@mikeloieuy you will need to know first the distinction between dyan sa 2 skills na nimention mo, then determine where your skills/experiences really fits.
Yun assessment naman will actually be based on information you will give :)

ang assessment is based on your submitted documents (COE) versus the anzsco code job description..

so kung san mas malapit ang COE mo, dun ka dapat mag pa-assess...
some can be the same, but make sure to read yung anzsco job description, and tweak your COE job description based on that... if you know what i mean.. ;)

I don't recommend doing that, unless may express permission nung state. Yes, makapunta kayo sa ibang state at magkaka trabaho pero baka mahuli kayo or di kayo makakuha ng citizenship. Better safe than sorry.

I agree with @bookworm (and thanks for sharing the news link).

I really believe somehow may impact in the future, perhaps sa renewal ng PR or sa citizenship nga. Kase bkit ka pa ni-sponsoran ng isang state kung sa ibang state ka rin titira. I guess it's more of a question of credibility to fulfill the state commitment rather than being bawal or not. 2 yrs commitment is short lang naman, then after that you can choose to live na in the state you want (although sa 489 yata is 3yrs).

"Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever."

though i dont recommend din n magstay sa ibang state. Pero the news on the link is a different case po the couple is holding a SC489 visa, where living in a regional area is a visa condition unlike sa sc190 indi sia visa condition.

@Xiaomau82 you are still ethically and morally bound because you signed a legal statement that you will stay in that state. It may be a different case but it shows that the government does check the status.
Anyway, these are all personal opinions. If you or anyone you know continues on that course and are not caught, good for them. BUT, if they continue and then get caught? Or be denied citizenship? Or worse, be deported?
    everyone has a choice.

As i mentioned earlier, i don't suggest as well. just pointing out that the couple's case in the article is different. Yes, it is not a visa condition however it is your obligation since you have been sponsored by the specific state.

Hi guys. Do we receive 15 points for bachelpr degree?
it depends on several factors .. your school, number of years of education, units, grades, license etc..

to be sure, you need to have your educational qualification assessed by your assessing agency... they will be able to say if its equivalent to an AU bachelor degree (15pts).. or AU diploma (10pts)..

Thank you. Nakita ko na nakalagay na equivalent siya to AU Bachelor degree. Ask ko lang when uploading documents nakalagay kasi na recommended don sa progress then when I finished uploading the documents sabi sa progress Required na. What does that mean po? Aside from uploading the documents and medicals at police clearance, may iba pa bang gagawin? Thank you

@netzkeenet - "required' means you need to upload the documents..
pag na-upload mo na at hindi pa nagbago ang status.. that means they havent checked it yet..

upload all docs.. prepare for medical... and police clearance..
prepare form 80 as well.. in case hanapin ng CO..

but mostly, pag naka-frontload na lahat ng docs kahit wala pang CO.. madali ng ma-grant..
