About Bank accounts / Credit card

    * Don't pay monthly fees on bank accounts
    - most banks waive their monthly fees if you deposit 1k to 2k monthly.
    - It doesn't say you are not allowed to spend the money that you deposit. You can spend the money next day.
    - don't worry if you don't have monthly income to deposit or does not have 1k-2k to deposit. You can recycle your 2k.Deposit 2k for the month and withdraw the money before the end of the month and use it as a depositfor next month and repeat.

Just got my quarterly water bill today; it give me great joy to tell everyone here that I got billed for less than $7 for 3 month usage... :) Salamat kay Denis Napthine and the government of Victoria for the Fairer Waters Bill; in paper this is a savings of $100 yearly for the next 4 years...

Anyway, I think this was not mentioned previously but for your electricity and gas supply, try to negotiate for a better rate. I gave my existing energy provider a call one day and tell them that I would be transferring to another provider as they would be giving 20% discount so ayun they offered me a 30% discount on my bill (basta pay on time) - no problem with me as I always pay on time naman >> Sayang lang that it took me a year to discover this.

Also consider buying Myki pass instead of myki money if you regularly travel by public transport. I travel to/fr work Zone1/Zone2 every day and I save around $5 per day. :)

    For NSW residents.

Kung meron ka weekly or monthly or wuarterly, allowed lang sya to travel free on sunday within the boundary of your ticket.

If you need to ravel outside the boundary of your wuarterly/monthly ticket, use Opal card on Sundays para $2.50

@pmzinoz; oo nga daw, some apartments free ang water... :)

sa singapore, tap lang kami. first few wks ko doon bumibili kami ng tag 5 1-litre mineral water sa NTUC-Fairprice every grocery run however sumasakit ang mga kamay ko sa pagkarga so we tried tap as per advise sa kaibigan namin, ok naman! :)

dito tap lang din, no filter pa... ayus naman and since malamig naman dito, no need to place it in the fridge.

I don't buy weekly as para lang itong Myki Money if you only use this during working days.

Using a 1wk Myki Pass for just 5days will come out as the same with paying it via Myki Money.

Yung stay namin dito from March to July ay sagot pa ng company ang service apartment so wala kami binabayarang weekly bills.

No need to travel, no need to wake up so early, no need to bring lunch, so super laking savings.

Hahaha.. Within cbd area po so ideal para sa mga nagwwork sa city, limited offer lang po hanggang November this year. (Bigla nagadvertise..haha)

Ah, I will be careful with these $10 credit promotion...

Auto repair is an industry whereby a mechanic can rip you off with charges. The best thing to do probably is to shop around and compare. :)

Ah, I will be careful with these $10 credit promotion...

Auto repair is an industry whereby a mechanic can rip you off with charges. The best thing to do probably is to shop around and compare. :)

Hindi sya Repair shop/auto mechanic services .

    Here is their website: http://www.supercheapauto.com.au

From the $10 free credit, I bought degreaser / oil pans_funnel / pliers and add only a few dollars since I only want claim the $10 credit before it expire.

    For SUPErCheap Auto memebers.....
    - may $10 credit this coming Sept-30 / go to their shop between 6-8pm to claim your free credits.

If new member ka, yyou get the $10 bonus credit + this $10 credit to spend in-store this coming Sept-30

Kahit simpleng scrw driver worth $10 pwede na - FREE is FREE.

Pinupuntahan ko lang yung on the way or malapit sa train station na SUPErSheap Auto.

If you have heaps of time to spare try answering surveys that gives you reward points, I've accumulated $20 and redeemed myself an iTunes giftcard that I used to buy skype credits pangtawag sa Manila :)

30% discount? anong energy provider to boss?
