    As advised by your previous case officer, the department has put a hold on all Skilled Nominated visa applications. At this point we are awaiting the go ahead from the Minister, until then you will need to check the website daily for any changes to this direction.

    I understand that the time taken to process your application may be causing concern to you and we hope to be able to process these visa applications in the near future.
    @markinoz not a good news nga po.. hopefully saglet lng po yung 'hold' at mgcontinue na ulet ang processing for skilled nominated..

    Ouch!!! What a bummer! This is a terrible news for all v190 applicants who are awaiting for visa grant letter. Nakakalungkot naman ito. Anyway, let's just hope and pray na sana wag matagal ang hold order para sa mga applications ng skilled nominated visas.

    Ok lang ba magpasa ng SS on more than 1 state?
    Nagsubmit na kasi ko ng SS for Victoria kaso mukhang matagal pa. Balak ko din sana sa SA magpasa. Kelangan ko ba baguhin ung state dun sa EOI? Tapos ok lang kaya un since mention ko sa Victoria SS ko na sila palang ung hinigan ko?

    sorry what i meant was, if EOI will allow you to select visa 190, and then select several states where you want to apply..

    or, proceed directly to SS website applciation, and check if they accept direct application..
    there are states where they will select you from the EOI, while there are states (as of last update, as far as i know), where you can apply directly for SS, once approved, they will just ask for your EOI reference number, and then will invite you to apply for visa..

    @lock_code2004 Iyong police check requirement for visa na kunin ko sa PH, ito na po 'tong NBI clearance? Or iba talaga Police Check sa PH at iba NBI clearance sa PH?
