@EAP we did it on a Saturday. Andun kami sa Nationwide Makati ng 7:45am tapos nagstart ung procedure ng 8am natapos ng 9:45am. Nagmarathon kami going to Makati Med kasi up to 10:30 am lang clinic ni Dr. Celdran, malapit lang naman, kaya lang bagyo nun so basa kami

Bring your orig passport, referral letter at cash. Dun na kayo kukunan ng photo.

BTW, wag kayo magpaPPD test ng Thursday since ung ika 3rd day ay Sunday at no clinic si Dr. Celdran.

So it means po, ang ilolodge ko sa EOI:
1. Bachelors Degree (Other) or Bachelors Degree in Science, Business or Technology?
2. Dahil after June 2012 ang nasabi dito na equate sa skilled level ko, so ang ilolodge ko po ba na experience/employment ko sa EOI eh ung after ng June 2012? or dapat June 2010 pa rin?

PPD Skin Test (Tuberculosis Test) for children age 2-10.
Skin tests should be read 48-72 hours after the injection kaya you need to go back after 3 days. No screening on Thursday since the 3rd day will fall on a Sunday (No clinic). Also I do not recommend that you will have your medical on Wednesday since hindi nyo maaabutan yung clinic hours ni doc just like us =(

Hello po. Meron po ba nakapagpabook sa inyo ng Saturday release sa NBI? Wala daw po pala Saturday office. Pero meron po nung nag book kami. Pede pa po kaya makuha yun ng Monday? Hay... Wala man lang advise, buti nascreen shot namin yung date of release so un papakita namin sa Monday. Salamat po.

@mariem hay salamat sis... Sabi sa Starmall Alabang wala daw talaga sila and di nila alam bakit meron sa online booking. Anyhoo, need talaga na kunin na para medical nalang talaga. Musta po ung sa anak nyo na PPD, negative naman results? May nabasa ako na false positive eh.

question po..may idea po ba kayo kung gano kabilis/katagal mag reply si CO sa email? last Friday nag send po kasi ako ng email asking about my PCC kasi sealed ung envelope and may instructions na di ko pwede iopen but only Australian Concerned authorities lng daw..kaya di ko pa maupload ung PCC ko until now..TIA!

Hello po. question lang po sana regarding sa my health declaration. esp dun sa mga nakapagtravel na to Au before. Hindi ako makapagsubmit kasi di ko sure pano sasagutin yung 2 questions below:

Does this applicant have an Australian visa grant number?
Does this applicant have an Australian visa label in their current or previous passport?

Bale nagappear po kasi siya as additional question pagkaclick ko ng Yes dun sa tanong na Has this applicant previously travelled to Australia or previously applied for a visa?

Nagtravel na kasi ako dati thru tourist visa. And hindi naman niya inispecify sa tanong kung anong klaseng visa. Pero dun sa 2 additional questions sa taas, nakalagay sa (?) na:

The applicant's visa grant number would have been included in any correspondence the applicant would have received from the department regarding the approval and grant of a visa. This may be the visa the applicant was issued with when first entered Australia as a permanent resident, temporary resident; or any subsequent visas granted. The visa may still be valid, or it may be expired.

Enter the 13 digit visa grant number of the applicant's most recent permanent visa.

So NO na ba ang sagot ko kasi tourist at hindi naman yun permanent/temporary resident visa? not sure what it means by "any subsequent visas granted" though? Plus, if ever na mag-yes ako, ang hihingin naman niya ay visa grant number for permanent visa only? salamat po sa makakasagot.

from which country? Japan ba? if yes, pwede nio iopen then scan and upload.

u can check the status of ur exam here https://www.emedical.immi.gov.au/eMedUI/eMedicalClient
download mo ung attachment sa baba then may status dun for each of the exam like ung bloodtest, physical exam.xray..hindi magsasabi if may issue. not submitted or submitted lg nkalagay. what we did was kinausap namin ung doctor and nurses sa clinic and asked them ung result kahit verbal lang..alam nmn nila concerns natin. at least f may issue sa xray ma explain nila or at least f ung urine may issue sasabihin din wat in particular,..walng documented results..but the verbal ones helps much

yes tama yan. fill up d form and pinka last mong gawin sa end is ung mag t tick ka ng yes or no sa questions then fillup necessary explanation. hindi na mababago ung sagot f mgkamali ka once submitted un na din pag ba basehan ng doctors and DIBP. so ensure u fill it up correctly before clicking SUBMIT

so un, hinanap ko na rin mga forms ko nun pati receipt, kaso wala tlga, tignan ko na lang kung may record ako nun sa dost... pero iniisip ko, worth it pa bang palitan ung date dun sa EOI? (uurong kc ulit ako eh)
