Hi guys, may question uli ako. May maling answer ako sa eoi tapos pg dating ng visa application, tinama ko na ang sagot. Do I need to fill up any form to explain this? Ung form 1023 kasi sabi wrong entry sa visa application eh. Sa eoi mn ako nagkamali. What do I do.?

@IslanderndCity hindi pa. Wla akong ginawa inaantay ko ung co kasi dko alam wat to fill up. D naman affected ung points sa mali ko may idea ka wat to do?

hi everyone! just this morning nagcreate na yung agent ko ng EOI for me.. hindi ko nareach yung band 7 for IELTS kaya I need to retake it and get the chance of applying for 189.. pero kung 190 or 489 naman ang ittake ko, possible bang mag-apply sa state where the occupation is closed? kasi may nabasa ko sa isang state na as long as nsa DIBP CSOL yung course ko I can still apply daw.. how true po?

@sarah_lyn, not true. Kailangan mo maghanap ng state na willing mag sponsor sa iyo to get those points. Mag retake ka na lang ng IELTS. Ano ba anzsco code mo?

its not true need na merong state mag-sponsor for you apply and check ung English requirement ng state. ung ibang state eh ang requirement nila is 6.5 / band ung iba naman ata is 7 kaso ung kung 6.5/band ka di mo naman makukuha ung 10 points sa English proficiency not unless na ung total score points is >=60 na hindi kasama ung Language...

sayang din ung 10 pts, might as well take the exam na lang ulit...but be prepared this time around po...i guess preparation plus prayer is the key to get the result sa ielts...

My friend did the same, may maling info sa EOI, then correct info nilagay sa visa app, wala siang naging issue so far. unless it would affect the points u are claiming cguro.

@sarah_lyn kung nasa 55 points ka na even without IELTS score e pwede na yan then state sponsorship na lang to get additional 5 points...

hindi naman po affected ung points ko. no feedback pa po ako kasi wala pa akong CO. hehee.. pero d na ako nag fill up ng form 1023. Thank you

ung sa assessment ko is Adv Diploma equivalent ng degree ko sa OZ edu system. Dun ba sa Immi account, should I choose na bachelors degree o advance diploma?

Yup 190 and SA sponsored din. kakainip n nga e, pero syempre wala tayong magagawa kundi mag antay for now. :-)

depende po sa state. sa QLD at NT ang alam ko required ung proofs of financial capability while sa SA at ACT e more of a declaration lang.

hi everyone. got our ACT SS Nomination :-) question lang po baket sabi po sa email need iaccept ung invitation within 60 days then after accepting dun pa lang ba pede mag lodge within 60 days ulet? and how much po ulet ung fee's pag nag lodge? ano po ung 2nd installment na AUD 4250 (if applicable). salamat po

This passport should be valid for at least two years." ung sa daughter ko kase it will expire on July 2016, do you think need muna naming irenew passport nya before we lodge our application?

@Sophia uhm, hinde na siguro need i-renew ung passport, assuming na ma-gragrant na ung visa niyo bago pa matapos ung 2014...then makakapunta or mag IED na kayo sa OZ before mag-expire ung passport ni daughter...

kase ung passport e kailangan 6 months before expiration e need nang irenew... :-)

From my experience, after ACT accepted my application for the state nomination, and I received the invitation, I had 60 days to lodge the visa. I don't understand the "60 days after accepting" thing.
The fee will depend on how many you are. You can use this site to check how much you will pay upon lodging your visa.

No need. Though after you've gotten your visa and then you renew your passport, you have to send an email to your immi officer to let them know about the change. This is because your papers and visa are dependent on your passport.

accepting means you signed the declaration na ur taking the sponsorship with ACT dba? kasi i remember sa WA ganun dati na once your application is successful, u need to sign and accept sponsrship then send it to them tas saka ka pa lang makareceive ng ITA.

Ah right. May cases kasi na ung iba e nagbabackout, for example, nag submit ng 2 eoi’s, tas nainvite sa 189 kaya di nag proceed sa 190. Or pwede din na 2 states ang inapplyan. So each state nagbibigy sila ng time para magconfirm ka and to send the declaration. Sa ibang state kasi hindi na kelangan ng confirmation so once successful ung state nomination e automatic na ITA, tas right away pwede k ana mag lodge ng visa application. may ITA ka na ba?
