung referral letter na dadalhin mo sa clinic. lahat ng dependents kasali sa application, pati infant in my case.

yes fill-up the form for you and your dependents electronically.after that magenerate yung referral letter with ur HAP ID.

hello! is there anyone here who applied tourist visa for their parents (w/ dependent pass IC) while still in SG with visa grant . So technically PR Au pero andito parin SG. Any inputs on how to apply tourist visa for parents , may nakagawa na ba yun? sample itinerary naman po. Salamat!

Ako wala ako sinagot jan kasi sa pinas wala naman tayong parang Singaporean IC. Basta kung humingi saka magbigay hehe bahala na.

Question. pagnagupload ka ba at nagkamali, pwede mo pa i un-upload ang docs?

You can put either of the two... it does not matter too much; just quote your correct IC #

Another question, sa point medical orchard ka nagpamedical diba. Open sila ng saturday need pa ba mag pa reserve or pwede walk-in lang? How much is the total cost? try ko this saturday magpunta. Salamat

May nagkaproblema ba dito regarding scar sa lung during medical? Meron kasi ako but the minimal ptb was already healed since 2006 and nagiwan ng scar sa right upper lung. I declared it sa medical referral kasi lalabas nman sya tlaga sa xray. I plan to bring my past xrays and medical cert issued last 2006. Wala nman akong prob whenever mag undergo ako ng xrays sa mga employment pass applications but i dont know how strict sa aussie visa application. Should they require me to undergo sputum pa? Anyone na naka exp neto? Thanks

I did pero january na daw open, fully booked na this Dec. dapat pla nagpabook na agad ako. Uwi muna ako pinas Jan 6-7 asikasuhin ko muna medical ng family ko at nbi. Halfday lang kasi nbi pinas. Sana walang maging problema

Why don't you take the medical in the Phils together with your family?

Special kasi case ko, because i have scar on my right lung (history of ptb 10 years ago). Wala akong nagiging prob naman dito sa SG for employment pass purposes but i think mas mahigpit dito sa visa application.

Based on what i've read, theres a big possibility na ma-deferred yung medical ko. Another thing is baka may additional test na i require like sputum, etc. I dont know. I may be in for a rough ride (additional 2-4 months), hahaha. Complete naman past records ko (xrays, medical cert.) but may not be enough. Baka lalo sumakit ulo ko pag sa pinas pa. Thats why I think better na dito na ako sa SG mag pamedical unlike sa pinas. Baka lang mas may konting favor/ authority ang medical pag dito sa SG as compared sa 3rd world countries like pinas. May nabasa pa nga ako sa expat forum ba yun na pana, inabot ng almost a year yata medical done in India. May be case to case basis. Ayoko na mag worry, bahala na. hahays

Im confident na walang prob medical sa family ko kaya dun na sila.

I will be cancelling 1 slot appointment at Point medical for Dec 30. Baka meron gusto mag book. tawag ako sa point medical about 4PM today. Can sms me at 9-6 4 7 - 0 - 8 - 2, 4. Kung gusto nyo i-confirm.

Guys and gals, question lang po. After nyo po ba makapaglodged at magbayad ng visa, automatic na kaagad na naggenerate ng General checklist sa evisa page nyo? Or meron kaagad ng link ng referral form for medicals? Yun sa akin kasi hanggang ngayon as in wala talaga, even email from DIBP. Should I worry na na baka may namissed out ako?
