Guys puwede ba mag apply ng anothe visa while naka lodged nang visa like for 489? Baka kasi ipadala ako ng company ko sa Australia on a business visa. Btw, wala pang case officer na naka allocate sa akin

Pasado po EOI ko for Skilled Regional 489 - Family Sponsored. I am just hesitant cause my 3rd degree aunt is my sponsor. 1) Ano po proof and saan ko po pwede makuha yung document na we're a 3rd degree relative? 2) hindi po ba matagal yung process ng 489 kaysa 189 na visa?

@chriz are you also qualified for 189? Bakit mo kinocompare and bakit 489 aapplyan mo kung qualified ka naman sa 189...a 489 family sponsored visa has limited invitations( 20 lang yata ang max per month). Birth certs is one that can prove your relationship, pwede ka rin gumawa ng family tree..read thouroughly the requirements at www.border.gov.au, wag lang umasa dito sa forum

how are you and how is your IMMI process going?
I saw in your signature that you applied for SS SA under 489 on 7th of july and you got invitation on 20th of july. that is so quick.
Actually i have also applied for SS SA under 489 on 8th of Aug-2015 but still did not get any invitation email. is this normal that a delay of more than 2 weeks. i am much tensed.

plz share your exp and comments.

@Shamim nag submit na ako ng visa application kaso wala pa rin akong case officer.

regarding your state nomination, i think they base it on the pts. Kung mataas ang pts mo, mas malaki ang chance na mapadahalan ka ng invitation quickly.

Ilan ba a total pts mo?

kulang na kasi ang age nya kaya 489 lang pwede niyang tahakin.

Hi, pwede na kaya magsubmit ng EOI kahit walang opening sa region para at least nakapila na yun application and come opening on top of the list yun application ko (just thinking kun pwede to) or baka there's a higher chance na ma-refuse yun application since there's no opening on your nominated occupation.

@yosh10 You can visit the website of each state para malaman mo if open sila sa occupation ng cousin mo. 489 din kasi ako. Inisa isa ko ang mga state. Tapos nakita ko sa nsw yung occupation ko. Then inisa isa ko din ang website ng bawat region ng nsw at may kaisa isang region na nagssponsor sa occupation ko.

...for family sponsored 489 visa, medyo matagal ang invite kasi limited lang ang places, if im not mistaken, mga 20 lang every month, so antay antay lang

Hello everyone, so informative po ng mga topic here, nakakatulong po talaga.
By the way, may mga questions lang po ako:

1. pag po mag claim ng partner skills need din po mag pa assess ng secondary applicant, para sa skilled occupation, tama? Then pano po yung ibang work na di naman related sa ipapa-asses na occupation kailangan pa po ba ilagay sa CV?

2.then, under po sa CSOL yun nominated occupation namin, though si Husband, positive na po result assessment nya, waiting nalang sa IELTS result. you think aabot po score namin for subclass 489 if ever mag submit kame EOI kapag na complete na namin mga kailangan?

Good Evening Sir/Mam,

As' of now kasi, yung points ko e qualified palang sa Visa 489, hihingi po sana ako ng tips regarding this Visa . Nabasa ko po na temporary visa yung 489 for 4 years then after living for 2 years and working for 1 yr, pwede na magapply for permanent visa 887, Tanong ko lang po, yung 2 years living and 1 year working, dapat po ba e continuous yun? Dapat sa 1st 2 years e maacomplish na yun to be able to apply for visa 887? Ksama ko kasi sa application wife ko nad my future baby (6months pregnant si misis hehe), advisable ba yung 489 samin? nabasa ko kasi walang medicare yun? And aside dun, anu pa yung ibang benefits na hindi makukuha ng visa 489?

Another thing, given na buntis wife ko, nabasa ko na madedelay din naman ang medical kung sakali, do you advise na hintayin muna namin na lumabas baby namin? And until that time e try ko pa na makkuha ng points sa english (EILTS or PTE)? kasi naiisip ko din na baka masyado akong nagmamadali, given na mdedelay naman ang medical ni misis kung sakali, then naisip ko to used that delay time to make points for english proficiency

Any help regarding this would be very much appreciated, this will be a very big help for me and my family

Hi...for those na na grant na visa...my question lng po...i have a husband and a child na to follow nlng after ako maka land dun...ano po ang piiliin ko sa application form..with migrating family members or non migrating family members?kc nakakalito dhl nde ko namn ibabayad pa sana ng visa.

@MSS have you included them in your visa application? kasi mas makatipid ka sa application fee kung ngayon mo na isasama..they can accompany you in Au on a later date anyway

@MSS they can enter Au before the initial entry date noy within 3 mos..its 1 year or the diff of dates between approval and the date of medical/nbi whichever comes first

may ibibigay na initial date of entry usually expiry ng nbi mo or medical whichever comes first...hindi 3 mos..unless na lang kung mageexpire na nbi nyo within 3 mos....example kung today ka naapprove then ang nbi mo sept 30 mo kinuha and medical oct 5, ang initial date of entry mo is on or before sept 30 2016...kuha ka lang cert of english instruction from the school kung saan nagtapos ang spouse mo..isama mo na din transcript of records nya sa req..

@fgs ganun ba? kc ang sabi sa letter ng state, dpat within 3 mos. after visa grant e makapasok na kami sa state na ng sponsor....kaya gusto ko malaman if required din ba yun sa dependents....or pwede cla at a later date pumasok....kc nababasa ko yang initial entry na 1 year sa mga naka visa 189....
