Hi guys, may tanong lang po ako. Ang nilagay ko kasi sa EOI eh engaged, tapos sa family part na tanong eh sabi ko kasabay ung partner ko sa application. Tapos ngayon eh may ITA n ako. ang problema ko engaged lng ako dun sa EOI at locked for editing na kaso ang kasal nmin is on October 8 2018 pa, yung 60-day period ng ITA ko is until Oct 10, 2018 lang. Ayaw ko nmn sana i-elapsed ung 60-day period at gumawa ng bagong EOI. mejo confused ako kasi kung ituloy ko n hindi kmai kasal eh baka ndi xa maisama sa application ng visa. 7 years n kami sa relationship pero ndi kami nag cohabitation at wala kami joint accounts. Although dun sa family part ng EOI eh nilagay ko na included on the application ung partner ko kaso im not too sure kung maisasama ba talaga xa kung engaged lng ang status ko sa EOI. pwede ko imove kasal ngayon September. @batman we do have other proofs that we are in a relationship. We have been living together for more than a year na. However, our agent is requiring us to present a parental consent that states that our parents allows us to live together. Even if we are already way above the age of consent.

@hersheythegreat well, that is your agent call. Explain your case to your agent. The agent might have seen a weak case to prove your de facto relationship that is why he is asking for more evidence. Try talking it with your agent to understand properly. Agents are their to have a smooth application process and get positive results.

tough call in today's trend. dati kase, ok lang kahit friends and relatives pero ngayon kase, mas mahigpit na ang AU. possible na nakita ng agent na mas strong proof ang parent's statements.

Will this be enough?

1. Flight iteneraries since 2013
2. Contract - tenancy agreement we both signed
3. Credit card - my partner is under my supplementary
4. Phone bill - though for this one di ko pa sure how to prove that i am the one using the extension.
5. Remittance receipt - he is paying for my sss contributions and housing loan under pag ibig

Hello, im planning to take my girl with me under a student visa. Here are some of the documents that we have.

1. Statements from friends
2. Statement from my gf's parents that we are together. My side cant provide the statement kasi di sila approve sa relationship namin
3. Receipts with the same address
4. Love letters & Photos since 2015
5. Joint bank accounts
6. We're planning to get a credit card with me being a supplimentary user.
7. Lease agreement / statement from landlord
8. Drivers license with the same address

Will this be enough to get approved?

Hi! Maglolodge na sana kami ng 189 visa ng defacto ko (ako main applicant) pero ngayon pala attach muna docs bago Bayad. May query lang ako sana po matulungan niyo ako.

May hinihingi doon na “Member of Family Unit, Evidence of”, iba pa doon sa evidence for defacto partnership. Any idea ano difference nito or anong docs dapat ilagay dito?

Meron kami tag isang stat dec, joint bank account statement. Joint car, Barangay and homeowners na certificate saying nakatira kami sa same house. Affidavit from my mom saying nakaira kami as a couple sa bahay nila since may 2015. Tapos may isang pinoy na witness sa relationship (stat dec), isang form 888 na stat dec (oz citizen), tapos yung photos and travel together.

Uulitin ko lang kaya lahat? Or sa evidence of family unit kahit stat dec lang namin individually about the defacto partnership? Yung iba doon na under sa evidence for defacto?

Hoping for your advise! Til oct 10 kami maglolodge. Yun na lang kulang atsaka passport photo na kailangan pala. Thank you sa makakatulong

@ceinau15 walang CO contact but may immi commencement email ako nareceive last June, estimate ko pag ganun another 3 months. kaso lagpas na uli haha. labo lang talaga. so far 5 feedbacks palang, kasubmit ko lang uli kahapon.

1. My Personal Statement of relationship
2. Partner's Personal Statement of relationship
3. Statement by my family (NOTARIZED)
4. Statement by my partner's family (NOTARIZED)
5. Statement by a Friend (NOTARIZED)
6. Lease Contract
7. Bills or any Letter that shows that we have the same address
8. Bank statements highlighting transactions between me and my partner
9. Photo collection.
10. Travel tickets/documents/bookings
11. Chat Logs

Notes:
1. Personal statements - we thought na di na kailangan notarized yung statement namin ni partner. Wala naman din naging problema and nakatipid din kami. Mahal ang Notary public sa SG
2. Kung wala kayong bills, any letter that shows your name and address can be used. In our case ang ginamit namin is mga letters/mailed promotions from our bank.
3. A Lease contract is a strong evidence lalo na pag nasamahan mo pa ng bills.
4. Since wala kaming joint account, nag pakita nalang kami ng bank statements showing our transactions to each other.
5. For the photo collection, best to include also old photos that predates the period ng pag live in nyo. Nagsama din kami ng photo with our families and the specific friend that gave the supporting statement.
6. When lodging the visa, may part dun kung san ilalagay mo kung kelan nag start yung de facto relationship. In my application, ang linagay kong date is kung kelan kami nag live in, hindi ung date kung kelan nag start ang relationship namin.

If applying for a 489 visa and you are legally married mid of this year. Sa judge and not sa church, normally ano2 docs ang hihingin? Worry ko is baka manghingi ng proof ng joint account. For now wala pa kami. What happened is my wife tried last Sept sa BDO (nakaalis nako ng PInas), but needed ng presence ko (im an ofw) if joint acct nga. So ang ending is, she was able to open an acct na under her name lang and not a joint account.

Is joint acct necessary to prove your marriage?
Ano pa normally hahanapin sayo?
