@archbunki better call them para masagot nila agad. Samin po kasi, sabi ng agent namin, kung separate ang lodge ng partner, magiging same fee ng visa application as A$3,600 plus agent fee. Sana makuha na natin golden email :-< . Hindi kaya yung mga matataas na points consider nila?

Your initial entry is dependent on the expiry of your medical and police clearance whichever comes first..The earlier you settle in Australia the better because the 4 years validilty starts on the date of visa grant. The earlier you can comply with the two years reaidency and 1 year fulltime work to be eligible to apply for PR visa

    Hello all
In preps po for my future application meron po sana akong question for those who have the same direct same experience and may knowledge po sa concern ko below:

    1. Kelan po ako dapat mag apply ng subclass entrant 489( for my partner)? Pede po ba soon as i got my subclass 489 po pede na po ako apply the next day?
    2. Can a subclass 489 subsequent entrant work too? Basically the same rights po as iam?
    3. If i applied in future for 887, if mauna po ako sa partner ko umalis to Australia, and i already achieved the 2 years residency can i apply po agad and ven my partner maybe 1 plus years plang?
Appreciate so much po your input!

    1. Im not sure kung kailangan ba nandito ka na when you apply for subsequent entrant visa for your partner. Ang question kasi is bakit di mo na lang sinama?(Though alam ko na you have concern with the show money. Baka kasi hanapan pa din ng CO kung aaplyan mo na agad.) I suggest you ask your CO. In my case kasi nandito na ako when i applied for my nephew.
    2. Yes, a 489 subsequent entrant visa has full work and study rights. Though the validity of the visa is the same as that of the main applicant. (If you apply a year later, may 3 years na lang yong kanyang visa before expiry)
    3. Only the main applicant is required of the 2 years residency and 1 year full time work to apply for 887 visa. You can include your partner in the 887 visa even if 1 year pa sya when you apply. Either you or your partner can apply for 887 visa as the main applicant whoever satisfy first the residency and work requirements.

@fgs Thanks again sir for the pointers.
    1. I know this has bug me about my decision not to include my partner in the first place. The truth is even if iam ofw, cannot save that much money due obligations. But i need to push forward saying ang points pag lagpas 32 na. Anyhow, hopefully can substantiate to the CO once I have applied.
    2. Great! thanks for this really helpful.
    3. Un lang ang disadvantage lessen time but hopefully may chance naman kami for 887 in due course.

    Salamat again!

Currently, only 5 are invited fortnighly to apply for a 489 relative sponsored visa. Based on that number and the volume of application, your chance of invitation is a little bit longer compared to 189 visa.

@fgs woah. Thats very unfortunate cause i only claim 65 points in my eoi. Thanks fgs for the reply. If i dont receive any invitation on the next round, i need to go back to ph cause my visitors visa is going to cease on the 18th of may. Do u know if theres any difference when applying offshore?

Thanks very much sir fgs. One More question, in the section australian study requirement, is bridging program considered one? Kasi during my anmac assessment they stated there its equivalent to australian bachelors.

As far as I know same lang processing..you might need a bridging visa when you are onshore...usually automatic naman na bibigyan ka ng bridging visa A when you lodge your application while in Australia
