Ask ko lang po ilang EOI po ginawa nyo? kasi may 190 ang 189 kayo.. sa akin kasi isa EOI lang then 2 visa type. Tnx

@grant512: dalawa yun EOI ko na sinubmit. nauna kasi yung sa SA application which is 60 points lang ako. then nagkaron me ng points for English exam kaya nagcreate ako ulit ng for visa 189 for 65 points.

Thanks sa inyo about sa picture.

May greater dilemma ako. Wala pa naman ako invite at mukang malabo ako next invitation round dahil sa dami ng backlogs na application. May 28 ako nag submit ng EOI kaso 60 points lang so last priority sa invite. Last chance ko na yang August invitation round dahil mag birthday na ko at mababawasan na ko ng 5 points (55 points matitira). Babalik na naman ako sa English test para at subukan maka 20 points at ma meet ang minimum. Akala ko pa naman naka graduate na ko sa English requirement. Kakalungkot lang.

Nabasa ko eto sa isang forum
usual country of residence according to DIAC:
"the country where the person normally spends the daily period of rest".

So SG dapat ang isulat. Pero sa "other countries lived aside from usual country of residence" dapat Philippines ang isulat from birth up to the date where you went here in SG . Kasi initially ang naisulat ko sa "other countries" ay SG pa rin saka Australia. Kasi I lived in Aus for awhile. Toinks.

yung isa kong friend ko na nasa Employment pass sa SG at matagal na din dito sa SG at nagrant na ng Aus visa, ang sinulat nya na "usual country of residence" ay Singapore. ok naman daw.

Usual country of residence: Singapore
Other countries lived aside from usual country of residence:
Philippines-date of birth up to the time na pumunta ako ng Australia
Australia-yung period na nasa Australia ako
Philippines uli- time na bumalik ako sa Philippines until the time I departed to Singapore

Hindi ko na sinulat yung Singapore sa "Other countries lived aside from usual country of residence" since ang dineclare ko sa "usual country of residence" ay Singapore na.
I think may bearing eto sa pagkuha ng police clearance or NBI. clear ba? hehe.

don't lose hope. in my case, 60 points din ako sa EOI which I submitted last May 18. Tapos July 6 ako nakatanggap ng invite to lodge visa. Pero yes, I think depende din sa type of skill na ninominate mo. Yung sa akin is Medical Laboratory scientist.

are you married? baka pede ka makakuha ng partner's point kung maassess din spouse mo sa same skill assessing body. Five points din eto.

May nababasa ako dito na english test na mas ok kunin kaysa IELTS. Pakiresearch sa mga signatures sa thread o search button yung PET Academic english test. tapos pakicheck kung applicable ang English test na eto sa occupation mo.

saka isa pa pala, kung visa 190- state nomination yun. Pakiverify uli sa DIBP website kasi dati alam ko kung state sponsored ka pwede ka magclaim ng additional points. Pakiconfirm na lang kung ganito pa rin point system kung Visa 190.

Ako po May 6 nag EOI pero wala din invite.. Good news yan na may nakakalusot na 60 pointers. Palagay ko nga po depende sa nominated skill.

Kung hindi naman issue sayo yung 2years moral obligation sa state sponsored,
sa tingin ko mas maigi kung gagawa ka na rin ng second EOI mo para sa 190 State sponsored.
At least ummaandar na yung application for state sponsorship. 3 months tatagal ata yun.

Nasa reach na kasi yung ceiling ng nominated occupation ko kaya after pa ng fiscal year nag resume. Ano yung nominated occupation mo?

Ilang days lang difference natin mag submit ng EOI at same ng points. Di pa ceiling yung occupation mo kaya nabigyan ka invite. Sana makasama na sa August invitation round. hehe

Yup, kaso hindi closely related yung current work nya sa balak nya nominate na occupation. Tapos Engineering pa, matagal at kakaiba yung pag papa assess ni misis.

Yup, PTE-Academic nga, dyan lang din ako nakapasa, kinulang lang ako 1 point sa speaking para maka 20 points. Nakakalungkot lang ulit mag take ng english test haha! Feeling ko kasi naka tsamba lang ako. L90 R80 S78 W80

Naisip ko din to, may gusto lang ako i-confirm sa 190. Dapat ba mag work ka ng nominated occupation for atleast 2 years? Or pwede kahit hindi? For example, if wala makuha work na Engineering, at nag try ka mag blue collar, pwede ba yun o hindi sa 190?

Ang "moral obligation" po sa state spnsored visa ay...

"agree to live and work in NSW for at least their first two years in Australia while holding this visa".

Hindi po sinabi na work under your occupation. kaya ok lang hindi ka mag work sa occupation mo.

may I add, eto ay Moral Obligation at hindi daw eto legal obligation.

Salamat sa clarification. Pwede pa pala sakin 190 though hindi na pwede yung occupation ko sa Brisbane. May relatives kasi ako sa Brisbane kaya dun namin gusto try mag settle. Pero if di talaga ko makapasok sa 189, sa try ko mag 190 sa Victoria.

Update: Another hurdle... Meron pa lang "show money" sa Victoria 190. AUD30,000 individual applicant. Though hindi nag r-require ng evidence pero baka ma deny ako dahil dito. Wala pa ko ganyan kalaking pondo. haha

@Liolaeus doon sa website ng VIC, tinatanong nila ang assets with that amount pero they don't require evidence.

punta ka Bro sa Home page ng Pinoy Au, then "State sponsorship" then may thread doon about Victoria sponsorship. meron na doon na discussion at actual applicants na nagproprocess ng state sponsorship

@Liolaeus ang alam ko sa proof funds pwede din land title. pwede ka manghiram sa kamag anak at pagawa ka certificate sa banko. isoli mo lang syempre pag naaprove na yung sponsorship mo.

I am an Electrical Engineer by profession here in Singapore BUT, wala po ako licence as EE sa
Pinas. should I continue to apply as Engineering Technologist? or sa technician nalang po?

@one1an factor yung license pero kung mapapatunayan mo sa CDR mo na qualified ka may pag asa ka ma-assess as Electrical Engineer. Yung membership ng ieee or ano mang engineering org walang kinalaman. unless chartered ka.

@BringItOn online lang pero kailangan bayaran na din. Magschesched ka ng Date,Am or Pm saka anong branch mo kukunin ang NBI clearance. Mabilis lang yung sa amin ni hubby noong personal na namin kinuha. 10 min lang nakuha na namin ang NBI clearance with photograph taking na yun.
