next invitation round sa 22 Jan, DIBP will invite 2400 for visa 189. last 08 Jan ay 2400 invitations din ang pinadala nila for 189.

@jrgongon, di pa ako naglodge ng application pero nagfill up na ko ng online forms at gumawa ng my health declarations para magpamedical kami ng wife at kid ko dito sa SG. magaapply muna kami ng SG PCC at uuwi sa pinas para sa NBI at CEMI ni wife. after that saka ako maglodge sana.

ilang araw bago marelease ang NBI clearance mo?

Guys, tanong namn. Baka alam nyo solusyon. Kung babaguhin ko ba yung relationship status ko sa EOI magbabago ba yung DOE? O same date pa rin sya nung una ko syang sinubmit?

Ano kasi ayaw makipagcooperate ng asawa ko sa pagkuha ng medical. Eh nilagay ko kasi sa EOI married pero yung totoo hiwalay na kami pero wala kami legal documents to prove na separated kami. So kelangan ko talaga yung medical nya. Baka may alam kayo na same situation ko. Di ako alam gagawin ko. Sana may makatulong. Thanks in advance.

@nedz naguluhan po ako. Hiwalay kyo, pero sasama mo b sya papuntang australia? Kung hindi naman sya kasama, wala pong kailangan n medical at docs nya. At status mo walang problema din kung married ka. Ang mga requirements sa dibp, para yun sa mga applicants at dependant na pupunta sa australia n kelangan mong patunayan ang relationship mo sa knila. At babayarin mo rin ang bawat visa ng dependant mo. Kung may anak nmn kayo n isasama, kailangan mo sa asawa mo ang declaration from your ex wife n allowed ang anak nyong magtravel with you, without her. kung mag isa ka lang pupunta dun, i guess you are free to go without her consent. Bka may iba pang opinyon ang ibang member. Goodluck po.

@nedz yes tama si @pausatio you can apply independently as long as masatisfy mo lahat ng requirements. walang kinalaman ung status mo if ikaw lang naman ang nag-apply. "No" lang ang isasagot mo sa EOI dun sa tanong if there are other family members or dependent that will be included in the application in the future. Edit mo na lang EOI mo. In choosing between, EOI date of effect being adjusted versus the complicated process of visa application with possible visa rejection or delays due to my relationship status, I'll choose the former. Hope this helps.

@pausatio Yes hiwalay kami. Pero hindi ko sya isasama sa Australia. Kaya ko nilagay na Married yung status ko sa EOI kasi hindi pa kami legally separated. Wala akong legal documents na isasubmit kung ilalagay ko na Separated ako. Kahit na non-migrating yung family member required pa rin ang medical and police clearance nya. Nagbasa basa kasi ako sa expat forum at napag alaman ko na meron akong parehong case. Karamihan indian yung may kapareho kong issue. After nilang magsubmit ng visa hinanap sa knila yung medical and police clearance ng asawa nila. Kaya lang di nila maprovide kasi nga hiwalay na at ayaw makipagcooperate ng asawa nila.

@OzwaldCobblepot Kaya lang nainvite na ko for nomination sa 190. Nagsubmit na ko ng application for nomination. Waiting na lang ako ng approval. Pwede pa ba baguhin yung EOI ko kahit nasubmit na?

@nedz talaga? May kakilala ako, hindi nmn sya hiwalay, pero nag apply sya para sa sarili nya lng. And then, after few months, tsaka sya nag apply para sa asawa nya.. Tpos ilang years, mga anak nya kinuha nya. Kasi kapos sila sa budget nung una kaya naging ganon, pero wala nmn hininging medical sa asawa nung sya pa lng nmn ang aalis. Anyway, Bka naman sa application nila eh nailagay n dadalhin sa australia in the future. @nedz pwede mo naman ituloy. since sa nomination ka pa lang naman, wala naman bearing un problem mo. (please correct me if i'm wrong) once maglodge ka na ng visa application mo, at lumitaw sya sa application mo, then there is a form you'll have to fill-up to remove other dependents in the application. you don't have to worry about medical just yet.

automatic naman ang invitation once approved na ang nsw nomination tama? tapos kapag nainvite ng skillselect, tsaka lang di na magagalaw si EOI.. I also agree na as long as hindi mo chineck yung "are there other family members migration with you", i think you won't have problem with that.. they will not be considered as your secondary applicant.

@pausatio @OzwaldCobblepot @filipinacpa Thanks mga bro and sis sa input. Nagpanic lang ako dun sa mga nabasa ko sa expat forum regarding sa case ko. At sayang namn lahat ng hirap ko sa IELTS, PTE at assessment kung hindi ako makakapasa sa application ng dahil lang sa isang pagkakamali sa aking nakaraaan lol. Hugot lang ang peg. Nagmessage na rin ako sa kanila kung ano ginawa nila. Wala nagreply hehehe.
