    hi aolee

as per this thread in Philippines.com.au, started by southlarena

    http://www.philippines.com.au/mirror/forums/display_topic/id_8608#r208180/

eto daw yung mga docs required.

Documents needed for an ACS assessment

    1. A completed application form
    2. Identification information
    3. Evidence to support the application
    4. Payment of required fee

Must support all claims by submitting certified or notarized copies of the following:

Birth certificate (from NSO) or passport
    Degree Diploma / Certificate
TOR (Transcript of Records) - A legend explaining the grading system must be included!!!
COE (Certificate of Employment) / Employer Reference Letter

hope may makapag share ng experience nila in submitting their application sa ACS.

To those interested in paying ACS thru int'l. fund transfer- You need to open a dollar acct. if you dont have, kung meron naman you have to talk to your bank for a debit arrangement to ACS bank- Commonwealth Bank of Australia, ask nyo if ur bank have holding period before they would release your money in your bank, usually a week or more ang holding period. Meron din int'l. and local bank charges ang bank nyo at yung dadaanang int'l. bank. ACS will inform you if your money has credited to their account when you send by attached email or download them by pdf. file yung proof of remittance payment nyo issued ng local bank nyo dito. They will also inform kung kulang ang payment they will required you to send yung short na payment thru fund transfer din at hindi thru credit card. The best with int'l. fund transfer ay hindi mag i-interest yung na debit na money sayo ng bank mo unlike kung credit card ang ginamit mo at hindi mo naman nai -fully paid ang utang mo sa kanila nag re-revolve ang interest. Yun nga lang should u choose fund transfer u need 2 weeks before ur payment had confirmed dahil sa holding period ng local bank pero at least may proof ka na pinag bayaran mo at yun na nga yung debit memo issued by ur local bank. na pwede mo i-claim sa ACS na "Hey! guys i pay u already and i had this proof"..

Cguro yung mga nagbayad thru credit card sa SOA na lang nyo tingnan then i-scan sa computer by pdf. file tapos i-marker nyo or i-circle nyo then attach yung e-mail na debit na kayo ng bank nyo then indicate nyo rin yung card number. Ask nyo ACS status ng payment kung na debit na kayo ng bank nila-Commomwealth Bank of Australia, tingin ko naman they will inform u the result of payment. Pero they wont issue talaga a receipt.

aolee is right, yung COE should include your detailed job description and dapat nka indicate na regular or full time employee ka. Don't forget also yung employment date required din ni ACS para sa computation nila ng working years. Goodluck!

@iheartau same case tayo iheartau. :) i believe yes. already consulted this to my agent before. especially on my case that i mostly do web application and not websites. as long as we can prove that our job description fits the developer-Programmer citeria, there wont be a problem :)

hi there.. im a newbie and will process my papers on my own. buti nakita ko tong forum na to. mejo kinakabahan ako kse mahal ang AUD400 to assess your skills in ACS.

I've been working as an IT professional for the past 6 years. However, ngyon unemployed ako dahil inaasikaso ko yung papers ko for AU.

Question: Is it okay to submit an application kahit unemployed ako ngyon? or should I look for a ne job first before sumbmitting an application?

    Maybe someone can help.

    Thanks so much.

indaydiego - yung attached mo online yung mga documents and certificate mo no need you online application mismo.

Katlin - okay lang to lodge kahit unemployed ka. As long may 3 years o more IT experiece kana. Just be sure you have 3 years or more IT expeerience in one certain IT positions. Hindi pwede na 1 year ka network admin, tapos 1 year ka programmer, then 1 year ka system admin. You should have a solid IT experience in one certain IT positions. para ndi masayang yung lodge mo.

    Hi @katlin924

Before you apply for ACS, you must check DIAC first. What states do you want to go? kasi, meron mga states tulad South Australia last June 2011 State Migration List wala na sa list? and what sponsorship are you applying or plan to apply? do you have a YM?

Thank you! :) Yup, kindly add me up katlin_924. Thanks so much for your help. :)

    Anyway, to answer your question:
    Skilled Independent Subclass 175
I plan to go to Sydney, NSW
    no sponsorship in particular

So skilled independent lang talaga ako..

Question lng po before ako magsubmit ng requirements sa ACS, just to be sure ask ko opinion nyo...
    - tama po ba, no need to submit supporting documents as a proof/artefacts (e.g. payslips, tax certs, etc.) kung may mapoprovide akong certified true copy ng detailed COE with specific employment dates and job description?

    :)
