Ano po bang state? EOI muna. from EOI pipiliin mo ung states na intended mo na imbitahan ka. pag nainvite ka na chaka ka palang mkakapag apply for sponsorship.

@ wizz through agency kase kami, and they just gave us 2 states (South Australia & ACT Canberra) so we choose ACT and yun nga binigay nya ung list of requirements. then sabi nila once macomplete na namin ung requirements they will file the EOI. same lang ba ng procedure pag online apply and tru agency?

@Sophia same lang po ang application procedure kahit san po dumadaan. ang silbi po ng agent is middleman lang. although may agent din ako

medyo weird po kasi pwede naman isubmit ang EOI using ang skills assessment at IELTS results. yung ibang requirements po to follow nalang. walang ibang requirement ang EOI kung hindi skills assessment at IELTS.

Thanks @ wizz :-) ask ko nga agency if pede na nya iapply ung EOI. how long it will take po ba for the result for EOI?

@Sophia bali ang resulta po ng EOI is yung invitation ng state sainyo. Iba iba po ang time line ng bawat state before they consider the EOI. Hindi po ako familiar sa ACT and SA since sa WA po ako.

@Sophia an EOI is required before you can apply for a state sponsorhsip. Its case to case basis depende sa process ng state na napili mo. for ACT you need these commitment letters / document before you can be invited unless you have the required documents needed your EOI will just be sitting in their queue. ACT has online application if you check they have a document checklist. hope this helps.

Hi everyone, I just want to ask if anybody here have successfully been granted 190 Visa via Victoria SS? Kse i haven't seen much sa mga individual signature timelines, mostly 190 are either sa SA or WA. Mababa ba ang success rate sa Victoria?
Nabasa ko sa ibang forum medyo mapili daw ang Vic di gaya ng ibang state. Totoo po ba?

@rockmelon hmmm. mas konti po kasi ung available na occupation sa VIC SS tapos ang required ng Victoria is 7 in all bands. Mas mataas kesa sa requirement ng DIBP.

Hi. May tanong po ako. SC 190 din ang plan ko applyan and im looking at ACT as my SS since open dun yung nominated occupation ko. However, they require evidence that there are currently sufficient ACT employment opportunities in my nominated occupation that are relevant to your skill set and experience(minimum of 5 job advertisements). Ngayon, naghanap ako sa mga jobsites at walang posting for my job. Any suggestions ano po pwede ko gawin?

hello po. mag papa assess plng po sna ako sa ngaun sa VETASSESS. May ilang questions lang po sna ako regarding sa employment evidence:

1. Sabi po sa Appendix C ng SRG1 Application form ng VETASSESS, "If you are unable to obtain a Statement of Service from your employer you should submit a Statutory Declaration. This is a written statement declared to be true in the presence of an authorised witness. This should be verifiable and be supported by other evidence of your employment. This should be verifiable and be supported by other evidence such as Appointment Letter, Official Position Description and evidence of paid employment."

Sa company po namin, wlang appointment letter, official position description, or kahit anong employment documents. Pero kumpleto ko po ung payslips ko simula nung nag umpisa ako sa company hanggang ngayon. Tanong ko lang po kung sapat na ung Statutory Declaration plus payslips as proofs sa employment ko, or kelangan ko tlga gawan ng paraan ung appointment letter at official position description. Kc mukhang malabo po tlga ako makakuha nun sa company namin.

2. Dun din po sa Appendix C, isa sa mga kelangan isama sa Statutory Declaration ay "the name and position of your direct superior and a contact number for them". Tanong ko lang po kung talagang iccontact po nila itong superior ko for my application. Kasi kung magkakataon eh mayayari ako nito sa company.

3. Anu po kaya ang isasagot ko sa "Your normal required working hours per fortnight" dun sa employment details. Ang required po yta ay at least 40 hours per fortnight (two weeks po yta ang ibg sbhn ng fortnight nung sinearch ko). Ang work ko po ay flexible ang time dahil field-based po ako. Ang work ko po ay Mondays to Saturdays sa field.

1. ang ginawa ko for this e gumawa ako ng certificate of employment (dapat may letterhead ng company bearing its address and contact info), tapos nakalagay doon yung specific duties ko, at positions held during my tenure. Tapos, I just asked my supervisor to sign it. sabi ko, gagamitin ko lang for my Masteral. hehe.. tapos, pinapirmahan ko lang. Note na dapat andoon yung email at contact details ng boss mo. Then pinanotarized ko tapos. yun na. Supporting docs ko is yung job offer ko (buti naitago ko pa, copies of my payslips - andami noon, ITR, company ID, SSS contributions, kinompleto ko na para mabilis.)
2. Yes. kinontact nila boss ko to confirm na employed nga ako at ganun nga yung duties and responsibilities ko.
3. Doon sa certificate of employment, nakalagay din doon yung working hours per fortnight ko. and yes. two weeks equivalent noon. in my case, its 88 hours per fortnight.

It worked for me. hope it'll work for you too.

