    Hi. Tumawag ako ngayon sa EA para itanong kung mas mabilis ang online application nila dahil nabasa ko yung comment ni @wacks. Sabi nila, hindi raw mas mabilis ang online application. Ipa-prioritize pa rin daw nila yung mga paper applications na nareceive nila before nag-open ang online application. Dadaan pa rin sa queue lahat ng applications. Hindi rin advisable na mag-apply online kung nakapaglodge na ng paper application dati, dahil icha-charge ulit din daw kayo for that case at hindi niyo mare-refund ang payment before. Sana nakatulong ito para sa mga nagtatanong.

    MSA: We are testing the on-line system with the online applications submitted.

    Re "If online application is being processed faster, and I already have manual application, can it be converted to online application?"

    MSA: We are not converting manual applications to on-line applications. "

    So it's quite possible na hindi lang application ni @wacks ang mabilis na lumabas ang result. Maaaring madami pa na kasama dun sa online applications na na-test.

    Hope you guys can advise me, I lodged my CDR last August 6; I followed up Nov.10 and got a reply that I lack Certificate of Employment for my Career Episode 1. Unfortunately di naisama sa agent ko. Sent the docs Nov11 should be received today. Question is, puede ba magfollow-up na agad tomorrow 11/14 c/o Agent ? or puede ako nalang? Need to know the result asap kasi.

    Another thing is, I will be turning 33 in February 2, 60 points ako ngayon so I badly need to have an invite before that. What can you say sa window ko? Ok pa ba ang 2 months including the Christmas season to get an invite? I am an Electrical Engineer by the way.

    @melvinrose if your sure na na-receive na ng EA yung document mo, then you should contact your assessor asap to confirm...

    usually kapag may shortcoming na hindi naman complex, mga 1 week makakapag-decide na ang EA sa case, so magfollow-up ka uli and itanong mo na derecho kung ano ang outcome ng assessment.

    Pwede mo rin tawagan mismo yung assessor mo... na-try ko na yun dati, magagalang naman sila sumagot sa inquiries.

    kung sinabi ng EA na ipinadala na nila yung outcome letter sayo, i-request mo na sabihin sayo yung "exact date" na nakasulat sa letter.. kasi importante yun kapag nag-lodged ka ng EOI...

    Kung confident ka na ANZSCO code, AQF equivalent (Bachelor, Diploma?), and Skilled Work Exp yung ma-aassess sayo ng EA... i suggest i-lodged mo na yung EOI mo para mapasama ka na sa mai-invite habang hinihintay mo pa yung letter na dumating

    @melvinrose I think it should be yung agent mo. Kasi siya ang inauthorize mong representative mo to them, remember yung form na pinirmahan mo to authorize an agent. Im not sure, pero sa palagay ko agent mo ang icconsider na kausap ng EA when it comes to your application. Although it is worth a try if like mo personal na magfollowup/inquire sakanila.

    Bro, quote ko lang yung sinabi sa MSA Booklet:
    Use of an Agent
    If you employ an agent, Engineers Australia will communicate only with your agent regarding your assessment. You cannot independently contact Engineers Australia. If you do so you will be referred to your agent.
    For me it, I think it is best i-course through mo muna sa agent mo yung pagfollow-up sa EA. I think valid naman na mas gusto mo ma-expedite yung response time kasi may hinahabol ka na timeline... and dapat aligned kayo ng agent mo doon.

    Worked for 4 years (Philippines) as a Drafter
    1.5 year (SG) as a Project Coordinator/Draftsman
    5 years (SG) as a Civil and Structure Draftsman

    @melvinrose push-thru mo lang yan brad, ako rin dati daming concerns kasi April ako nagsubmit sa EA, tapos July magbabago ang SOL kaya worried ako na baka mawala yung Nom Occ sa SOL..

    Then hinahabol ko yung age ko kasi i will be turning 33yo ng november kaya worried din ako that time nun sa EA dahil ang tagal ng assessment, nagkawalaan pa lahat ng letters ko..

    pero as it turns out mabilis yung invitation sakin, nag-lodged ako ng EOI, Sept21.. Sept22 Invitation round na-invite ako agad hehe

    hi...tanong ko lng ko po.nka recieved ako ng mail from EA last nov.14 stating that nag deduct na cla sa CC ko last oct.29, 2014. Tanong ko lng po. saan po ako mg start ng counting doon sa 13weeks na processing time sa EA?

    @chu_se count ka kapatid the moment na may nadeduct na sa CC kasi meaning start nila iprocess ang application mo. :) Di naman pede sa kanila na process now pay later. :) So count mo yong date na nacharege ka sa CC mo. :)
