@brixx kung gagamitin mo yung pera na pinag bentahan ng lupa sundin mo yung post ni xine need mo gawin yan papagawa kayo sa atty tapos pa sign nyo sa sa bibili ng lupa nyo at kung sino owner ng lupa tapos naka attached yung mga land title pero pag dating po kasi sa ganyan sobrang higpit po talaga ng mga c.o sa mga ganyan case, pero any happen po sa papers nyo ngayon pwed pa nmn kayo magapply pero payo ko aralin nyo po mabuti yung docs nyo madali lang po mag apply basta clean docs ang ipapasa nyo. @attila si boss. Dan after graduate ni wife niya nag apply na sila ng graduate visa another 2 years stay in australia tpos alam ko pa p.r na yan si boss. Dan, base yan sa mga post ni boss. Dan good luck sa lahat and god bless...

@danyan2001us kasi nung una nagbigay nako ng document about approved loan. yun lang naman yung pinakita naminkasi wala kaming 3 month deposit sa bank. tapos nagsend sila ng ganito

who is providing support to you, for at least 3 months immediately

maintaining period. (Please note that the minimum amount is calculated
by using the smallest amount held during the three month maintaining

institution is also an acceptable source of funds. Non-cash assets such
as property, shares and other possessions are not acceptable evidence of
funds."

@Xine sabi dun sa acceptable sources of funds na pinost mo is okay lang yung loans from financial institution..so okay lang kaya yung sa amin? nagloan kami ng 2.5M? yun lang yung source namin eh.. hindi kami makapagprovide ng 3 month money deposit sa bank.. approved loan lang

Acceptable po ung money nyo but still need to be on your bank for 3 months before application. In my opinion those are list of acceptable funds but still need to be in bank for 3 months so i guess even if ilagay mo sa bank mo ngaun ung money it will not be accepted coz its not on the bank for 3 months. So they are saying u can get someone else to sponsor you na meron na nung amount na hinihingi nila sa bank for 3 months. they even indicate kung what date kailangan na sa bank ung money.

Based from the checklist from IDP, you can provide loan from a financial institution in your name or sponsor. Provide loan supporting documents such as loan application form, deed of assignment indicating terms of payment, loan collateral, proof that funds have been released to your account.
They only require 3 months min balance if you provided money deposit, not for loans.

Kinda confusing if thats the case why didnt the embassy ask for that docs instead??

@rpdbt maybe u can ask them directly if its still needed so you wont get confuse and you get the right answer

for double checking go directly to the DIBP website or you can consult IDP..they're free of charge...at saka pag IDP ka dyan sa pinas tutulungan ka rin nila dito sa IDP australia.....if hindi ka IDP assisted there then they (IDP OZ) will not assist you also just like in the case of my before.....
