1. BS Computer Science 1999 graduate but got my TOR and Diploma 2004 na, SO number is also 2004 due to Incomplete subjects na natagalan i-complete. May impact po ba ito?

I am not entirely sure but I think wala itong impact as long as may proper docs ka to prove it.

2. In my TOR, meron akong 1 sem from other school (different course - MassCom), mostly minor subjects lang naman, may kaso po ba ito?

3. Lastly, it is okay if hindi ako magbayad ng ACS Skills Assessment ko, a friend of mine in AU is willing to pay for it.

As long as nagbayad ka, should be no issue. Nung naglodge ako ng VISA, credit card ng gf ko ang gamit ko and wala naman naging issue.

Ano po pala course mo and nominated skill?

Thank you for your prompt response! Buti naman walang impact lahat. Actually, 2 years ago nakapag-prepare na ako lahat ng docs ko with CTC but due to some uncontrollable reasons hindi ko sya na-accomplish, and now am very much willing na ituloy na.

Since 2 years ago pa yung mga CTC docs ko, do i need to get new and fresh set of docs with CTC? expired na ata sya. My COE's are dated 2013 pa.

BTW, BS Computer Science ang course ko and nominated skill is 261314 - Software Tester. Been doing software testing since 2007.

Hello everyone! Some questions po before submitting my ACS Skills Assessment:

1. Whats the date of graduation or course completion in both your TOR and Diploma. Its better to follow dates on the documents. kung yung issue date ng TOR and diploma lang nmn ang 2004 walang problem dun.

hello guys! may question po ako.. ok lang ba na yung passport sa IELTS eh iba sa passport para sa ACS skills assessment? magpapa-renew muna sana ako ng passport bago mag-submit sa ACS kasi mag-e-expire na this December. Or wag ko na lang ba muna ipa-renew? Thanks in advance.

in my opinion submit ka na ng ACS dont wait for your passport to be renewed since valid pa nmn sia. while waiting for ACS, pwede ka pa namn magrenew ang impt is masubmt mo na ACS mo, sayang din oras.

Almost complete na po ang required documents ko for submission to ACS but i have a question i hope someone can answer this:

Ang ACS kapag nag assess nagbe-base din sa Job Title aside sa Job roles na ilalagay ko sa Certificate of Employment? Ang Job Title ko kasi on my current job is Administrative but my job roles is like that of Analyst Programmer and im also a graduate of an IT Degree with 11 yrs of work experience sa programming

ok lang. as far as i can remember wala nmn field for passport number sa eoi. sa mismong lodgement namn ng visa, there is a field sa form 80 for expired passport so should be ok since makita nmn nila na expired na ung passport number mong isa.

i have a friend who submitted last month, was processed in 8 days (including sat-sun).

Hello po mga sir, yung ipapa CTC po ba na document kailngan po ba yun ay colored? or pwede po na photocopy lang po na normal? maraming salamat po!!

@alvinprina black white copy is okay. However it is recommended for the CTC signature to be in blue ink para kita if to be scanned.

Good day everyone! This is a very helpful forum!

So gusto ko na sana start application ko. Gusto ko sana unahin ang ACS assessment. Puwede pa-guide naman kung ano mga kelangan ipasa sa kanila? Or may link ba kayo na pwede ko mabasa about sa required docs? di ko mahanap sa acs website eh.

Course: ECE
Skill: Developer Programmer/Software Engineer/Software Engineer and App Programmer (not yet sure which to choose)

as for your skills, same school tayo (Mapua) but COE ako,
maybe you can expect to have 4 years deduction sa years of experience
since our course is more into hardware.

bachelor degree major in computing... may binawas na almost 2yrs and 6 months sa experience... out of 10yrs and 4 months (from aug 2004 up to dec 2014)....may ask lang po ako... kasi po.. current yung employment ko dun sa company ko now.. at nag based sila sa employment reference letter dated dec 2014 ...i have skilled experience after feb 2007 base sa assessment nila.....

ask ko lang po...

1. mag start po ba ako to claim from march 2007 up to present?? ibig sabihin sa march 2015 i can claim 8 yrs (from march 2007-march 2015)?? am i right po ba??

2. pag nag file po ng EOI... i calculate na po ba nila yun automatic na 8 yrs without re assessment sa acs?? basta i have to provide updated COE that will be dated march 2015 onwards??

As far as i knowd nag eexpire ung ctc. kasi ung sa sis ko we submitted acs in May 2013 tas we lodged app in june 2014. Used the same ctc documents. Wala nmn naging issue.

@oyams90 ..hi sir... hindi ko po alam yung section ng school ko.. pero sa MIT intramuros po...bsece.. with failed grades hehehe... 2002 pa ako nag graduate ...siguro po naging factor na rin yung CCNP certification ko... isinama ko rin po kasi yun...

Hi, i have a question, I had an assessment from ACS na 'not closely related to my nominated ANZCO', but now, I am promoted to a different job role from the same company wherein i was assessed as not closely related daw... since same company, ung new COE provided by my company states that I was employed with them since 2010 and my position is the new position... so bale sa new COE mukang I am working with my new role since 2010, pero sa old ACS assessment na ipinasa ko e iba un role ko...

eto na ang tanong: pag magpareassess ako, itake into consideration pa kaya nila un old role ko (original assessment) or my new role na closely related na sa desired ANZSCO ko?

2010-2014 - support analyst (old assessment says this is not closely related)
2014-present business analyst (got new COE but COE dont have breakdown of job roles i had done during my tenure, so new COE stated i am a business analyst since then)

question pag nagpareassess ako using my latest COE, icoconsider ba un support analyst na role sa computation nila ng related/not related?
