hello sir's and Ma'ams,Nagbasa basa ulit ako ngayun sa DIAC and EA website and came across this statement in EA website:

1. What if ang work exp ng applicant ay exact 5yrs lahat galing sa isang company at nasa 5-8yrs bracket, that implies 10points claimable. However, part ng employment nato is a probationary period, say 3-6mos. May COE ka at nakastate na full time regular employee. Pero sa contract if irerequire magsubmit, posible na nakastate ung proby period which will contradict the COE. Ano dapat ang iclaim na points? 5 or 10?

2. Ive read sa iabng thread na sa EA assessment nghihingi ng contract (i assume para sa additional service yun). If na rule-out na natin na ung additional assessment ay for multiple employment and may not be applicable for single employment, saang part pa ng overall application possible na manghingi ng contract? Sa submission ng EOI or lodging of VIsa reqs, and/or upon assignment ng CO ba? may mga known cases po ba na dun nanghingi ng employment contract?

3. Followup re: item 2, if assuming ito ang iclaimed kong points:

Age = 30
Education = 15
Work (5yrs) = 10
Ielts (7.0 all band)= 10
TOTAL: 65

then hindi irecognize yung proby period ng employment ng apllicant, his/her claimable points will fall to 5points (3yrs-5yrs) BUTwill still give him/her 60points from initially 65points. Maaapprove pa rin ba yung visa (assuming wla ng ibang issue) kahit na bumaba ang points pero reached parin yung 60, or refused na kasi mali ang claim sa work exp?

Sana po may makatulong. better if may statement from DIAC website na maisshare supporting the necessity of regular employment in claiming points for work exp. tulong tayo mga sir sa paghanap

Skilled employment: evidence of working full-time in skilled employment in the 10 years before you were invited to apply, such as:

•employment references
•contracts, pay slips, tax returns, group certificates
•evidence that you have been self-employed
•any other documents that you provided to the relevant assessing authority to obtain your skills assessment, including any documents relating to your employment history.

(:| hindi naman malinaw kung regular hehe. parang case analysis na ang ginagawa ko hehe pero i know one time or another may mga makakarelate sa tanong na ito.

i deeply seek for guidance on how to apply in au, just want to start a new career and lifestyle (likely to stay in au as permanent). with my husband ( no kids yet).

im currently working in dammam for almost 6 years. im a RN but not working in a hospital or dispensary. im working in a dermatological clinic.

can you guys, help me out, figure how and what to do??? do i have to hunt jobs first? do i have to take ielts first? i want to go to australia after my contract here in KSA, still have 16 months here coz i have to wait for my husband to finish his contract.

info: zero activities in any processing. no assessment had been done. just browsing and reading forums.

kindly guide and enlighten us on how to do the process and which is first step, step by step.

Meron na po ba from metro manila na naka secure ng test results para sa Health Requirements like yung Med Exam, X-Ray etc? Ask ko lang po sana kung pwede kahit saan ipagawa ang mga health tests like Xray, or are there DIAC accredited hospitals and clinics that we need to go to?

You have to split if needed yung work experience. Pero kelangn mo ilagay lahat ng actual dates work experience mo. Say for example sa company A, you have worked from 2005 to present pero ang considered skilled lang ng ACS is from 2008 to present. Kelangan mo enter as Company A from 2005 to 2008, then select as “NO” sa question kung related sia sa nominated occupation. Tapos Another entry as Company A from 2008 to present, tas YES.

Naku sir depende po sa inyong ability yan na magprovide ng evidence for work experience such as CDR, Summary statement, CPD, reference letters... So kayo po talaga makakapagsabi kung related ba work nio sa any those nominated occupation. Ang maganda lang sa EA nagsusuggest sila ng mas appropriate nominated occupation kung sa tingin nila na ini related sa Mech. Engg ung work nio.

Need Help po with EOI. Nagsubmit po ako kanina ng EOI, after ko macomplete ang IELTS and ACS assessment ko. I realized after na may 2 problems ako:

1. When I checked the points breakdown, I didn't see any points given to my IELTS, and my ACS assessment did not appear in the list. Normal po ba ito? I assume that they will be checking these two manually, hence the lapse.

To-follow po ba ang points for IELTS and ACS, or dapat meron na agad?

2. I recently had a passport renewal. I tried updating my passport number sa EOI, pero wala silang nilagay na facility to do that. Nag search ako sa immi.gov.au, and found out that you need to fill up form 929 in case your passport number changed during the EOI process. Ang problema, the form doesn't say if it can be sent online, via email or to a local office… ang instruction lang is to send it to offices in Australia. I think I'm looking at the wrong solution.

Does anyone know how I can change/update my passport number on my EOI?

Nacomplete ko na po ang ACS and IELTS, and I have reference numbers for both. I don't remember ACS asking for my IELTS though, since you've mentioned it.

Bali ito lang po ang nabigay sa akin na points:

Age 30 points
English Language Ability (IELTS) 0
Education Attained (Degree) 15
Yrs of XP in nominated occupation outside australia 15 (could this be ACS?)

Bump ko lang din po yung isa kong question how can I change my passport number on EOI? May new passport kasi ako, and walang ibang instructions online on what to do except to fill up the form 929 to be mailed to AU offices. Is there any other way?
