Hello po.

Nasa process po ako ngaun ng pagkolekta ng documents ko para ipasa online sa Vetassess. May mga tanong po sana ako regarding dito:

1. Sa mga documents po na required i-upload, tanong ko lang po kung kelangan ko po magpagawa sa abogado ng certified true copies ng lahat ng documents ko or pwde ko na iupload ung original documents ko basta colored sila. Sa mga documents ko po kc, colored ang aking passport, birth certificate, diploma, transcript of records, certificate of employment. ung ibang documents naman po ay black and white pero colored ung mga signatures (certificate of graduation, english copy ng diploma, payslips). Para po if ever, ang ipapagawa ko nlng sa abogado ay CTC ng aking passport size pictures saka ung statutory declaration na outside Australia ako at the time of application. (kung sakali po na kelangan talaga ng CTC para sa lahat ng documents ko, hingi na rin po sana ako ng tip kung saan mura magpagawa nito. nasa Manila area po ako.)

2. Regarding payslips po, nasa 2years po ako sa present employer ko sa ngayon, and naipon ko po ung payslips ko mula nung nagsimula ako. Iuupload ko po kaya lahat ito or ok lang na mga 5payslips lang ang iupload ko. Naisip ko po kasi na baka mapagastos especially kung magpapagawa po ako ng CTC nung lahat ng un, kung maaari rin naman po na iilan lang ang ipasa ko sa kanila.

3. Ung uploaded files ko po, ok lng po kaya na pictures galing sa digicam ung files instead of ipapascan ko po sila? magkasinlinaw lang din naman po kasi sila, mas mataas rin po ung file size ng scanned files.

4. Regarding po sa payment, wla po kc ako credit card. Ung sa money order po, pwde po kya un sa Western Union? If ever po ay itatanong ko na lang sa kanila ung process nun.

5. (out of topic question): Curious lang po ako, bkt po kya mas maraming nag aapply ng Independent at State/Relative Sponsored (189, 190, 489) kaysa sa ENS (186). Naisip ko lng po na mas madaling makapunta ng oz kung may employer na kgad na kkuha sau.

un lang po sa ngaun. pasensya po kung ang mga sagot sa tanong ko ay maki2ta rin sa ibang pages dito sa pinoyau, nagbabasa basa lang din po ako, pero kulang din sa oras. salamat po ng marami.

1. for assessment, normally kailangan CTC dapat.. unless nagbago na ang reqt ng vetassess.. any valid notary public lawyer, basta may address sila at pwede macontact in case mag verify ang vetassess

2. yup, hindi nmn buong taon kailangan.. normally yung last payslip for the year para may summary.. or pwde 2 payslips per year...

3. im not sure kung mababasa ba ang content pag picture ang file..

4. hiram ka credit card ng friend mo.. or baka pwede debit card..

5. mas madali kasing mag process ng independent kesa aasa pa sa employer.. although meron din nmn nag ssponsor, pero bihira lang... so kung walang employer,, mas feasible talga mag independent application na lang..

@lock_code2004 maraming salamat po sa mabilis na response! naliwanagan po ako. regarding po pla sa scanned copies, parehong jpeg file po ung scanned copy ska ung file na kuha sa digicam. pero anyway po may mahihiraman din ako ng scanner. hello po ulit. nakapag submit na po ako ng documents sa Vetassess for skills assessment. Tanong ko lang po kung pano ko malalaman na nagsimula na ung application ko dun. Kasi po wla ako narreceive sa email galing sa Vetassess regarding sa status ng application ko. Pero dun po sa account ko dun, ang status po ng application ko ay "Lodged", saka nabawasan na rin po ung credit card ng friend ko. Salamat po.

Sa tingin nyo po ba may malaking changes na mangyayari sa July? 2012 sila nagkaron ng massive change, tama po ba? Tapos 2013 is sa visa fee lang. Ngayon kayang 2014? Huhuhuhu..

Hi everyone. I just recently signed up on this forum. Here's my timeline:

October 2013-January 2014: NSW State Sponsorship
February 3 2014- Present: Awaiting case officer

I still have not heard anything from immi since day 1. I called them yesterday and they told me that the processing for subclass 190 is up to 6 months. They told me that I already have a case officer but I have not heard anything from them. My documents are complete and I already did my medicals back in December last year to get ahead.

Can someone share how long does it usually take to get the grant letter if all your documents are complete? This is for the 190 Visa. It's been taking ages and I currently work here in Sydney as a Regsitered Nurse.

FYI in case you're planning for ACT...

Effective Tuesday 25 March 2014, applications for ACT nomination from overseas residents will not be accepted. If you are living overseas, you will not be able to apply for ACT nomination of a Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa until the program reopens on 1 July 2014.

