@rtbuquia Make sure that yung ina-aplayan mo nag mamatch sa job description mo sa affidavit. These are the requirements : all CTC
1. passport or birth certificate
2. Diploma
3. Transcript of records
4. Cert. Of employment
5. Affidavit if the company can't release COE with Job descriptions
This is optional but we submitted these to ACS
1. Payslip
2. Employment Contract
3. ITR
4. And letter from HR if they can't issue COE with job responsibilities (current employmemt)
ALL SHALL BE CERTIFIED TRUE COPY

@heyits7me_mags -- wala pa po. kulang pa ko ielts. This November ako mag take. pero ok na lahat ng docu ko. kung maka kuha ng band7 sa ielts, then EOI na.

Lessons learned talaga. Aside sa pag tatanong, mainam din yung magbasa basa. Kasi minsan, kahit same kau ng inaapplayan na ANZCO , then magkaiba pala kau ng bachelor, iba yung process mo, iba yung sa kanya. Then, minsan din, yung applicable nung nag apply sya, eh di na pala applicable now kasi nagbago ng rules. So need talaga updated ka din sa immigration policies nila. Oh well, ielts na lang and then waiting time na...hihihihi

Comment lang po, yung mga COE na walang job description, pwede mag produce ng Statutory declaration signed by your superior. printed sa company letterhead with address.
dapat yung JD mo match sa inaaplayan mong ANZCO code.
then papa notarized mo sya. yung original mismo yung susubmit mo.

Takenote din po, mas advisable na iscan mo sya as colored. like sa VETASSESS, requirement nila is colored scan.

Update po, I lodged my assessment for Developer Programmer on 15 July (last week) and I got a suitable result 22 July (yesterday). Yey! Praise God.

As expected, 2 years of experience was not counted to satisfy the criteria. End up with 6 years and 8 months experience.

1 experience was deemed not suitable due to lack of supporting documents. I submitted a statutory declaration from a colleague, the original COE i got from the company and my first and last payslips. Good thing I only stayed in that company for 6 months.

Question po, ung stat dec ba is inline sa nominated occupation? May request ba sila for additional documents? senxa na, gusto ko lang maintindihan kun auto refusal na lang ba sila or result agad agad pag di sila satisfied sa documents. Unlike dati na nagrerequest pa sila ng additional documents.

@cinnamon20 - from what year po na assess sa experience mo? Yung year 2000 kaya i a assess pa ng acs?

Yung year 2000 pwede iassess kun yan ung emplyment mo to satisfy yung ACS requiremetn for work experience anytime in the past, on top of the 3/5/8 years in the past 10 years of work experience na you are claiming points.

@mharcute you will submit sa ACS yung na CTC na photocopy of the original documents not the original copy. If you will ask someone to do a statutory declaration make sure na supervisor pataas ang gagawa or better manager. Include their calling cards when you submit para madaling matawagan we photocopied the calling card na colored tapos sinubmit pero di na pina ctc. They will ask for additional documents if they need to verify like what happened to us hiningi yung letter ng HR na they are not issuing COE with job responsibilities.

Kaka release lang ACS assessment ko.
Ni submit ko lahat ng IT COE ko. so Since 1999-2014. Tapos sa assessment ko, sabi meeting the qualification after 2005. so 9 yrs na credit. They need to deduct 6yrs kasi because RPL route ako.

Then since non-ict, nag pa assess na rin ako sa vetassess para sa bachelor ko. although not mandatory, pero gusto ko iclaim yung 15pts for bachelor. Para no questions ask. Mas ok na mag bayad ako ng additional AUD230 for bachelor assessment kesa ma forfeit yung visa fee ko. minsan kasi yung CO endorse ka na pa assess yung bachelor mo eh. eh 60days to comply lang, then assessment will take abt 3mths. kulang sa oras. so inunahan ko na...

Question - I might need to get re assessment due to NSW requirements for nomination.
I still have copies I sent last 2013 for ACS. Ok lang ba yun? or need another set of new CTCs docs?. Kasi dun sa may ctc saken may date na Dec 31, 2013. May expiration ba ang certified true copies? Hope someone could share some experience. TIA.

ang pagkakaalam ko 1 year. but then i have not heard from any of my friends na nagrequest sila ng recently certified. my friends used the same set of certified documents for skills assessment and visa lodgement. naapproved namn visa nila without having to resend new set of documents.

@heyits7me_mags hello po, tanung ko lang po just to clarify if kung nagdeduct ng 6 years ang ACS after the assessment, like what happened to your husband's 12 years experience. Would that mean na ung natirang 6 years n lang ang pedeng gamitin sa overall Skills assessment sa DIAC? Sorry sa newb question sir.