Nung sa akin, I asked HR to provide certificate of employment, and then gave them the needed information. Ni verify nila sa manager ko yung job description and functions, but other than that, sila lahat, on company letterhead. Then tinatakan nila, pina notarize ko.

Hello guys! Newbie here.. So my situation is.. Im already aphra refistered as nurse last october with 34 months of experience. Wala akong mpprovide na payslip or contract from my experience kc wla kmi payroll pero ung nasa job descrition namin as staff nurse parin ung work. Last december 12 pa ung last hospital experience ko, andio na ko sa pinas. Nawala ung pgka multiple entry ng visa ko kc ng extend ako dun sa 600 visa ko. Since nowadays hirap n maghanap ng hospital n ngiisponsor im planning to apply for a 190 or 489 visa kaya lng kulang ako ng 5 point for the experience since kulang sya and wala nga ko ma pprovide na paylsip etc.. So im plannning to apply for a state sponsorship preferrably NSW or any state na qualify ako at mabilis.. And i will apply everything from here in Philippines. My questions are..

1. Lahat ba ng state my requirements na prrof of funds for state nomination? Kc prng my nresearch ko ung iba meron nga like 20 to 30k.. If not anong state ang walang ganung reqt..nand if requirement din un sa actual application na ng visa

2. Is it true na to be come approved for state nomination ung ibang state ng rerequire na u need to have a job offer already from that state or currently working on that state or have lived there for a period of time.. Parang my nbsa akong ganun.. (Like sa NSW, sbi skin nung friend ko my nakausap daw sya previous employee dun sa office n ng aayos ng mga SS and sabi importand daw tlga ung COE na proof n currently working ka sa NSW and it will give u chance to become approve for SS)

3. May impact kaya sa application ko for PR and SS na di na current ung hospital experience ko like last December 2012 pa.. And also kung may impact na currently working ako as call center pero in a medical field naman. Kasi requirement na nurse ka for that call center account.

In short, my situation is i dont have 20 to 30k aud to prive as proof of fund for SS, my hospital experience is not current and last december 12 pa, i dont have payslips, itr etc to support my employment, i only have COE, im currently working in a call center but its specifically for nurses.

Given my "nobela" hehe ano kaya g chance ko maapprove ang state nomination and 190 visa ko?
The rest of my requirements are ok nmn like ielts..un lng tlga na mentioned above.

@orangesoda, The best thing to do is try I am not familiar with other states' nomination requirements but for melbourne, di naman necessarily may job offer. Sila kasi mag determine kung yung occupation mo e kelangan talaga ng state na inaaplyan mo. Naglagay din ako ng amount dun sa application ko ng SS sa victoria pero di naman nila hiningi yung proof. Sa ibang states yata kelangan. Not sure though. Check mo nalang yung mga requirements per state at yung job market kung marketable or needed ba yun occupation mo. In my opinion, parang di na rin solid yung experience mo, iba kasi yung working as a "staff nurse" to a call center agent na more on medical transcriptionist ba tawag jan? hehe not familiar.
try lang no harm in trying wala naman bayad yung pag apply ng state nomination.

Question po. My sister will be applying for act state sponsorship as a retail buyer. One of the requirements is to provide atleast five job postings in your nominated occupation that is relevant to your skill set. But the problem is when i look up at seek.com there is no job opening for retail buyer. My question is pwede ba na she will provide other job postings na hindi mismo "retail buyer" but still relevant to her skill set?like jobs in retail/merchandising etc? May nakaexperience nadin po b neto pero nakakuha padin ng state sponsorship?

@kremitz hi there, let me share my experience here. actually nangyari sakin to. i cant find the exact position but i based it no the skillset requirement based on the occupation i was applying for. Im a training and development professional pero may mga submissions ako na job openings as HR generalist or HR admin. As long as the skillset of your nominated job is there, it will suffice.

Remind you lang, if the job opening is in a government body (kc most of the openings in canberra is like that, wag mo na ciang isama not unless the job requirement clearly says na PRs are welcome to apply or there is no need for a security clearance). as much as possible, provide jobs openings on private companies para safe.

@bookworm hello. ive updated my signature, hehe outdated na pla. My SS was done in roughly 7 weeks. They usually are within the time frame naman ng processing. In my case kc, meron silang additional requirements na hinigi kaya nadagdagan ng 1 week yung processing ko. Submit mona if complete na.

@kabayan, binigay ko na sa agent yung papers. Sabi nya, they will submit it today. Naghingi pa kasi sila ng additional docs last week.
After you received the ACT SS, and since you already submitted your EOI, what additional papers do you have to send?

Tanong ko lang sa VISA 190 kung yung validity ng invitation is 2 months, ibig sabihin ba is matapos mo lahat submit (docs, NBI, Medical) within 2 months? or is it within 2 months kailangan mo lang mag apply ng VISA?(mag lodge)? Kasi parang hindi ko kakayanin within 2 months tapusin lahat.

@MrPea, yang 2months po ay palugit para makapagapply ka ng visa. Yung mga documents, to follow na lang after mo makapaglodge. Panibagong time frame na naman iyon.
