  @danyan2001us thank u but their email does not say anything about to whom or to where i should address the documents they requested. I wanted email them back and ask for the details or address or they have an official courier or a courier they may suggest to handle my docs.

  hello everyone good evening. just got an email from the immigration and they are asking for the original passbooks i presented. Meron na po bang naka experience ng ganun? and where should i mail it and is there any courier na required or that immi prefer? wla kasing sinabi kung saang address e mail. pls help! and if ma submit ko ang request nila, what's my chance of having my visa grant?

  Hi sis ok if that is what is being needed then submit it to them using dhl (for quicker delivery ) and address it to the proper soliciting agency. Usually sa email nila nkalagay dyan ang details how to send it: address, your file number, case number things like that....double check ur email and pertinent details with regard to ur concern are there.   Usually pag svp ay hindi na hinihingian ng show money at dahil hindi ka na hiningian ng ACU i think you're good (fingers crossed) at dahil masters ang course mo you belong to AL1 (assessment level 1) which is hindi sila strict at saka mabilis ang processing ng application mo.

  Question lang. I forwarded my visa application to AMS on Dec 14. Their courier is 2GO but it wasn't picked up until Friday Dec 18. Until now, wala pa akong acknowledgment email from the Australian Embassy. Is it unusual ba? Yung iba kasi 3 days may acknowledgment agad.

  - Received acknowledgement email from ECU.
  Nov 30 - Long distance call from ECU Representative confirming my final agency of choice (IDP or AMS)
  Dec 1 - Nominated AMS and AMS emailed ECU.
  - Checked ECU online tracker and found my name on their
  records (YEY)
  - NHSI Medical results uploaded.
  Dec 7 - Received Offer Letter
  Dec 8 - Paid tuition fee and OSHC
  Dec 11 - Receive COE from Univ
  Dec 14 - Visa Reqts forwarded to AMS
  Dec 19 - 2GO scheduled pick up of visa application
  Dec 22 - Acknowledgment fro AU Embassy & Visa Lodge

  Considering the holiday season, i think this is not unusual.....better take it easy and instead enjoy christmas time with your loved ones. I believe you'll have the acknowledgement by 1st week of Jan. If by that time, you still receive nothing then start worrying about it. Merry Christmas

  hi po same status here under SVP..done my medical in nationwide dec 9 they actually forwarded the result dec 23 thats long wait since i have scar shown in my lungs previous illness but already given requirements ..hopefully there should have result na of visa grant. does it follow my school intake in envirotech on jan 9?.can somebody please share idea..thanks mate

  Imho parang hindi sila (co) nag entertain ng appointment sa embassy kasi nga even if you express intentions to talk with them on the phone, hindi nga sila nag entertain nito. I believe these COs are too busy with their works and besides, their avoiding the precedence of such thing. Merry christmas guys

  Hi! I think ok lang naman, kasi yung sakin I forwarded my documents to AMS Cebu last Nov 20 then Nov 25 nila nareceive. By Nov 27 they lodged my visa na sa embassy. Tapos December 14 pa ko nakareceive ng acknowledgement from them.. medyo matagal siya hehe. Then until now, wala pa ko update regarding sa result ng application ko.

  kuya dan happy new year! i already forwarded the requested original copy of my bank passbook to the australian embassy. Ano kaya ang chance ko na ma grant na ng visa? or how many times kaya usually manghihingi ng additional docs ang immigration? as for me kasi pang 3rd time na 'tong passbook. kinakabahan na ako masyado kasi sa jan 25 na class ko. baka kasi manghingi uli ng additional docs.

  if ang kulang lang naman sa documents mo ay yong passbook mo and then nasubmit mo na ito, then i am positive that everything will be alright....i know that COs don't expedite visa applications (hindi nila minamadali at wala ring magawa ang applicant na madaliin ito) but i also know that they are very much aware of the commencement of your course....just a quick query, did you submit the updated file of your bankbook/passbook?

  Hi guys MERRY CHRISTMAS!
  
  Question lang. I forwarded my visa application to AMS on Dec 14. Their courier is 2GO but it wasn't picked up until Friday Dec 18. Until now, wala pa akong acknowledgment email from the Australian Embassy. Is it unusual ba? Yung iba kasi 3 days may acknowledgment agad.

  Considering the holiday season, i think this is not unusual.....better take it easy and instead enjoy christmas time with your loved ones. I believe you'll have the acknowledgement by 1st week of Jan. If by that time, you still receive nothing then start worrying about it. Merry Christmas
  
  

  That's what I was thinking din. Holiday rush may have delayed the courier.

  2015 Timeline:
  October 10 - Inquiry at IDP (Cebu)
  October 10-22 - Self review IELTS
  October 23 - Submitted application form and reqts. to IDP
  except IELTS
  October 24 - IELTS Exams
  November 6 - IELTS RESULTS (PASSED)
  November 12 - Submitted IELTS results to IDP
  November 16-25 - Waiting for offer letter from ECU through IDP
  -Follow up IDP (No feedback from ECU)
  -I was told by my counselor 3-4 times that
  application was sent and have to wait for ECU.
  -Checked ECU online tracker and application
  shows "no records"
  Nov 23 - Medicals at NHSI Cebu
  Nov 25 - Looked for a new IDP counselor. Counselor was away.
  Nov 26 - Complained to a different IDP counselor & found out
  my application was not yet submitted to university by
  my previous counselor.
  Nov 27 - I called AMS and submitted a new application.
  - Received acknowledgement email from ECU.
  Nov 30 - Long distance call from ECU Representative confirming my final agency of choice (IDP or AMS)
  Dec 1 - Nominated AMS and AMS emailed ECU.
  - Checked ECU online tracker and found my name on their
  records (YEY)
  - NHSI Medical results uploaded.
  Dec 7 - Received Offer Letter
  Dec 8 - Paid tuition fee and OSHC
  Dec 11 - Receive COE from Univ
  Dec 14 - Visa Reqts forwarded to AMS
  Dec 19 - 2GO scheduled pick up of visa application
  Dec 22 - Acknowledgment fro AU Embassy & Visa Lodge
  Jan 11 - VISA GRANT!