@enayam16 - yes, kung kelan sinabi ni ACS ang start date na considered as skilled ang working experience mo yun lang ang pwede mong i-claim sa EOI.

E.g.
- may experience ka from March 2005 - up to now. So ang total ay 9yrs and 4months.

Then Suitable ka at naka-indicate sa ACS result mo kung anong date ka magstart iconsider ang work experience mo as skilled.

The following employment after March 2011 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to of the ANZSCO Code.

So after March 2011 up to latest working experience mo ang pwede mong i-claim sa EOI, so sa 9yrs and 4mos mo, ang matititra na lang ay 3yrs and 4mos.

@buchock. awts...hirap pala hays...kahirap nmn pala n di ka grad...ang dilemma ko sir kc is 1 month n lang is dapat nacomplete ko n ung Trimestral BS computer management degree ko kaso di ko n ntapos due to work. tapos ngaun it's totally obsolete n din...Plus ung mga work experience ko from 2005 - 2009 are all related to Call center industry which is mahirap kumuha ng related work suitable sa CSOL and SOL. hays...Plus im in totally scared to try to just get a Microsoft Certification and a Cisco certification (MCSE/CCNP) as di ako sure kung ihonor nila un and would not deduct any more years sa ICT related experience ko as Network Administrator...Hays...Daming dilemma sir...sensya na venting out lang...

@enayam16, Teka tatagal ba ng ilang buwan at taon ang pagkuha ng Cisco at Microsoft cert.? alam ko nyan hindi nman matagal pero talagang may panahon din. Maganda na cguro yun kasi equivalent yan sa ICT education mo kesa mo. Try to weight it bet. certification and RPL. Work exp. mo pala how many years? tingnan mo kung saan ka pwede pra makapg pa assess sa ACS. Tungin ko mas madali yung kumuha ng cert. at meron kang few years of exp. kesa mag RPL kasi yung 6yrs. sa RPL kukunin ng ACS yun.

Kaya kami nagpa assess kasi antay kmi ng ACT SS then take si hubby ng IELTS sa saturday Aug. 2. Kung okey yung result apply na kmi ng EOI then ACT SS. Dependa lahat yan sa results ng IELTS, ACS at yung opening ng ACT. Kung will ni Lord. Kung hindi nman wait kmi sa opening ng NSW SS by Oct. Sys. Ad nman ang job code ni hubby. Tapos may time pa sya mag take ng IELTS for NSW kasi 8.0 OBS na kelangan nmin to have 60pts. Now kung medyo tumaas yung skills assessment ng ICT Support kesa dito sa Sys. Ad assessment bka 7.0 OBS na lng kailanganin nmin. Depende sa mga results talaga. @sir Xiaomau, thank u po

bilis nga eh in 3 days stage 4 na. Sana mas mahaba ma credit na work exp.

@heyits7me_mags - Hindi nmn actually tatagal ung Cisco cert 1 week lang actually, MCSE 1 month. Pero prob is I'm afraid to gamble on those certs wherein MCSE is really expensive (100K) tapos di rin maconsider na AQF Advance diploma ung qualification ko. I prolly need to call ACS to get that clarified. 8.6 years n din po ang work exp to date. ...Nung nagsubmit po ba kau ng payslips, lahat ng company ng hubby nyo nakakuha kau ng payslip or ITR would suffice? Pede din po statutory declaration na di n makapagprovide ng payslip din no? Thanks for the inputs po and they are really helpful.

@enayam16, papasa ka nman sa RPL kasi 8.6yrs. exp. kna. Basta provide all docs lang. Alam ko payslip kelangan dun. Kung wala try mo ITR.

@enayam16, may nabasa ako na pwede din 'daw' kahit bank transaction history ng naging payroll account niyo, may bayad yata yun sa bank. Dagdagan niyo na din ng mga sumusunod:

1) SSS Monthly Contributions (SSS Online)
2) SSS Employment History (SSS Online)
3) Statement from Employer stating their non-capability to produce payslips (if they would agree)

Sa case namin, as early as now we're trying to get a copy of previous periods payslips and 2316. Kaso yung mga earlier periods naka-archive na daw at medyo matatagalan bago maretrieve (as per HR).

Pero teka hindi ko ma-open email ni hubby abt . the result. Bitiiiiin!

balitaan kpo kayo ng result letter ni hubby na tinapos lang in 4 days ni ACS maya pagdating ni hubby sa gabi fr. work. Suprise pa...bka kmi ma-surprise nito X_X [-O<
