General Skilled Immigration Visa - Step By Step Process

Hello everyone!

QQ to those who know. If invited to apply, mayroon po bang interview during the visa application regarding work experience?

My COE is not 100% accurate kasi, the one I will submit to ACS for assessment.

May mga duties kasi na vague na pwedeng sa Sys. Analyst at sa Support Engineer.
But since wala sa SOL ang Support Engineer, ipa-pattern ko na lang to match yung sa Sys. Analyst duties.

Marami kasing overlaps yung duties ko na pwedeng Bus. Analyst, Sys. Analyst at Support Engineer. Dito lang naman sa 3 occupations nag-lalaro. And siyempre hindi pwede 3 occupations inominate so I have to pattern my COE to match only one occupation and Sys. Analyst yung closest I believe.

Eto breakdown ng points ko:
Age - 30
IELTS - 10
Skill - 5 (6+ years total experience when eoi submitted minus the years deducted by ACS
Qualification - 15 (assessed as AQF Bachelors Degree major in computing)

bakit nabasa ko po minimum of 6 lang ang need sa ielts...please clarify naman po

Minimum nga ang 6, pero you can't claim ng points with that. you need to have at least 7 in EACH COMPONENT para makaclaim ka ng 10 points. and 8 and above in all components to claim 20 points.

bakit nabasa ko po minimum of 6 lang ang need sa ielts...please clarify naman po

Yung 6 sa ielts ( all bands) will fall sa competent english yun but you will not get any points with that, kung may enough points ka na na 60pts at meron kang competent english wc is 6 and skill assessment then qualified ka na to lodge an eoi

but if you still need points one way of getting points is ielts if you get 7 in all bands youll get 10 points if 8 nman youll get 20 pts

....when they say overseas work experience, it is the work experience gained anywhere outside Australia...your work experience in the Philippines is gained overseas kasi you are applying entry to Australia

tama eto overseas is outside Australia ysmpre that includes Philippines.

I requested for my COE sa company ko kaso sakin daw manggagaling yung duties and responsibilities.

Ang ilalagay ko yung nasa CV ko pero natatakot ako na baka yung wordings ko hindi mag match sa duties/RR sa ANZSCO kaya naghahanap sana ako ng reference ng mga nagsubmit na, especially yung suitable yung assessment.

i think u r referring sa employer reference letter not the COE. here are some of the tasks na ginamit ng sster ko for her application:

1. Liaise with end users to identify software problems and analyze them to come up with potential solutions.
2. Work closely with end users and test team to continuously improve and optimize user interface and software performance.
3. Work along with the test team and create and execute tests whenever necessary to ensure that software product is tested against business requirement before, during and after gp-live.
4. Creates, maintains requirements traceability matrix to ensure that the business requirements/ needs are taken matched in the high level design and tests of a software product.

I think what u can do is go through the ANZSCO for Systems Analyst then check which of the tasks are related to what you do at work then focus on those tasks. never mention anything na indi related sa systems analyst as this may cause confusion and the case officer may later assess you under a different occupation.

Hmm ano bang difference ng employer reference letter sa COE? Kasi samin yung COE nandun na din yung duties and other details....

Thanks sa advice, so I will just focus sa duties na related sa duties ng SA based sa ANZSCO kasi naisip ko rin yun baka iassess na ibang occupation pala.

sa ibang company kasi standard ung COE walang job description. tas d nmn sila nagbbgy ng JD kasi confidential or company policy etc. kaya ginagawa ng iba, ung reference letter e statutory declaration binigy tas accompanied sia ng COE as evidence of paid employment.pero sa case mo na coe at ref. letter e iisa, ok na yan.

newbie lang po ako, Ask ko lng po regarding sa ACS assessment. meron pa po ba kayo addition docs na ipinasa maiban sa required docs na nakalagay sa kanila? Ito lng po pa kelngngn ko isubmit?

ito yung nasa lista nila:
1. Birth Certificate or Passport (Certified Copies)
2. Degree or Award Certificate (Certified Copies)
3. Degree or Award Transcript (Certified Copies)
4. Employment References (Certified Copies)

kailngan ko pa po ba mag pass nito?

•Certified copy of Payslips – preferably first & last payslip
•Certified copy of Human Resource statement or Service Certificate
•Certified copy of Termination Letter with corresponding dates

-regular coe without duties listed
-reference letter from previous colleagues/superiors with duties listed
-job description
-tax return
-all payslips

What if next year pa ako mainvite mag apply, kailangan ko ba ipa-re-assess yung experience ko sa latest company? Kasi itong lilipatan ko ibang occupation na at hindi na relevant e...

Question po about previous country of residence: Nasa form kasi give details regarding the Last Permanent address. Sa pinas address namin sa manila from 2009-2013. Yun lang ilalagay namin? Di ba magtataka kung nasaan kami from birth to 2008? Ibang address na kasi yun pero sa pinas din.

Do you have enough number of years of work experience sa ngyn. If yes, no need na ipaassess mo pa ung lilipatan mong company, lalo indi nmn sia related. Just claim points for your current work then backwards kung ilang years un kelangan mo. Nagreply pala ako sa PM mo. Hehe.

Ask ko lang kung need ba ang AFP Federal Police Check from Australia?

May specific requirements ba dito? Meron kasi ako nito noong February kasi nag student ako, pero sa certificate ay PARTIAL DISCLOSURE lang.

Meron fin akong NBI Clearance at Fit2work check (police check din) from Australia.

Should I apply for a COMPLETE disclosure sa AFP check?

@bytubytu Madali lng nman kumuha ng AFP check, online lng tapos 42$ yung fee within 7 days ata na recieved na nmen

just in case na hingan ka di ba kse currenty living here ka sa Australia khit wala k pang 12 months andito ka nkatira di ba? Kse may friends kmi pagkadating nila dito 457 visa cla after 6 months nag apply cla ng PR nag pass cla ng AFP check.. Theres no harm in getting it for my point of view

or you can wait for your CO to ask for it ok din nman yun

Hi po, Ask ko lang nakapagsubmit na kami ng EOI for visa 189. Now gusto ko sana mag apply din ng EOI for 190.. Problem is naka agency ako at may charge sa kanila another eoi. Paano po ba ang pag lodge ng EOI? puede ko ba gawin ito or kailagan talaga sa agency dumaan?
