Good thing with 489..may subsequent entrant, say dependent nyo iba nyong kapatid etc...pwede nyo applyan before 887...at pwede nyo na isama sa 887 when you apply

Yes...should be less than 25 years old and minimum 1 year as your dependent...of course you need to prove it thru docs

@spyware pwede naman I push ni @Hunter_08 , medyo hit or miss situation lang kasi nasa 65 points siya. Tama po ba? Ang required points ata sa ICT occupation for 489 right now is 70 points for SA. If sa Taz, naman walang required points for 489, tingin ko mas favorable yan kay Hunter08

@coachella9 tama.. naghihintay pa din ako e lower yang SA yang minimum points nila..dito sa Tasmania Baka sakaling mabigyan aka ng ITA at makatungtong ako sa Aus. tuloy lang and laban at makakarating din tayo sa Australia.

@Hunter_08 yes troth! If plan A (delaide) does not work, need to have plan T (az) , etc. Kailangan right now makarating ka sa Oz, kasi phirapan na tlaga yung rules

If the visa applicant is single and want to add dependents for PR application you can either add you partner, parent(s) and siblings (age restrictions apply) and you have to provide evidence that the dependent is relying on you for support. Note that since the application is considered as 1 any issues with dependents may pro-long the visa approval

Anu ang current points mo? If nasa ICT ang profession mo, bka mejo less ung likelihood na ibaba ng SA ang points kc maraming nagapply sa ICT they have to control it.

Ung high points category lang ang ibinaba nila from 85 to 80 pero once na hit na nila ang quota they will revert it to 85.

If worried ka sa age or points, give Tassie a go who knows you might get invited quick. As per Tasmania migration website, they have faster processing as agreed with DIBP

I thought you have been invited by SA? Unless may issue sa documents or criminal or health mo and your dependents ung likelihood na madeny ka is low pero better to be conservative and not to expect until you receive the golden ticket which says... you visa application has been granted... :-)

question po. paano po yung financial statement? sa Tas website kasi kailangan i-declare ang financial (bank, stocks, etc) status. may kailangan bang minimum or parang FYI lang to?

I admit hindi naman malaki ang laman ng bank ko pero manghihiram naman kami later to support our stay in Oz

@Au_Vic yup nag try ako sa Tassie. baka sakaling ma invite ako at least one step closer na papuntang Aussie. with regards sa SA 70 kasi yung minimum nila kaso hindi ako umabot dun e kaya hindi ko muna pinasa yung application ko dahil sayang din yung $200 hintayin ko munang bumaba kung sakali kasi as per their website possible na bumaba yung point nila if walang ganong nag appply. pero hopefully ma approved yung application ko sa Tassie.

@jaceejoef wala naman nakalagay na minimum na dapat na pera mo pero dpat kaya mo e sustain yung sarili mo for at least 6 months na walang work. medyo mura naman daw dun sa tassie compare sa mga ibang state. ako dineclare ko mga $27k ata. though hinidi sila humihingi ng proof pero dapat handa ka if ever na manghingi sila.

FYI, hindi naman kailangan cash lang yung ilagay mo. lahat ng assets mo pwede mo ilagay like car,house and lot mga ganun na pwedeng maging pera if ever na need mo.

Yep. good decision mate! Hope you get invited sa Tassie para one-step closer na. I think SA and Tassie would be the next two destinations for overseas migrants kaya mabuti na as early as now e makapunta na kau kc di natin alam baka baguhin ang rules.

Kami 1st choice is SA, pero kung mahirap kumuha ng invite push na din nami ang Tasmania.
As I've said mabilis lang 2 yrs. kakayanin para sa kinabukasan ng pamilya lalo na sa mga kids

@jaceejoef not familiar with Tasmania pero I think same with other states ( e.g. SA), declaration lang they don't require evidence BUT should they require you, then you must be ready to furnish them with the said proof. Yes tama c @Hunter_08 hindi lang naman cash, pede mo include assets mo.

Category 3A – Overseas Applicant

researched the Tasmanian labour market and provide evidence (see Document Checklist) that there are sufficient employment opportunities (at least five and not more than eight opportunities) in your nominated occupation in Tasmania; and that you have:

skills and recent experience relevant to the researched employment opportunities
skills and experience relevant to the Tasmanian economy
access to sufficient financial assets to fund your migration and settlement in Tasmania while you seek employment

If your application is one of high calibre, and the Tasmanian Government is satisfied that you will be able to secure employment with ease due to your skills and previous work experience you may be invited to apply for the Subclass 190 - Skilled Nominated visa.
