@katlin924 From what I've read, if online yun application mo you need to scan and attach it to your online application. :) And also all the documents you submitted to ACS.

    http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/skilled-occupations/skills-assessed.htm#eaa

"Evidence to attach to your application

You must attach with your application certified copies of all the documents you provided to the assessing body including:

a certified copy of your post-secondary qualifications, such as your degree or diploma certificate as well as your transcripts or mark sheets
if you have worked in an occupation where substantial work experience may be acceptable, certified copies of references provided by your employers that outline the position you held and the duties you performed."

    Hi Guys,

This is my first time posting dito sa forum... Came across this while doing research sa pag-log ng PASA sa ACS... May mga queries sana ako and hopefully matulungan nyo ako...

    1. If I provide a statutory declaration for my working experience (di nagbibigay ng detailed COE yung company ko), kaylangan ko ng colleague (higher position than me?) to provide corroborative statement na tama lahat ng details that I'm claiming di ba? In line with that... May alam ba kayo na ok na template for:
    - Statutory Declaration of my skills/experience
    - corroborative statement

Or based on your experiences, saan yung "sure"?

Meaning, dapat nakalagay don ung duration of work, job roles, etc. There's no particular template for that, pero ganito yung mga nakikita ko:

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I, {name of your supervisor}, {position of your supervisor} in {employer}, certify that I worked with {your name} for {duration of employment}.

He worked full time as a {position}.

As his supervisor (or any position), he performed the following roles and responsibilities:
    -
    - {list all your job roles}
    -

This letter has been provided upon request of {your name} for whatever legal purpose it may serve him.

    NAME OF SUPERVISOR
    position
    employer
    tel number
    mobile number
    email

Hahaha! :)

Thanks for the input katlin! I didn't made my question clearer about sa notary hehe.. so am I correct in assuming na ang statutory declaratioon is same as affidavit and can be certified sa notary din?

Anyhow, regarding my job detail dilema, lets just say na I can't get a letter from my company and supervisor without putting my career in jeopardy... then I've read dun Sa word doc na PASA guide from ACS na there are actually 3 options of providing work experience details

    1
Is thru HR manager or your manager with official company letterhead

    2. Statutory declaration ng applicant with coroborative information from third party

    3. Statutory declaration ng coleague mo with higher position than you with ur colleague's lead's declaration din na mas mataas position nya than you..

So tama ba ako na you chose option 2 and that un template na nilagay mo is un supporting declaration ng third party?

Pressure time na to, kaylangan na malog un visa application mismo before july 2012 hahha!

About dun sa employment reference dilemna mo po, try mo humingi ng CoE from your HR manager or anyone there in charge of that. Based sa iba ko nakausap and my own personal experience, wala problem sa kanila manghingi ka ng CoE as long as ang purpose or reason mo dun is hindi to look for another employer siguro. Kasi una hesitant ako magsabi ng reason and they insisted kailangan meron ilagay talaga na purpose like for example daw is bank loan. So sinabi ko for migration or visa. Ayun no problem ginawa agad nila ako. As for the document naman ng duties and responsibilities mo, mas madali sana if kadikit mo yun immediate supervisor mo. Purpose lang nun is if kung hindi na exisiting yun company/institute and/or hesitant ka lapitan yun employer mo.

"2. Statutory declaration ng applicant with coroborative information from third party"

For coroborative info from third party, meron na po bang nakapagtry na magsubmit na letter from previous colleague in higher position/ supervisor na in plain A4 size paper lang & not in company letter head since pareho kayo na ndi na employed sa dating employer kasi matagal na ding nag close yung company? Ang supporting document ko lang kasi right now from privious employer na nag-close na is yung employment contract na hindi naka-detail ang duties & responsibilities and wala na din akong naitagong payslips sa sobrang tagal na.

Hope you can give some insights. Salamat!

@mimaahk How bout payslips sir? ITR BIR form 2316? Another is if you are registered sa SSS online, meron sila dun I think employment history that will display the SSS number of the company, your contributions, etc.

Just visit this site.

    https://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/Section_View

Then using your SSS number, register ka dun. You just need a valid email address. Tapos makikita mo na un account premiums mo, employers, etc. Try mo. Hope this helps.

@Bryann need ko pala maging active member ulit ng SSS para maka-register online may hinahanap kasi ng SBR no for OFW. Pero tama may benefit din naman kung mag-active member ulit ako for pension in the future and pede pako magtry makakuha ng previous employment history contributions ko.

    Salamat sa suggestion!!!

@katlin924 From what I've read, if online yun application mo you need to scan and attach it to your online application. :) And also all the documents you submitted to ACS.

    http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/skilled-occupations/skills-assessed.htm#eaa

"Evidence to attach to your application

To lodge a valid application you must provide a certified copy of a positive skills assessment by a relevant assessing authority for your nominated skilled occupation.

So dalawang Notary na nakalagay don?

Yung notary ko kse black yung ink, nde colored. Eh diba pag black and white yung scan dapat original na 'certified true copy' yung ipapadala?

