    Today i will explore sydney city.. Bumili ako ng multipass3.. Ride all you can (train,bus,ferry) for 7days = 60aud...

    Pagnakakita kyo ng parang tanga na nawawala na merong camera.. Ako na un..lol

    @lock_code2004 - If you enjoy walking, take the train to Milson's Point, then walk sa Harbour Bridge pabalik sa city. Ok lang pa-picture sa bridge guards, sanay na sila. Then either daan ka sa The Rocks papunta Circulay Quay, or kung type mo dumaan sa simbahan meron very nice one sa Grosvenor St - St Patrick's, madalas bukas yan. Siguraduhin lang may dala kang map kasi old area ang the Rocks at hindi matao.

    If you're taking off/getting on sa Circular Quay train station at hindi ka nagmamadali, i-enjoy mo ang million-dollar view. May magandang spot dyan na kita ang bridge, opera house doon sa side na may ferry. I usually rest there, coffee in hand, enjoying the view at pinapanood mga tao sa baba.

    Kung sa may QVB ka naman abutin nang pagod, may leather sofa sa taas at libre newspaper. Pwede rin mag nap, di ka sisitahin. Sa Chinatown ang mga cheap na foodcourt at masarap naman.

    Kung type mo makita beach, Bondi (via bus) and Manly (ferry). Mas maganda pag weekends you can see the locals in their sailboats.

    Pag medyo late na iwas ka sa Oxford/Darlinghurst area (no offence meant sa mga locals), medyo magulo kasi yung area.

    - nagawa ko na ang QVB tips nyo..
    - sakto ang sinabi nyo a chinatown... masarap ang ispeshal fly lice (only 6aud good for 2 na)..
    - nakaikot na din sa The Rocks, at Circular Quay at Opera House..

    umulan ng malakas kanina.. kaya tambay na lang sa starbucks para maka wifi..

    also of note: sa new zealand kasi parang pay wave yung bus pass naman..tawag namin dun snapper so meaning you just swipe while you go in the bus. so when i got here to sydney, they use paper cards that you actually have to put in the box near the driver and wait until it comes out. the problem kasi cardboard paper na fold ung edge kaya ayaw pumasok sa box.. kaya i had to try and fix it, my daughter also was getting inpatient... sabi pa naman ng driver, "lady stop playing!" ..super rude ng bus drivers in sydney.

    also 1st week pa namin didn't know about the card bus passes, so i paid in coins/ cash.. he won't take my money and won't let me ride kasi card only daw na time.. so really had to go down and go to the dairy (sari sari store nila) to buy a card.

    then another time, in nz kasi mabait ung mga tao in nz... if you don't know where your stop is you can ask the driver to help you and tell you if this is your stop. so in oz, i asked the bus driver can you please tell me if i am near my stop.. i gave him the stop number, the landmark and the address.. he said, " lady i don't even know where that is.." eh pano di nya alam na route nya yun almost everyday sya dumadaan dun.. sigh..very lazy to care.

    marami pa yan examples.. like sa grocery and other places. so what i do, i usually fall in line wherein the one manning the counter is asian;)

    i don't know maybe it's the fast pace in life in sydney so people are a bit rude or what.

    share ko lang yung experience namin ng Initial Entry ng family ko sa Perth.
    Eroplano pa lang galing SG dami na kami nakasay na Aussies na nakatapak (walang footwear).

    One day, Dinner time, around 6PM, gutom na kmi ng wife ko & kid & we're on our way sa rented room sa Suburb, and may nakita kaming Farmer Jack's supermarket, na may mga kainan sa tabi. Options: Pizza, Chinese Food, CountryStyle fried chicken
    We chose the Countrystyle chicken, then sobrang gulat namin ng wife ko nung pagpasok namin, meron lang 2 tables na may tig-2 seats each sa buong food shop. Then yung mga nakapilang Aussies, halos 75% nakatapak. Then ang haba ng pila ng drive thru.
    So nag-usap muna kami ng wife ko kung kakain na kami (dine-in), not minding na kami lang kakain dun. Well I guess ok lang naman siguro kumain dun kaso nakakailang na kami lang kumakain & lahat sila nakatingin while waiting for their orders.
    Bandang huli, nag-take out na rin kami & sa house na lang din kmi kumain.

    Next time sa pagbalik namin, try ko naman umorder ng nakatapak, at dun kami kakain sa loob. =)

    @LokiJr but saying that.. any beach in oz people go topless sunbathing. i was in coogee beach as per usual in my days off.. but it was sunny sunday afternoon though overcast in the morning, so many teenagers were topless!

    @LokiJr but saying that.. any beach in oz people go topless sunbathing. i was in coogee beach as per usual in my days off.. but it was sunny sunday afternoon though overcast in the morning, so many teenagers were topless!
    mapuntahan nga yang coogee at bondi na yan :D

    b) view from "The Gap" ocean cliff - awesome.. sadly marami daw nagpapakamatay dito...

    c) Cogee beach - sosi si @li_i_ren, ganda ng location ng area na ito.. ganda din ng beach..tapos may mga picnic/bbq area na free for public..

    Ang ok sa malamig na weather like here in Victoria (hindi yung super lamig or winter season), kahit malayong lakaran kayang-kaya kasi di ka papawisan and di pagod yung feeling. Probably, pag winter season medyo mahirap na siguro dahil sobrang lamig.
