Hello everyone!

I found out how to get the ITR pag wala ka sa bansa. I sent an email to them to inquire. Their email can be found at the bottom part of their website. They replied to me the following day, they told me to call the number found also at the bottom part of their website and I was told to do the following:

A. Write a Letter of Request with the following content:
1. State request for ITR
2. State reason for the request
3. Get Special Power of Attorney for the request.

B. Go to your Regional District Office (RDO) to submit request.

Fees:
Php100.00 Certificate Fee
Php 15.00 Documentary Stamp

C. Will take 5 Working Days to get the ITR.

@emmy how to go to RDO kung wala ka po sa pinas? Sa letter naka indicate din ba kung what year? Pano kunin yung special power of attorney?

Yes, ilagay mo sa letter of request yung years na kailangan mo.

And yung special power of attorney is, as what the BIR officer told me, notarization ng lawyer sa letter of request mo.

Hello everyone!

I already have my COE from previous employer, kaya lang generic lang sya, walang detailed duties and responsibilities, as per my prev employer, confidential daw kaya hindi sila naglalagay sa COE (I know madaming nakaka-aalam kung anong company to).

So what I am planning to do base na din sa mga nabasa ko, I need to create a statutory declaration for that company, have it signed by previous bosses and affidavit.

Question: Pano kung madami akong naging project, syempre iba-iba ang mga boss, do I need to create one for each project? sa tingin nyo, ano mas okay na gawin...

Hi @kickerz ung RDO is kung nasaan ung records mo. Alam mo ung TIN number mo? Kse from there malalaman na ng officer ung RDO mo.

Pero tama ka din it can also be where kung saan naka register company mo. Para malaman mo exactly where RDO mo, dapat alam mo TIN Number mo and you can call them again to ask (sana mabait ung sumagot, hehe), or baka makita mo din online (I haven't tried this).

Ung letter post ko mayamaya.

hihingi lang po sana ng opinion nyo mga sir at madam..

nakapag secure po ako ng COE sa 6 na company ko ng same position (Architectural Draftsperson) as what I applied for AU as per agent's advice.. nagreply po ang VETASSESS sa application ko. hinihingan po ako ng additional requirements such as payslips, taxation records, etc. ang kaso meron pong naka reflect sa mga lumang payslips na mga dating positions ko (Designer, Jr. Architect, Supervisor)....

Hindi po kaya malito ang VETASSESS nun? at lalong mahirapan po ako sa huli kung hingian din ako ng Contract of Employment, na may nakalagay din na mga original positions ko na sympre hindi ko naman ppwedeng palitan same case with the payslip.

Ano po kayang maganda, sabihin ko nlang sa kanila ang totoong original positions ko tutal qualified naman po ako OR mag stick nlang as per agent's advice sa Architectural Draftsperson position, kaso iba naman ung position na nakalagay sa payslips. Need your advice mga sir at madam... nahihirapan po ako sumugal

may question po uli ako, pasensya. i'm under agency payroll sa current job ko, naka deploy ako sa client nila. plano ko magpagawa ng generic coe sa agency at magpapagawa ako ng testimonial from my co-worker about sa job description. kailangan pa po ba na notarized yung pipirma sa job description meaning may statement na '..the statements above are true and correct..', at dahil sya ang pipirma, sya rin ang magpapanotarize? or ok na kunin ko na lang sa kanya yung copy at ipa-certified true copy of the original ko na lang?

i got my answers from other thread. ask ko lang, nasa KL na kasi yung ex-colleague ko, pede bang ipadala ko sa kanya yung Statutory declaration, after nya sign papadala nya sa kin dito sa Singapore then ako na ang magpapanotarize or dapat sa KL din?

@kickerz - same tayo ng case na nakadeploy sa client.. bale ang ginawa ko humingi ako ng COE sa agency then expected na generic lang ang ibibigay nila, tpos nagpagawa ako ng Statutory Declaration sa manager ko then isinama ko sya sa Notary Public para iwitness ang pagpirma, then ipinaphoto-copy ko yung orig SD na may pirma then pina-CTC kahit same Notary Public.. basta masunod lang requirement nila na kailangan nakaCTC

@buchock sa case ko kasi yung colleague ko nasa KL branch, di ko lang sure kung pede sya pumirma tapos dito ko sa Singapore papa-notarize. nag inquire na rin ako sa lawyer dito wait ko pa reply.

