    Guys question lng po, kanu ideal pocket money nyu na dinala sa oz as a student?ung kaya makasurvive hangang swertihin makakita ng part time job? Slamt
    dala ka more or less 4,000$ as your pocket money...at times depende rin kung ilan kau na pupunta dito...sa estimate ko na yan ay for couple.....

Decision: I gave weighed the applicants circumstances and immigration history and have also considered whether there are any other matters relevant to this assessment of her genuine intention to temporarily stay in Australia. On balance I am not satisfied that Ms. (Name) is a genuine applicant for entry and stay as a student because I am not satisfied that she intends to genuinely stay in Australia.

    June 17 - Uni sent a message that they approved 14 credits for prior learning.
    June 21 - Uni emailed: move my intake to Feb 2014.
    July 5 - Passed IELTS! Yipee. Emailed Uni my result.
    July 16 - Received conditional OFFER LETTER from Uni. :)
    July 19 - sent my TOR to Uni.
    July 22 - Uni received my TOR
    July 24 - received my UNCONDITIONAL OFFER.
    July 31 - paid tuition fees and received COE
    Sept 16 - lodged visa application 573 SVP with one dependent thru VIA
    Sept 17 - acknowledgement from embassy with medical request.
    Sept 18 - Medical Examination at NHSI
    Sept 24 - Medical forwarded to Embassy
    Oct 4 - Phone interview with CO.
    Oct 7 - Emailed immi asking for updates
    Oct 8 - Received email from immi stating application is under assessment.
    Oct 9 - Received text message from Air 21 and Embassy that my documents has been dispatched.
    Oct 9 - visa refusal! :(

    April 2014 - visited Australia and attended ACAE open day May 2014 - took IELTS / May 2014 - Received Offer Letter and COE / Round 1* June 2014 - lodged visa application; Medicals at St Luke's; Requested for further test due to opacity on right lung; Sputum test result: negative / July 2014 - application withdrawn. Reason: sponsor was brother-in-law and was asked by embassy to submit additional docs. Also, further medical test requested. Case Officer: M. Padilla. / Sept 2014 - culture test result: negative.
    Round 2 *Target: February intake
    Dec 2014 - appointed IDP as student agent. Paid 10,000 for visa processing assistance / Jan 5, 2015 - submitted documents to IDP / Jan 7, 2015 - IDP lodged application thru VFS / Jan 8, 2015 - embassy acknowledged application / Jan 20 2015 - embassy requested to sign form 815 (Health Undertaking).     anyone here na nalate mag arrive even if they already have the visa? I ask my agency kasi sabi nya di raw pwde pag may visa na I said naman na alanganin na kung aalis ako agad agad coz i have a work i ask what if 26 nila ibigay ung visa she said i need to leave parang wala namang time mag prepare

    talaga kasi ako January 27 ang orientation ko tapos baka dumating anytime before 27 ung visa sabi ng agent ko makakapagprovide daw ng Late Letterr and School after 27th so if i have the visa before the 27 i have to leave. But I am asking the school now.

    currently gathering all my requirements, anyone who can share a template of a sworn statement? part kasi siya ng SVP requirement:

    "sworn statement from the funding source indicating that the funds will be made available for the student throughout the study period"

    Kamusta po mga bossing, bago lang po ako sa forum, may question lang po ako kasi 3 months and 3 days na po ako nag aantay ng result and 572 po ako last october 20 po ako nag submit ng papers and sa feb 11 po ang start ng class ko, may question is meron na ba na refused ang visa na nag antay ng 3 months?

    Oct. 16, 2014 - Paid my IELTS exam
    Nov. 12, 2014 - Speaking Test IELTS
    Nov. 13, 2014 - R,L,W IELTS TEST
    Nov. 14, 2014 - Application Form Sent To Academia International (MelBourne)
    Nov. 26, 2014 - Offer Letter Received
    - IELTS Results: L-8 R-6.5 W-6 S-6 Overall = 6.5
    Nov. 29, 2014 - Medicals Done @ NHS Makati
    Dec. 5 2014- Medicals Submitted all ok

    • Tuition Fee Paid via BPI, Offer Accepted & Submitted
      Dec. 8 2014 - COE received
      Dec. 18 2014 - Lodged Visa Application @ AMS
      Jan. 12 2015 - Additional Medicals Test Requested
      Jan. 13 2015 - Medicals Done
      Jan. 30 2015 - Visa Granted No Interview Thank you Lord :) My Birthday :)
      Feb 6 2015 - Arrival in Melbourne :)
