Grabe! I thought of enrolling in PTE classes, because of this thread, I've changed my mind! Pde ka palang mag-self study lang.. dame kong nakuhang links and sinave ko sa Cloud storage ko nakakapag-review ako everywhere I go. Thank you sa mga shinare nyong review materials. Yun lang you have to read the earlier posts para masundan mo mga link. Thanks again to all who contributed the links and shared their experiences in taking the PTE-A exam.

Speaking for me pinaka madale magsasalita ka lng dto. Sa 3 take ko ng pte eto pinakamataas ko. 87 una tapos ung 2nd.3rd 90. Ang tactics lmg is basahin lng ung graph, pag wala ng masabe diniscribe ko ung kulay ng background or kung ano ung nasa pic.

nakuha ko na result, salamat Lord tapos na din tong english test. S90 R90 L79 W81, 20 points to omg! from 44 to 90 in speaking, I can tell, use the template. Engineer, ozwald, filipina, thank you.

Reading - i tried to read newspaper everyday un buong main section, mga 5-6 weeks ko yan ginawa 4/7 days per week before the exam. bilang nakakasawa naman un mga reviewer, nagpractice ako ng skimming sa newspaper. At the same time nag note din ako ng mga words na di ko alam un meaning and saved their definitions sa notes ng phone ko.

speaking - first take, wala akong template. second take nag template na ako. un galing kay engineer. the chart projected on the screen is the presentation of variables from a research entitled x. based on summary provided, largest sector was x, smallest portion/percentage was from x. the chart was concise and accurate and can be used as reference for future studies with same objective. malupit. paulit ulit lang yan parang sirang plaka sabi nga, but it works! add filler sentences lang just in case mahaba pa oras, like.. source of data was not disclosed, chart was impressive, interesting bec it has analysis that can be utilized by educators or students

key is.. use as much as academic words as you can. at walang dead air kahit 2sec.

meron din ako template for retell lecture. something like this. lecture was regarding x, and a significant amount of time was spent discussing the topic. the lecture concluded after all the data points were discused completely. to summarize his analysis: add mo na here un key points or un mga academic words na nabanggit sa lecture. pag madami pang oras, fillers ulit. impressive interesting analysis utilize by students.

make sure na nababasa ng computer ang sinasabi, lalo na yang template. typetalker (web), voice to text (ios) ginamit ko sa practice.

nun first take ko, may nakatabi ako ang galing mag salita sa read aloud! parang reporter. kaya ginaya ko style nya nun second take. nun balikan ko kase un recordings ko s practice set, para pala ako tumutula! ampangit. pero sa test center, mga pinoy ganun talaga magbasa napansin ko. so nag adjust din ako the way i read aloud, mas simple na lang then proper un of punctuations, and academic words well enunciated. mahalaga mabasa ng computer ang academic words spoken.

hindi ko na nabalikan un mcmillan nun second review ko, pinaulit ulit ko lang un pte practice set, tapos sinasabayan ko ng typetalker sa read aloud.
tapos 2 days before exam tinignan ko lang un 4 sets ng describe image ng mcmillan then recite un template, na super kabisado ko na by that time. and surprisingly, madali na lang sya kase 2 main points na lang un iisipin ko smallest largest.

sa actual un template u can write after the first read aloud question. before ka magclick for next item. or pwede mo din tuloy after succeeding items. mejo bilisan lang sulat, kumakain din ng oras. pero ok na din at least pag dating nun mahirap na portion ng describe image at retell lecture ready na.

@psalms5110 ayan na po un template above, sakto na yan all types, un photos na mga describe image wala ako template pero you can still play around with the chart template pag nagka gipitan.. Larger portion of photo was reflection of x, minor details is about x. I think pwede ka din customize for yourself using academic words na mas madalas mo gamitin para mas natural for you un pag sasalita. Ako talaga ginamit ko na un kay engineer kase may naka 90 din dati using the same template e di yun na!

use filler sentences pag madami pang time.

use fillers pag madami pa time (interesting, impressive, etc)

the lecture concluded after all the data points were discused completely.

to summarize his analysis: xxx - (make sure to use academic words mentioned in the lecture)

wala pa din results ko. december 11 ako ng take. anong petsa na. huhu. tas ung customer service nila panay sabi wait for another 3-5 days. yan oalagi sabi everyday

65-70 i think.. May agent kame respall, kelangan ko lang talaga mapasa muna un english test kahit 65. Assuming full score un makuha sa degree assessment. So lipat na ako dun sa kabilang thread 189! Sa wakas!

@kymme - over naman un tagal ng result mo. Not reportable pa, may stage pa yan na reportable pero di mo maopen until may email from pearson na ready na un score. Sana mag update na sila syo soon.

hi everyone, happy new year... sino po sa inyo ang may audio file ng PTE Practice Test Plus Audio No. 162 to 236.. eto po yung may sample answers with Examiner's comment. Ang meron po ako is up to Audio No. 161.

@kholoudmanlucu happy new year.. meron ka bang audio file ng Practice Test Plus no. 162-236, yung nadownload ko ay hanggang no. 161 lang. Yung 162 down to 236 ay mga sample answers from test takers na may comments ng Examiner..

@kenz_shelou.. thank you and merry christmas din sa iyo and sa family mo don't worry madadale mo yan I suggest bilhin mo ang Gold Kit para mafamiliarize ka sa exam. Actually ako binili ko yung gold kit naka exam na ako at mas mahirap compared sa Actual itself.. Ipagdasal mo na ikaw lang mag isa mag exam sa araw na mapili kasi duon ka ilalagay sa small room heheh you can be yourself lol kahit magsisigaw ka walagn papansin iyo .. at kung hindi naman, wag ka papatinag sa mga kasabay na parang reporter sa tv patrol sabayan mo din hehehh..Nung nag exam may nakasabay akong ang ganda ng accent parang laking US eh..
