Unfortunately, I didn't make it on the first try.

I did my mock test the day before the actual exam and hindi ko kaagad nakuha ang result kasi nagkaproblem sa system nila..

Hindi ako convinced sa Speaking part kasi maayos naman ako magsalita, in fact i got 8 on speaking sa last IELTS ko. Baka may nagawa akong mali. Kailangan bang tapusin muna ung buong time to record until it says "COMPLETED" before you hit next? Next kasi ako ng next di ko inaantay maging completed. Parang unbelievable kasi na sobrang baba ng scores ko sa speaking.

Anyway I will use my holidays to practice and will book another test again for January. Tiis at tyaga pa ng konti.

@Feebzz ako ginawa ko, after ko magsalita, 1-2 sec before I click next. since mababa Pronunciation and Oral Fluency mo, baka sa positioning ng mic, phase ng pagsasalita mo, diction or pronunciation of words mismo (mahina, malakas, not clear). Goodluck sa next try. makukuha mo din desired score mo. tiwala lang. hehe

@OZwaldCobblepot ah so ok lang pala yun.. nagpractice ako using dragon dictation app and nacapture naman ng tama ang words na sinabe ko.. ung phase sakto lang din.. baka sa mic, although chineck ko pero nakuntento nako sa audio ko nung huli, baka may mas ok pa pala don.. sa mock test tgnan ko kung tataas pag inayos ko volume at mic ko.. mababa din kc speaking ko sa mock.. hay oo nga.. salamat ha.

meron na po ba nag-attempt for rescoring ng pte-a scores sa speaking?
sobra naman kasi bagsak speaking score ko pero ok naman yon iba skills ko.
i know nagawa ko naman what was required na gawin sa exam.. wala lang talaga ko accent the way i speak.. pero sobrang layo talaga nya sa passing grade..

i can't believe na sobra baba ng speaking score ko sa pte-a kasi nag-take na ko ielts before and ok naman speaking ko, 6.5 (though kulang ng 0.5 to have 10 points for eoi) that's why
i tried pte-a para ma-achieve sana yon.. ict kasi puro 65 points above lang ang invite kaya hoping ako na mapataas ang 60 points ko ngayon.. feb pa may last invite sa ict na 60 points ehh..

@stef23 san at kelan ka ng take? kasi mei isa din dito baba ng speaking nya sa PTE tas pasado sa IELTS ang speaking. bka sa testing centre na mic or any technical problems.

@kymme sg last week lang. Nagemail na ko apac customer service kung pano procedure if in case magpapa rescore kaso wala pa reply.. Kaya gusto ko sana malaman if meron ako similar case na nagpa rescore din and may changes ba..

@stef23 parehas tayo ng case, sa IELTS ko ok naman ang speaking ko pero pagdating sa PTE dun din ako sablay. Magtry sana ako na mag pa rescore nuon, nagemail ako sa customer support nila. Pero machine pa din ang magrerescore and may bayad din, di ko na din natanong kung magkano, so I decided na magretake na lang.

@kholoudmanlucu @stef23 based sa mga nababasa ko sa ibang forums, pati din dito, bihira or very few ung mga nagttry magparecore. Since ganun din ung process na gagawin nila sa pagcheck, considering computer din uli magchecheck. Nabasa ko sa ibang forums, di ko lang mahanap, rescore or appeal is suggested if there is something wrong in your test, testing room, pc, headset, etc. There is a high chance magretain lang din ung scores kasi computer lang din naman magrerecheck. Though you may still try if you want. but for the cost of rescore, I think, retake is better. pwede mo pa mapataas previous scores mo to 79+. Though, this is just my opinion.