@kesoboy Pareho tayo ng status ngayon. Nag-submit din ako sa VETASSESS nung March 21 at naka-lagay lang sa status eh "Lodged". Wala ring email sa akin. So I guess mag-aantay na lang tayo. I hope hindi tayo abutin ng July at baka malaglag ang nominated occupation ko sa listahan. Sana nga 2 months lang may positive results na tayo. Nakapag-IELTS ka na ba?

Hi @markinoz, iba2 kasi ng timeline ang bawat isa sa atin dito. Meron umaabot ng 9weeks bago mareceived ang grant letter, meron naman 5-6weeks lang. From the moment na napansin mong may nagbabago sa immiaccount mo, ibig sabihin meron na CO nagpprocess ng application mo. Hindi porke wala nagpaparamdam sayong CO, di ibig sabihin nun wala nangyayari sa application mo. Maaaring wala pang kailangang add'l docs sayo ang CO kaya di ka nya kinokontak. Baka direct grant na rin yan. Malapit na malapit na yan.

Malayo pa ang July, bakit di na kumuha ngayon ang hubby mo ng IELTS? 13days lang yun at labas na kaagad ang result, eh di bawas na sa dilemma nyo. Cgurado yang may malaki na naman pagbabago this year lalo at medyo bagsak ang economy ng AU. Maraming lokal ang wala trabaho at mas binibigyan ngayon ng gov't ng AU ng priority ang locals to compete in the market.

@markinoz nakarelate ako dito.. kaw ba yung onshore applicant din? On my 8th week nung tumawag ako sa dibp, i was informed meron na ko co (5th wk).. 3 days after nung tumawag ako sa dibp, i received my visa grant (direct).. lapit na yan

@netzkeenet sa SA po.. 3 wks po sa SA sponsorship.. nearly 9 weeks po sa visa (visalodged - 9Jan2014; visagranted - 13March2014).

@koalabearoz today is my 8th week after ko mag lodge ng visa. NSW state sponsorship ka ba? Yes onshore ako. Tumawag ako last week sabi may CO na daw ako. Pero until now no changes. What should i do?

@markinoz not NsW but SA state sponsored ako.. Nung tumawag po ako sa dibp, ang sinabi lng saken eh (apart from meron nakong co), to wait na lng daw kung may ire-request pa ang co.. lumampas ako ng ilang days sa 8th week ko nung na-receive ko ung visa grant.. Since complete na ang docs mo at may co ka na, hopefully, direct visa grant ka din.. its just a matter of 'when' na lng po tlaga darating yung 'golden email' of grant.. to give you an idea, though different state sa yo at different visa type, yung friend ko na RN din, sabay kame halos naglodge (SA din), employer sponsored pa sya.. tumawag din sya sa dibp, was told, may co na po sya pero til now waiting pa din sa grant. case to case tlaga.. ive read sa other forum, may delay sa v190, not sure whats the reason though pero 'baka' kaya din nasabi sa yo na konti na lng yung slots (??) nagclose na ang NSW v190 december pa, right? so strictly 'by receipt' of application, naka-queue, at mdyo nadi-delay nga lng po sa yo.. im not an expert on this, but at this point, 'waiting mode' tlga.. at tulad ng mga kbabayan naten d2 sa forum, daanin po sa prayer tlaga.. its easier said than done, but hope for the best, your time will come!

@netzkeenet sa aged care po ako nagwowork.. since onshore po ako, iba po ang financial requirements ko, $10k po.. half-half dineclare ko.. di nmn ako nagkproblmea, at di din hiningan ng proof .. Sa SA state sponsorship din po ba kyo? one of the requirements po kasi is 3yrs work exp. (not sure if same sa other state).. though sa visa ok lng na wala pang 3 yrs (0 pts lng sa work) pero not sure sa state nomination kung pwede.. cguro din po if currently living and working here sa SA, baka pwede nman kahit wala pang 3 yrs, but for offshore, sensya na, no idea po ako.. baka meron pong naka-experience na ibang kababayan naten d2 sa forum, wait naten may magshare.

As advised by your previous case officer, the department has put a hold on all Skilled Nominated visa applications. At this point we are awaiting the go ahead from the Minister, until then you will need to check the website daily for any changes to this direction.

I understand that the time taken to process your application may be causing concern to you and we hope to be able to process these visa applications in the near future.

@koalabearoz ayun n nga eh huhuhu. Sobra naman ako sa 3yrs pero ung nominated ko na registered nurs (medical) 2yrs plus lang the rest ay nec na. Sana iconsider pa rin nila
