@J_Oz wow ang bilis! 2 weeks lang. Saan nyo pina expedite? Need ko din actually yung nso certified kasi magrerenew ako ng passport. Pina extend ko lang validity ng current passport ko. Para pag nagrenew ako, kasabay na ng change name. Gusto ko maayos na lahat before umalis.

My de facto partner is in a 457 visa and I'm planning to lodge my visa soon. Almost complete na po with the requirements. Question po.. mga gaano po usually katagal ang visa processing times for de facto? Thank you!

Hi everyone,

Im a newbie here. Would like to ask for your help. Si GF kasi nagsubmit siya ng EOI ng Jan12 then ang nilagay niya sa application ay Single and "No" sya sa "Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in future application?".
Then Jan22 nakareceive na siya ng invite. Pwede pa kaya niya baguhin yung Single and NO sa paglodge ng Visa?

Balak namin na magcivil wedding agad para mahabol yung 60 days expiration ng Invite.

hello!

Ako po ang main applicant then additional applicant ang boyfriend ko. May heart condition po siya. He got an operation when he was still 9 years old. Normal working person naman po siya. Mas mabilis nga lang siyang mapagod than a normal person.

The question is: makakaapektado po ba to sa visa application ko? Like ma-delay po ba or, worst, get denied?

I have a de facto partner ( same sex ) and last year na Grant visa nya.
Visa skilled independent ( 189 ).Hindi po ako naisama sa application nya due to some personal reasons. Now, we are planning na susunod ako sa kanya.
Gusto ko po itanong, kung ano type ng visa e apply namin?

English Requirements for Secondary Applicants
You must provide one of the following:

a) your IELTS TRF Number to show you have a band score of at least four and a half (4.5) based on all four components. Important: If you are using an IELTS test to show functional English, it must be from a test sat no more than 12 months before making your application.

b) evidence that you have a degree, diploma or trade qualification requiring at least two years of full time study or training with all instruction conducted in English

c) evidence that you have completed at least one year of full time study in Australia towards a degree or diploma qualification with all instruction conducted in English

d) evidence that you have completed one of the following at an educational institution where all instruction was conducted in English:your primary education and at least three years of secondary education, or at least five years of secondary education.

Hello sir! with regards sa letter D--kelangan ba ung certificate na isusubmit are from secondary school AND college school mejo confused lang ako dito,, kasi ung partner ko did not pursue college--2 yrs lang ata. then nag stop sya and nagtake nalang ng mga short courses para sa skills nia. thank you!!!

So if I am planning to include my partner for partner skilled qualification for me to gain additional 5pts. should my partner needs to take IELTS and have skill assessed?

Hello All. Badly need advise please... I cant see here same scenario with my issue..My partner and I are planning to apply to AU (planning to send the requirements this August for assestment). He will be the primary applicant and I as secondary. Planning to get 189/ defacto. I know we can submit all requirements for de facto (4 yrs in good relationship). Questions:
1. If visa 189, will there be another visa subclass for de facto? Or both of us will be 189?
2. Partner has a child with his ex gf-should he add his child as dependent or can the child apply student visa in the future (incase my partner will not add her in the application since ayaw namin ipalaam kay ex nya..gold digger kc hahaha)
3. I am not legally separated (so in PH law still married) but separated with my ex for 13yrs. Can we still apply for de facto even if I am legally married by law?
4. I used my ex last name for my diploma and TOR nung college (since natakot ako gamitin yung maiden ko kc nga inisip ko that time na still married by law ). But Im using my maiden name in all my employment docs. Can I submit my diploma/TOR and employment docs using different last names with affidavit that the appliacant is the same person?
Or should I request my school to re-print new TOR/diploma using my maiden name?

So stressful on my side. I hope someone can shed some light here. I am planning to file the annulment once I'm in AU (so expensive kc dito sa pinas) and we want to marry too in AU if possible. Thank you so much in advance.

Hello po, my mother applied for partner visa, nilagay nya po kame ng ate ko as non-migrating. Im 28yrs old at ate ko is 31 yrs old. Tumawag yung co ni mama at tnatanung kameng non-migrating like kung my work ba kame or asawa or engage, then cnabe ng mama ko wala kame work at wala asawa or engage which is true nman. And now, were deciding na gawin nlng kameng migrating with my mom. Pwede po kaya un? From non migrating gagawin na migrating? And whats the chances na ma approved kame considering na 28 at 31 yrs old na kame ng ate ko.

@agrande ano sagot dun sa tanong nyo sa single/no sa de facto. kasi plan ko mag primary applicant then bf ko ung de facto. pag sinabing de facto hindi dapat single lagay no? tapos dapat Yes ang sagot sa "Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in future application?". kung plan namin na pareho makapunta sa AU. pareho kaming software engineer initially ang apply. pero decided to try yung one main applicant with one dependent (de facto). kaso di kami live in... same street kami nagstay separate building/separate apartment. kasi di pa kami married. kaya ganun. pero pwede ba un consider de facto? or dapat live in tlaga.

@lock_code2004 paano po kapag mag bf/gf since 2013. bale 2yrs and 7 months na in a relationship. hindi kami live in kasi may kanya kanya kaming apartment na nirerent. si bf kasama nya ung housemate nya na ever since nagwork sa manila. ako naman kakamove in ko lang sa same street ng bldg apartment ni bf. halos facing lang ang building apartment namin. solo lang ako ngayon bagong lipat. kasi humiwalay na ako sa siblings ko. tapos dumadalaw naman/nakikisleepover mga 3-4 days si bf para samahan ako. di pa lang nya maiwan housemate nya kasi wala syang kapalit. tapos lalaki bill nung friend nya pagbigla syang umalis. though prior sa pagsolo lipat ko, nagstay ako one month sa apartment nila while naghahanap pa ako. di po pwede consider na de facto partner sya or nasa de facto relationship kami kasi di kami technically living together? di pa ko pa lang din masuggest sa kanya na lumipat na or ok na sa akin lumipat sya kasi nga di kami kasal. nahiya din ako sa parents ko. pero if di ito pwede, ok lang ba na lumipat na lang sya sa bahay tapos mag open kmi din joint account pero now lang? baka mapansin ng CO na masyado malapit sa visa application. wala pa syang one year? thanks po

@MayoMay No, the photos, chat records, bank transfers, travel tickets were all original. However, all of it were returned once we got our visa.

@MayoMay hindi naman madadamay ang partner kung magloko man ang isa. sa questions mo on how to prove your relationship as de facto try to research sa dibp website kung ano ang considered nilang conditions.

@markier87 sorry paano pong all original? ( pics from FB, plane tickets, travel itineraries, chat messages, text messages etc) like if pics puro uploaded lang kasi sa social networking sites > ggawin po ba mag padevelop ng mga copies, paste sa blank paper, with caption and all details, same sa mga emailed travel itineraries, etc. dapat may print copy na ilalagay sa blank page. kung iuupload sa pag lodge ng visa need scan no need ng notarization. kung ipapass naman sa mismong embassy, para syang collage na photo album na naka compile lang tapos send sa embassy?

Hi @MayoMay yes, what I did was I printed all relevant photos, some even with date and time stamp (digicam, hindi phone). Then, I placed them on a collage with caption and details. That also applies to travel itineraries, love cards, Facebook chats, Yahoo chats, money transfers. Since I did a hard-copy application, all of these were compiled and submitted to the embassy.
