@markier87 ayus yan. Mas malaki chance. Btw, does anyone here know sum1 na nadeny ang visa due to inconsistencies/wrong declarations regarding sa requirements of a secondary applicant especially a defacto?

Addition lang po, ano po ang chances or any experience from our fellow kababayan here na naginterview ang DIAC sa family or friends to verify defacto relationship of the main and secondary applicant? or docs lang po at wla ng iniinterview? Pls share po sa mga may exp or hereabouts.. Salamt po .

kailangan lang consistent ang statement mo at ng partner mo.
meaning, ung isusulat nyo sa statement nyo eh dapat same dates, locations and even ung mga events na dinaluhan nyo together.

gawa ka lang ng affidavit, no need for stat dec form. dhl hndi legal ang stat dec sa pilipinas. maraming sample affidavit o sworn statement sa internet.

as per standard, dapat ung law office ung magttype ng affidavit, pero pwedeng ikaw na. may format kasi un eh na malalaman mo lang specific kung san ka magpapa-affidavit.

pwede ba magtanong dito?...mag aapply din ang partner ko sa pinas ng same sex defacto ako ang magssponsor (im already here in Sydney)...may anak sya from a previous rel pero di sya kasal and hndi naman na-honor ng guy ang anak...how do we state that one?...nalilito kse ako ang dami pang gray areas sa form hndi ko alam pano sagutin...di kme kukuha ng agent kse mahal sila...pls help

Hi guys! mag tatanong lang po regarding sa requirements for de facto visa.. my girlfriend and I have a joint bank account started last january.. necessary ba na malaki yung funds na nakalagay sa loob ng account? Kung necessary man how much is the usually range? and here is my other evidence po, contract from work under the same address sa Girlfriend ko, NBI clearance under the same address din po. Then notarized statements from both of our mothers, past and present co-workers, plus ewan ko po if need po talaga ito photos or screen shot photos from facebook that indicates the dates when it was uploaded.. pahingi po ng advise, and nakikitira po ako sa bahay ng girlfriend ko since december so wala po akong maprprovide na leasing contract since family home siya ng girlfriend ko.. thanks po

hindi necessary na malaki ang funds.. just proof na may shared financial aspect ang relationship nyo..

hindi naman required, pero mas maganda din proof na meron kayong photos, special events /ocassions/travels...

yung statements mo ng mga bills/phones/contract should show the same address ng gf's house. so enough na yun to show na isang bahay lang kayo.. you can also say that sa statement nyo...

@lock_code2004 okay thanks po! by the way in regards naman po sa duration, nag decide po kasi ako makitira sa bahay ng mom ng GF ko last december 2013, our joint acct and other documents was gathered january 2014, our visa application would start at july 15 until august 5, maliit po ba ang chances namin ma grant if these our only proof. May sinabi po sa akin yun girlfriend ko na state sponsored siya ng State of Victoria would that help on increasing our chances to be successful on our application? Thanks po!

@Ralph_090688 to give you an idea: defacto relationship rin yung sa akin. Eto mga inupload ko:

- stat dec (Sg) / affidavits (Ph) from family and friends and from both of us
- joint account statements
- insurance certificate namin na magkasama kami sa plan/policy
- photos of all travels, with family, friends, and our pet
- travel itineraries together
- proof of billing namin sa same address

So far, hindi naman ako hiningian ng CO ko ng additional stuff (PCC at medical na lang kulang namin). We were able to prove na living together na kami for more than a year.

I've also replied to you in the other thread you started on what they consider when evaluating defacto relationships.

I am not sure how strict they are with the one year requirement of living together. They might be, unless you meet certain exceptions (with child, etc.) But you must give them a very compelling reason why your relationship must be considered genuine despite having lived together for less than a year. Siguro i-prove ninyong malinaw through documents kung gaanong katagal na talaga yung relationship. Otherwise you may want to consider waiting until you've reached your first year together rather than risking it all now when you know you'd fall short of the requirement.

By the way, state sponsorship doesn't have anything to do with the relationship. Di sya makakaaffect sa pag-evaluate ng CO ng relationship docs niyo.

@cholle okay po kasi nun tinignan namin un sa immigration site, there's a statement indicated "For this reason, the one year relationship criterion does not require the couple to have physically lived together for the entire 12 months, but rather to have been in a de facto relationship for that period." So un po situation namin, and so ang approach nalang po namin gagawin is iprove nalang through certain documents such as notarized statements from friends and parents? Plus notarized photo's as well of our previous activities that we had on entire relationship? thanks po!

@Ralph_090688 true, the immigration would consider partners who have lived together for less than a year as long as you can prove the relationship has been existing for at least one year.
Periods of dating do not count. You have to prove exactly when you decided it will be a long-term mutually exclusive commitment.

You may also want to refer to the partner migration booklet:

Although it is for a different visa class, I think the conditions that the DIBP considers when evaluating defacto relationships are outlined there.

On page 40, it says statutory declarations are normally not enough to prove the social aspect of the relationship.

Hi all!

I just want to clarify about something. Should all documents be notarized? Like pictures, bank transfers, Skype logs etc, should they also be notarized? Or only the Affidavits (PH) should be notarized? Please share your experiences. Thanks!

if you declared na may partner ka, kailangan ng mga documents nya..
and as far as i know, mag medical at police clearance din..

so since mag-upload ka rin naman.. bkt hindi mo na lang sya isama sa application?

i would say its okay.. this is only one of the several factors na tinitingnan nila..
dapat mabigat din ang weight nung ibang documents nyo..

@danz1213 Walang kaso yun. In our case we only submitted CTC's of our April 2014 and May 2014 monthly bank statements. CO didn't ask for more. Of course we submitted a bunch of other stuff like Insurance certificates, travel itineraries, photos, stat decs, bills and government mail, etc.

Finally after a long time, I got my COE na and lodged my application thru my educ agent. (Despite being disappointed many times with them Anyway, I hope everything will be okay after all the commotion. Super stressed with the whole process. It felt like I did my thesis all over again with all the paper works, attachments and whatnot.

I am asking for your prayers now my dear fellow applicants! To God be the glory!

@netzkeenet Di kami nagprovide, hindi rin naman hinanap. When my CO contacted me wala na syang hininging additional for the defacto, mas priority na nilang hanapin yung PCC's and medical.

live-in or may anak..
just explain to your CO your personal situation..

then fill-up form 929 yata to change details in your application..

Thank you so much sa help ninyo. I am completing the documents na. Sana maging ok. Sir lock_code2004, nabasa ko na gumawa ka lang ng stat declaration at wala ng notaryo ng lawyer tama po ba ako? Pwede bang ganon accepted pa rin or dapat notarized na talaga na affidavit? Atsaka kailangan pa po ba ilagay ang mga contact number ng ibang gagawa ng declarations regarding the relationship?
