Hello po sa lahat,

Di ba po ang seal and details at sign nung nag CTC Dapat nasa front page?

Medyo di ako happy kasi nagulat ako dun sa pinag CTC ko ng documents ko pag bigay sa akin nag print sila ng details sa likod ng each document. Asa likod lahat ng Dry seal, sign nila at stamp na photo copy of the original. Lahat ng front page ng documents ko walang nakalagay. Lahat sa likod. I am not sure if tatanggapin yun ng ACS kasi I need to scan it back to back for every page? Medyo dodgy lang for me. 250 per document sya sa Ortigas and Law Office pa naman din.

Sabe ko pagka receive, dapat po ata sa front page. Reply sa akin kasi ganito talaga kami mag notaryo. Saka hindi kasya yung details tignan mo ( yung details almost half page ng document kasi print nila sa likod)

May naka experience na po ba ng ganito?

@Kay1983 Nung first time ko mgpanotarize, sa likod din nlagay pero pmayag nman sila na ulitin at ilagay sa front page. Since iscscan siya, wala namang way of knowing na talagang back-to-back un.. Kung di ka kampante or kung papayag sila ulitin, ipareduce mo na lng ung size ng photocopy pra mgkaroon ng extra space for stamping. Or try mo hanap ng ibang mgccertify na may CTC stamp. ang important nmn andun ung "certified true copy" or similar, signature, date, and details (name, address, registration) ng ngccertify. Sa akin "Certified Copy" lang na stamp and separate na stamp para sa details ng ngcertify. tapos written pa ung date pero countersigned. Inaccept naman, hehe.

@Kay1983 Ipaulit mo na lang, yang same scanned CTC'd documents rin (e.g. Diploma, TOR, etc..) ang issubmit mo sa DIBP later on and I don't think tatanggapin ng DIBP yung ganung notaryo na nasa likod...

Request mo na lang sa notaryo na gumawa na ulitin, responsbility nila itama yan and hindi dapat pabayaran sayo uli.. explain mo na lang mabuti

Thank you @wizardofOz @axlrose hanap na lang ako ng ibang mag CTC kasi ang ginawa nila eh totally nag print sila ng details gamit computer nila tapos ang paper yung document ko using the back page at super daming details inabot ng almost half page. Kaya sabi nila hindi daw kasya ang details nila sa harap.

Para sa mga taga Ortigas wag na lang po kayo doon mag pa CTC 10th Floor West Tower Tektite. Para di masayang ang effort at pera ninyo.

At yung TOR po namin may 6 subjects na Filipino kailangan pa rin bang ipa translate yun kahit di related sa computer/programming?

Hi guys, anyone here can help me? Me and my boyfiend planning to apply for visa 189, he will be the primary applicant. Pag nagpa-assest ba sa ACS kasama rin na iuupload ang requirements ko? Or he can do the assesstment alone then later while lodging the EOI he can declare me as de-facto. Advise please. Thanks

@Xiaomau82 yes the head of the IT department is willing to sign my COE with detail job description using the company letter head. Then I can get from HR the regular COE. Will this work?

Oo nga medyo hindi kasi maayos ang notaryo satin..

Like nung nagpa-notaryo ako for EA, ang tagal ko pa nag-explain kung bakit need ng address and contact info nung Law Office.. hindi naman daw standard yun sa sistema ng notaryo natin, may dry seal na daw ano pa gusto ko blah blah hehe :P

Sa mga andito sa SG, san kayo nagpanotaryo? balak kong magpaassess ulit kasi expired na ynug last ACS assessment ko. Nagcheck ako ng guidelines then parang iba na sya from last time ako nagpaassess.

Not Suitable kapag, ganito.. tiningnan ko yung CTC ng nagnotaryo sa akin sa Toa Payoh parang hindi papasa sa rules nila ngayon kasi hindi nasunod yung asa baba.

 Stamp and signature of Notary Public doesn’t state that the referee’s signature is witnessed
 Signature of Notary Public only states “Attested Copy”.

Need your advise about Statutory Declaration, meron po ba kayong sample format that I could follow? My previous employers kasi don't provide job description due to their policy.
As I'm currently working in Singapore, pde ko ba ipa-notaryo dito (sa SG) yung Statutory Declaration na galing pinas?

@HandsomeMan - Yung Certificate of employment mo dapat ipa-CTC mo sa bansa kung saan ka nagwork, I think same goes with Statutory Declaration.

Hello sa lahat,

I got my ACS result and graduate ako ng BS Computer science (4 years) and got the result of AQF Associate Degree. They took 5 years less with my working experience although it says that suitable for migration.

AQF Associate Degree = 10 lang points po di ba?
For work experience naman I have remaining 3 years+ kaya = 5 points lang

Ang pinagtataka ko lang I have a classmate na kasabay ko graduate at nag submit din ng assessment sa ACS but got a AQF Bachelor Degree. Di rin nagkakalayo grades namin. Magkaiba lang kami ng Assessor (based sa e-mail name na nagbigay ng result).

Nag reply ako dun sa e-mail na nagbigay sa akin ng result kung bakit ganun.

Wait ko pa reply nila.

If di po sila nag reply, maganda po ba mag review or appeal?

Nanghihinayang ako sa 10 points na nawala sa akin

Yung nga yung e-mail ko ngayon sa nag assess sa akin sa ACS, kasi classmate ko nakakuha ng AQF Bachelor Degree tapos ako AQF Associate Degree. Grades namin di nagkakalayo.

Iniisip ko nga baka depende rin talaga sa nag aassess.

Di ko rin alam if review or appeal tapos ang reason ko kasi unfair?

Or dapat mag move-on n ako at mag focus sa IELTS to get 20 points

Sana may mag advise po sa akin dito, thank you po

Meron na ba dito na 4 yrs IT at nasa section 2 ang institution, AQF Bachelor's Degree ang naging assessment ng ACS? o depende rin sa grades? Nabasa ko kase mostly dito ay 5 yr course ang karamihan binibigyan ng bachelor's

Graduated kase ako May 2006 pero completed ko yung course May 2002 to Dec 2005.

Dapat ba na ilagay ko sa 'Date Completed' ay May 2005
At doon naman under 'Time Taken' ay 3.5 years? O mas safe na 4 years pareho ang ilagay ko?

Yes po magkaiba kami. Yung appeal ko naman is regarding sa Degree. Pero naisip na di namin ng classmate ko yan, baka dahi iba kami ng code. Nevertheless nag-appeal na lang ako para masagot yung katanungan namin. Dahil Associate Degree ang assessment sa akin, na-apektuhan din yung ni-less na work experience ko. Hirap din kasi pag may "what if's" di ba po? Update po ako dito feeling ko today labas result. If hindi po na grant at least malinawan tayo. Tapos move on na for IELTS

@gerardds transcript of records and diploma lang po. same with my classmate. pwede pong ang basis nila e grades kasi di naman eksakto lahat ng grades namin pareho or dahil magkaiba kami ng code. yun po yung nakkita naming basis ni ACS. post ko po yung result once makuha ko po.
