@Isyut..ahh okk..so never pla talaga kau nagsama sa isang bahay in a long period of time kasi both of u matagal na sa abroad.. at nagsasama lg kayo pag umuwi ng pinas.. So really cannot be considered as de facto.

clarify ko lang 929 is for change of passport details, tama ba ako? Kasi dun sa ecom site upper left di ba may options dun clinick ko yung change of passport tapos ang lumabas na form ay yung 1022 kaya yun ang form na finill upan ko para ma update yung details ko sa bagong passport ko.

Tungkol naman po dun sa defacto wrong declaration ko, pwede kaya sa form 80 ko nalang e change tapos email ko si CO that I misinterpreted it?. Anyway, hinihingan din naman po ako ni CO ulit nuong 80 bec need I need to answer daw Q46. Salamat again

You still have to fill-up the form 1022. As their procedure states, any changes in circumstances you have to notify the department by submitting form 1022. Den u have to indicate ur reason na lg sa CO mo na na mis interpret mo ang meaning ng de facto dat's y u are changing ur status..

Dun kasi sa form 80 walang option sa Single anu lang "Never married or been in a de facto relationship" . Alin po dun dapat? salamat po.

@nfronda ay ganun po ba. So, ibig sabihin sa form 80 -Q2 answer ko "never married" tapos sa Q23 dapat "no" din answer ko at dapat hindi ilalagay details nang gf ko? tama ba?

May nabasa ako dito, ibig ba sabihin dito na Partners lang na "living together" pa din. At anu maging consequence hihingi pa rin kaya yung CO nang pcc at medical nang gf ko?

@Isyut..yes dapt NO ang sagot mo..no need to put the details of ur gf.. dito kasi sa OZ, their meaning of partners is that u are living together..married or not married..so ung sa iyo na u have a girlfriend but u never live together cannot be considered as partner..

U have to explain to ur CO.. na u have a girlfriend in a period of 3 or more years already but then u never live together and u are in a long distance relationship and what u understand u consider her as ur partner but in OZ it can'T Be consider as partner.. so tell ur co that u mis interpret the meaning of partner..

@Isyut..no worries.. Eto share q sau ha this story is from one of the filipino here in town..para hndi ka malito.

He is on a 457 visa and met this filipina that it is in a student visa. They live together here for over a year. But ang work ni guy is fly in fly off. So nagsasama lg cla on his 1 week off. When he apply for his PR his gf is already in Pinas kasi expired na ang student visa nya but he still included his gf as his defacto eventhough his agent advise not to include coz they are already in a long distance relationship.. nung nagka CO sya, his CO didn't consider his gf as his de facto coz of their situation but then he keep insisted.. So his CO gave him to options. Either isama nya ang gf nya sa application but then can't guarantee na ma approve kasi nga wla clang proof na in a defacto cla on the time they apply the PR or withdraw his gf in the application and his application will continue to process.. So he choose the option 2.. after a week PR granted sya and hndi kasama c gf nya..

@nfronda salamat talaga sa advise. Sana hindi ito magiging handlang sa visa ko baka sabihin ni CO bakit mali2x ang pagka-intindi ko. I'm getting worried. Nag ko-compose na ako nang email. Pwede ko ba e PM sa yo para at least ma check mo kung okay pa yung message ko to my CO.

Hi to everyone!

I know this may be a little out of your league but the thread is still related to my query. I'm considering of bringing with me my de facto partner in going to Oz. I got a scholarship there for my PhD thus I belong to subclass 574. Secondary applicants are nil in charge. I believe I can use the same documents being shared here in terms of proof for our defacto relationship.

Any idea on this? Thanks!

@markier87 - if you think you can satisfy the requirements, then there will be no problem..
although pwede nmn sya mag work pagdating dito.. kaso baka hanapan kayo ng funds pagpunta dito, kasi baka hindi enough ang scholarship grant mo to support both of you..

pero kung SVP naman ang visa, mukhang hindi hinahanap ng proof of funds...

Thanks for the reply. Yes I believe I can provide the needed requirements according to the examples stated here and in other forums. And yes, I am eligible for SVP so lesser required documents but if they will really look for it, then I guess I have to prepare a back-up plan.

- fill out the visa application form online (of course including your partner)
- pay and submit..
- then you will ask to upload the docs (you can do this anytime before CO allocation)

@raiden14 I believe that is one of the proof that can strengthen your defacto relationahip and the 12-month clause will no longer be applicable.

@markier87 - thanks for the response. Im the one working.. and hubby (defacto) is the one who stays at home. so most of the legal docs.. contracts, lease, car nakapangalang lang saken.

ano ano po ba mga niprovide na docs aside from BC ng baby? (2.5yrs old na si baby)
Iniisip ko kasi if need pa ng statements from relatives para makapagready na kami just in case.

@raiden14 If I remember it right, once you have proven that you have a child in your de facto relationship, that's already a big proof of the genuity of the relationship. Just my two cents though. God bless to us all!

@danz1213 yes, we lived together until I have to leave for some time for studies abroad. But despite that, we still stayed in one place kahit umuuwi ako for some vacation. So practically, we lived together talaga.
