Question po. Pag nagsubmit po ba ng form 80 pwedeng wala ng form 1220? Parang pareho lang kasi. Mas detailed ung form80 so tama po bang d ko na ifrontload ung form 1220?

@Heprex kami may IED pa even if we went to sydney but that was during processing ng visa after my ITA. But I indicated sa form 80 yung scheduled visit ko so Im assuming alam nila yun since they gave us 3 months tourist visa. I got the PR visa pagbalik (di pa expired tourist visa) but may IED pa din.

@sherwinm in my case, form 80 lang inupload ko. I have 3 dependents (wife and 2 kids below 18). i did not fill out/upload form 1220.

Hello po. Nag aapply po kami ng Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190). Maaari ko po ba kayong matanong kung papaano po ang unang step? Sabi po sa website nila, contact your preferred state daw po. Papano po ba yun? Salamat po.

@lack14 @Heprex @dy3p @audreamer05 Hello po sa mga nkapag submit na ng docs. Magtatanong lang ako. Sa mga docs diba need color scan? I have a pc scanner pero yung mga docs such as ITR at TOR na legal sized di kasya. Will camscanner ap sa phone be acceptable na gamitin to color scan docs? Or hanap talaga ako dapat ng malaking scanner to cater the size? Or if pa resize ko yung document then color scan okay din ba yun? No need pa din ctc? Thanks

My daughter’s health clearance has been provided last Dec.12.
August 30 pa kami naglodge ng visa application.
October 25 - CO contact
Gaano pa kaya kami katagal maghihintay?

@chococrinkle nagresize ako ng ibang docs, as long as malinaw and below 5mb, it should be good. Alam ko is no need for ctc pag colored but agency ko kc nagsubmit so better check with @Heprex if I'm right.

@lack14. Possible din na pina ctc ni agency before isubmit ano? DIY lang ako eh. Actually I resized and ctc already all my resized docs, yung TOR ni hubby lang di ko napa resize and ctc. @Heprex baka may input po kayo. Thanks :-)

@chococrinkle yes kc yung copies ko na binalik nila, walang ctc while meron ctc yung b&w. Even if I access kc my DIBP IMMI, d ko na pwede iview yung attachments once submitted na.

@chococrinkle Hello, cannot advise pa masyado since wala pa akong grant. hehehe Pero yung ITR ko is electronically generated, chineck ko, black and white nga sya, so di ko napa CTC. hehehe kung ma CO contact ako about dun. I'll let you know. hehehe Other documents ko naman is colored na, at ang mga may CTC lang is yung sinubmit ko sa ACS dati pa.

@lack14. @Heprex Thank you po. Sana may iba din esp yung may grant na magbigay ng inputs. Yung itr ko na black and white pina resize and ctc ko din. Yung kay hubby lang kasi nakalimutan ko yung TOR nya. Sabi kasi sa dibp website dapat high resolution scan eh though yung cam scanner ap okay naman resolution. Over 1Mb din ang file size. Kaya lang di talaga dumaan sa totoong scanner. Check ko nalang din sa mga internet shop if meron sila scanner for larger sizes na documents though sa weekend kopa magagawa. Excited na kasi mag attach ng docs. Thanks po. :-)

@jacjacjac usually 2-3 mos daw after co contact. Almost same case, lodged sep 25, co contact nov 10. Nakakainip kasi naka pending lahat

@cacophony you still need to provide police certificates though, for every country you stayed/ lived for more than a year in the past 10 years.
Madami din ako nabasa dito na kahit not more than a year ang stay in a certain country, ni-require pa din sila ng Police Certificate. If you haven’t secured it yet, and you think you might need it, better if possible, get it immediately, meron din turn around time ang mga embassies/ police agencies.

@jacjacjac na CO contact ka ng October kahit yong daughter mo na cleared sa December? pwede ba yon? parang ganon din case ko, lodged nov2, all cleared kami last december except my son na pinapa undergo ng TB treatment. sa ngayon wala pa din CO contact but i expect CO to open my case after na ma clear yong son ko.. baka mali rin pagka intindi ko.

@jacjacjac medyo nakaka paranoid lang na what if humingi ulit sila ng medical since I had it last october pa? What if may hingin ulit sila regarding my former job since matagal na din yun? Tapos maghihintay na naman ng 2-3mos. Hahays

@walawee yes that’s my case.
Pero yung hiningi sa akin nung Oct 25 CO contact, Police clearance from Japan, which I expected kasi medyo matagal yung turn around time, nasa Pinas ako, from Japan pa yung Police Clearance. Nakapaglodge na kami pero wala pa yung Jp PC ko. Naunahan ng CO contact pagdating ng JpPC. Inaupload ko lang initially, yung receipt from embassy as proof that I had the intention to acquire.
The other requirement, yung TB clearance ng anak ko, by that time on-going na, so wala talaga kami maprovide but yung schedule and initial results like smear test. Completed on Dec 12 according sa emedical client, and submitted sa DIBP.

@siantiangco I think 1 yr ang validity ng health clearance, unless they request for additional tests, wala pa naman ako nabasa dito na pinag medicals ulit after i-clear. Nagkataon lang na nag expire ung health clearance kaya nagmedicals ulit yung ibang case.

@jacjacjac Ako pinag medical ulit after 5 months lang. Ginamit ko kasi yung medical for a 457 visa last May 2017 with the intention of applying for permanent residency in the future. Ibig sabihin sinama na nila yung mga tests for PR application such as Hiv, Tb, xray, etc. Nung andito na ko sa AU and nag apply ng PR nung Sept 11, inupload ko lang yung medical na yun. Na CO contact kami ng Oct 17, pinaulit ulit ako ng medicals. Sobra!. ang layo pa naman namen so I had to drive 4 hours dun sa approved vendor nila and then perform the same tests all over. Ang nakapagtataka dun, yung wife ko na kasabay ko kumuha nung May, hindi pinaulit, samantalang ako umulit. Kahit ako yung primary applicant, the same exact tests lang naman ang pinerform. Well, I guess we just have to suck it up and move on. At the end of the day, wala din naman tayong magagawa kundi sumunod. hehe whew! nakakagigil din minsan e.hahaha asan naba tong si gigil kid )

@jacjacjac. Hi sis. Tanong ko lang, kasi mg medical din kami this month, I also have a 4yr old girl. Sa nationwide din plan namin. Aside from passport and referal letter, what else did you bring during medical? Did you bring yung baby book ni toddler? Also, complete ba immunization ni baby? Yung amin kasi yung mga booster di ko tinapos kasi optional nalang yun as per pedia. Will our medical be deferred until lacking immunizations are completed? Ive read kasi requirement eto sa migrating children. Thanks in advance. :-)
