    share ko lang po sa mga mag papa-appointment ng CFO ...actually im one of october 1, 2015 na nag-seminar recently. big YES na we need to have a CFO Sticker w/ Guidance and Counseling certificate from CFO. meron po ako nakasabay dun na isang guy na nagwowork sa Sydney then babalik sya sa sydney pero mukhang hinarang po sya sa airport na he needs a CFO sticker even though he came from Sydney recently mukha nag- renew po yata sya ng passport at sabi sa seminar namin noon bago batas na po yan ng government na lahat ng pupunta sa ibang bansa need ng CFO STICKER sa passport except lang po daw sa lahat ng tourist......

    and take note dun ko lang po nalaman na pede pala magseminar kahit na wala pang VISA pero ang ibibigay lang po sa inyo ay CFO Certificate babalik po kau ulit sa kanila pag may visa na po kau para mapa-Sticker....

    BTW goodluck to everyone sana nakatulong po ito message ko .... =)

    hi @chachi24 sa one on one interview po na gagawin, titignan po nila kung sumunod po kau sa instruction ng pini-fill-upan nyo po na form at dun din nila masusukat kung gaano nyo kakilala ang partner nyo po (advice ko lang po sana wag po kau magkakacorrections at be ready na alam nyo po ang name ng mother ng partner nyo po nang pagkadalaga.....
    at nga pala 3hours po ang seminar 2-5pm at dapat po 12 or 12:30 nadun na po kau kc nalakalagay po yun sa appointment letter nyo po from CFO...

    at @shela_79_02 wala po sched ng saturday pag australia po monday and thursday lang po ang available po nila ... at you need to have an appointment online sa CFO sa website po nila..

    hi guys for additional info, i just lodged my application last september 30, VFS told me that they will not issue visa sticker anymore. once visa is approved, embassy will send you the visa via email.

    and just want to ask as well, whats the eta before the visa gets approved?
    married na po kmi and he's australian citizen by birth.
    ive never gone to his australia but i believe i have provided all the necessary documents that i could give to support my application.

    Welcome, waiting periods for 309 approvals are at the advised 9-12 months.
    The VFS is talking about the visa Label which has been discontinued. The CFO sticker is a Phil requirement.

    Thanks for that. Got the CFO certificate and i will go back there to ask the sticker once i have my visa.
    so sad nman still 9-12 months? is there any chances that the application can be approved earlier? like for 3 months?

    Hi Violet, my wife's 309visa app hit 41 weeks on Wednesday, and our Family Sponsored Visitor Visa hit 9 weeks today.
    Chances are the 9-12 months may get longer, rather than shorter.