@kickerz - ACS din assessor mo?
Most of the notary public dito, kailangan kaharap ng Notary Public yung tao na pipirma dun sa statutory declaration (in your case, yung colleague mo) kasi un ang iwiwitness ng Notary Public.

After that, pwede mo ng ipa-Certified True Copy yung Statutory Declaration mo.

yup nabasa ko po sir, salamat po. ang problema ko po kasi ganito. yung colleague ko nandito sa singapore office namin dati, tapos napromote, napunta sa KL branch namin. ang gagawin ko po, papadala ko sana sa kanya yung job description tapos papa-sign. then gagawa ako ng separate stat declaration for him to sign na rin. yung details nya eh nasa KL address, etc. papadala nya thru registered mail. balak ko dito na magpa notarize sa singapore di ko lang sure kung iaacknowledge ng singapore lawyer kasi nasa KL ung colleague ko. or pedeng gumawa na lang ako ng affidavit sa pinas ako magpanotarized. ok lang po ba magpanotarize kahit sang country regardless kung asan ang signatory ng stat declaration/affidavit?

Hi @kickerz! You're welcome. Alam ko ipapa notarize lang.

But what happened sa case ko was sabi ng isang officer na tumulong sa father ko wala na daw records ko kse since 2002-2005 ang pinapakuha ko. Sabi ng officer humingi daw ako sa company ko ng form (I forgot the form number and d ko makita sa notes ko, hanapin ko and later I'll post the form number) na lang.

Ano ba ung sa case mo, you mean you already had a copy and nawala? Ask mo sa company mo baka may copy pa sila. Minsan sa kakulitan natin magbibigay din yan.

@emmy form 2316 ata yan. actually maliit lang na company yun di ko nga alam kung nakaregister sila sa bir eh.

@kickerz Tama, Form 2316 nga. You can still try asking them. Try mo din to email them and attach any documents na nagsasabi na kailangan mo talaga ng document or payslip or form na yun.

Or better yet, if may family member ka na willing pumunta dun and talk to them and explain the urgency of your requirement. Sa atin kse pag may pumupunta sa office or company mas accommodating sila. Go figure. Good luck!

so parang ang gagawin mo:
- meron ka nang Generic COE from HR (example dated 2010)
- ngaun gagawa ka ng detailed JD, at papirmahan sa ex boss mo, at ang date will be same as generic COE..

i cannot fully confirm kung meron issue dito...
- valid naman of course ang COE from HR..
- valid pa rin naman ang date kasi, employee pa rin ang ex-boss mo dun sa company (on that given date)
- pag nagverify ang DIAC/Assessing authority, the HR can validate na employee ka dati, at ang ex-boss mo ay employee din ng company at boss mo dati..

it's your call.. mukhang okay naman..

Thanks! Check ko din muna sa ex-boss ko kung okay lang syang pumirma sa detailed COE na ipreprepare ko na dati pa ang date. Kung hindi naman, affidavit na lang talaga ang papagawa or papasign ko.

bro, kamusta yung backdate ng document mo, tinanggap ba ng ACS? nahihirapan ako magpapirma sa manager ko eh haiz.

@kickerz sana makatulong...dto din ako s SG nag wowork so ginawa ko is humingi ako ng COE with JD sa company ko at lahat ng docs ko sa pinas ko pina CTC at wala naman naging problema sa ACS... pinadala ko sa pinas lahat ng docs ko tpos family ko yng nagpa CTC tpos pina scan nila at yun ang ginamit ko para ipasa sa ACS... at wala naman naging problema na approved nman yng ACS ko...sana makatulong maski papano sa pag dedecide mo..

yung statutory declaration manager mo nakapirma? nakausap ko HR, generic format lang ang kaya nila ibigay. ayaw din pumirma ng previous manager ko.

Di ba pwede ikaw ang mag pirma sa stat declaration? Sa amin kasi, si misis nagpirma ng stat declaration nya - the generic coe was used lang as an attachment...

It is important to take note here that sa case ni misis, nilagay talaga nya ang reason as why she sign the stat dec itself as wala na yung mga bosses nya before and HG does not issue a detailed COE..

kelan kayo nagsubmit sir? nakalagay kasi sa ACS guidelines they don't assess self declaration. saka I've heard na mahigpit daw ngayon ACS. ok lang ba na ilagay ko sa self-declaration na i'm unable to get a coe with job description kasi confidential yung ginagawa ko?
