@joy_j hi. Sa thornlie husband ko. Saka di pa ako nagpa change nang surname. I guess pag nag expire na ang passport ko, dun na lang ako magpaa change ng surname. Saan in particular sa perth kayo?

Usually mga sis iba iba tlaga nag rereply sa mga emails naten but rest assured khit iba iba cla naka note yan sa pinaka c.o. naten. I've missed this page kaya nag popped up ako lol. I am now here in Oz with my Asawa and just been busy for the last 8months because of work. Cheers mga sis at be patient sa pag hihintay.

A new member here..but was able to read most of your queries and responses before..

I'd like to share our own experience in applying for a spouse visa.

June 5,2014 - applied online
All requirements were uploaded same day. We did not hire an agent to help us with the requirements. I personally scanned, compiled and uploaded all necessary requirements.

July 28,2014 - a case officer was assigned and at the same time emailed me for a CENOMAR. I complied a week after.

September 18,2014 - I applied for a tourist visa for my Nov8-16 trip to Au.

October 3,2014- tourist visa was approved. On same day, case officer for spouse visa called and asked me if am done with my medical exam.

November 4,2014 - I completed my medical exam. It took me that long coz I've waited for the results of our annual medical exam at work..to check if am healthy..

Nov 8-16,2014 - was in Australia to be with my husband on his birthday.

February 5,2015 - visa was granted

i think yung iba tlaga eh busy na rin maybe sa work, like me it took me 8 months bago ulet ng popped up dito sa pinoyau, marami kami na naapproved di nga Lang sabay sabay... Maybe yung iba busy rin sa mga anak nila kz yung iba nag ka baby na. Di pa naman tapos ang visa journey naten, I'm still waiting for my PR to be approved, just submitted it online last week. Medyo natagalan pag submit namen naging busy kmi sa work ng Asawa ko. Medyo nagpatagal eh yung mga kinuha namen n witness for 888 reqt eh di agad naibigay sa amen, kaya pag dating niyo dito isa yun s i-note niyo para di na magtagal. Also take photos for proofs, joint bank accts, bills etc... Di naten alam kung mas mahigpit sila sa Processing ng PR. God bless mga sis!

Oo sis, mga one month before ng elligibility date mo which is your lodging date ng 309 temporary papadalhan k ng immi ng notice or letter na pwede k na mag apply ng PR mo...some hindi napapadalahan kagaya nung friend Ko sa Melbourne, pero sabi ko magfollow up lng cia sa immi then pinadalhan nman cia ng email kung ano gagawin. Lagi kmi nag uusap nun regarding sa visa, sa forum lng din kmi naging magkaibigan, 2 sila na naging friend Ko 1 from this forum and yung isa sa English website yung Australianforum.com nman. Na meet ko na rin sila dito sa Australia.

@forevern4always Sorry sis but i ddnt get it, when do we receive the letter or notice about PR? One month before the 309 eligibility date? Im just confused when u mentioned 309 lodging..
