hi mellany, how much is the rent and do you accept a couple with a toddler? also, is it available for short term stay? we're planning to have initial entry on march, but will return to manila after a couple of weeks.

@ulberg hello, magandang gabi, sorry po, kasi may restrictions yung sa owner nang bahay hindi po sila payag, tapos we are looking at long term kasi po hanggang nov 2017 yung tenancy po namin. salamat po.