    Ang iniisip ko kseng gawin:

    1. Get Original Docs
    2. Photocopy Original Docs
    3. Notarize Photocopy of Original Docs
--> Scan and Submit to ACS

    Repeat steps 2 and 3
--> Scan and Submit to DIAC

Same docs ang pinag-uusapan natin dito ah.. ;)

Pwede ba yang ganyang strategy? :p

Hello. To those who have filled out the online form: under sa relevant qualifications, ano ang ibig sabihin sa "Time Taken"? I'm not sure if I understood it right kasi.... does that mean, how long ago was the course taken?
also, sa "Course Duration", anong info ba ilagay? yung expected course duration or yung actual course duration when you took it? like for example: ung BS IT expected is matapos in 4 years pero 5 years mu cya kinuha... which information will I put in the application?

    Time Line:
    09-08-2011: ACS received physical documents
    10-13-2011: ACS result (PIM3, Group A)

    COURSE DURATION : 4
    TIME TAKEN : 5

duration is yung years you have to take to finish the course.

time taken, how many years you took to finish the course.

@ylai Yes tama po si Katlin924. Meron kasi iba for example 2 years lang yun course, for some reason humaba kasi either hindi sila nag full load, or meron failed subjects.

@katlin924 I think sa DIAC unless paper based application ka, enough na yun scanned attachments sa online diba? No need to send the hard copies. Anyway, if paper based yun sa iyo or nagrequest ang DIAC for the documents, sabi naman nila is certified copies lang unless otherwise stated. For example may doubt sila sa authenticity nun certified copy, request nila na i-send mo yun original copies. :)

Ah talaga? Either end of August or 1st week of September. Collecting all requirements lang, tapos nagpapalipas lang ng mga araw para ma-meet ko yun 5 year requirement ng ACS sa work experience. In doubt kasi ako if sa Group A or Group B ako mapupunta. So just to be sure assume ko na, na sa Group B ako. I finished a 4 year ICT course is under section 3. So hindi ko sure if they will assess it under Group A or B. Update update na lang ako sa progress ng application ko.

Okay here is what I have so far.

    1. Photocopy of Passport - notarized
    2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate from NSO (SECPA) - notarized
    3. Certified True Copy of College Diploma stamped and with dry seal from university registrar - 3 original copies from registrar's office (bait niya ^^)
    4. Certified True Copy of College Transcript of Records stamped and with dry seal also from university registrar - 3 original copies also (w/ signature niya pa pala, bait hindi ko na need pa-photocopy pa and notarize, nakatipid)
    5. Certificate of Employment from 1st job. Called my boss and requested for a customized CoE and I told them I need it for my visa application. Mabait naman the CoE includes everything I need for ACS and DIAC. Complete letterhead, position, details of employment whether fulltime/parttime & permanent/temporary, working hours per week, some duties and responsibilities, salary.
    6. Certificate of Employment from 2nd job. Same as above. Buti na lang mababait sila. :) Probably because I left the companies in good terms.

    What's left:
    1. Document of duties and responsibilities from my 1st, 2nd & 3rd company. I already mentioned it to my current and old bosses, and they told me just bring them the documents and they will sign them.
    2. CoE from current employer. Have to wait til around end of August to meet the 5 year work experience requirement. :)

I'm very much excited with this. Long way to go. Focus muna sa ACS. Hihi. Parang mahihirapan ako sa writeup ng duties and responsibilities since most terms ng trabaho natin redundant. Haha. Mauubusan ako ng words and terms para mapahaba un document. :(

@katlin924 Yes. If online application no need to send the docs. Hindi sya kapareho ng ACS.

Btw, mas maganda yun scanned documents lagi colored. I've read na if hindi colored eventhough original copy, need to be certified or notarized. :) Kaya nga ako un mga documents ko from employment and school, nirequest ko talaga i-print sa colored. And yun logo / letterhead if meron yun company is colored din. :)

@Bryann Thanks for the clarification. Pero will try to look for it sa website ng DIAC din.

Hi @Bryann! question lng... dba sa COE mu included na ung duties and responsibilities? bakit kailangan mu pa gumawa ulit ng document of duties and responsibilities sa 1st, 2nd and 3rd company mu? i'm referring to #1 in your list sa "what's left". is this something you're doing extra? coz i don't see it sa list of requirement sa ACS... just want to make sure na this is just something you wanted to do extra on your end and not a necessary requirement by ACS. Thanks!

@ylai It depends because it says there at the PASAGuidelines document that employment references should be detailed. But since most COEs contains only basic information about your employment, and does not include detailed duties and responsibilities. So depending on this, you may or may not need an additional document containing those.

i see... clarification lng, especially to those who have already submitted to ACS, gaano ba ka detailed ung information? kailangan ba enumerate mu ung roles mu for every project you're involved in? we're talking about different projects within the same company po

This is what I wanted to know as well. If anyone can provide a sample, it would be very much appreciated. From what I gather, you just need to write what you are doing exactly on the company so that ACS would get a better idea if you're skills are suitable or not. I think this might also affect the speed on which your skills assessment result comes out.
