Are you a Febuary 2015 applicant? Our lawyer from Australia emailed them and they replied that it is on its final stage..
I hope sabay Tayo na grant this month!:-)

@Jencis hi! When did you applied? I applied last feb 2015.. And now it's on its final stage.. I've heard from other forums na may na grant today..
Hopefully they are starting to grant visa this August..
Have you heard anyone granted a visa last July?

@chinorn Nov. 2014 sis. Its going to be 9months na by next week. I think there is 1 from this forum na granted first week of July, but more than a year naman na yong sa kanila, and aside from her parang wala na. Hopefully talaga sis, this August they will grant na nang sunod2. Dami na yta talaga nating waiting, and ung mga last year pa nglodge dami din naming waiting pa rin till now.

@Jencis hopefully! It's hard to wait.. Especially if it's in their hands already. Average processing time is 6months anyway.. Maybe when they updated their office last July 1.
It made the delays.. And they said that there is no quota for subclass 309..
Hope we rcv our grant soon!!

@shunix may agent kami, so kanila nageemail ang immig... additional requirements asked last June included latest payslip of my fiancee and form 888. Last july nagemail ako for updates, the reply is that my application is currently progressing without due delay. 9 to 12 months daw kc talaga timeline PMV.

@shunix same lang na 9 to 12 mos processing..although there are more instances na mas mabilis magrant PMV..in PMV nga lang we need to apply again for partner visa..kc 9 mos lang validity ng PMV..

Hi guys!
i observed, patagal ng patagal ang processiing ng visa. In this thread, the first few members waited for three months to 5 months only. Then one member waited for 17 months? nakakakaba for those who are waiting like me. Sana di naman ganun katagal no? Lalo na now that they increased the visa fee again.
